How can it be that the soul is cultivated? ”

Nian Fu said: "The process of Taoism refining this ideal elixir of immortality must go through "seven returns and nine returns", and finally return to the "beginning of the Tao", so it is called "returning Dan", "Zhou Yi Shen Tong Deed" cloud: "The beginning of gold comes to return to nature, but it has to be called return Dan".
