Xiao Tianshu: "The true meaning of seeing sex clearly tells you, what is sex? Sex is the innate mind. The ontological form of existence of the mind is the qi of nothingness. Therefore, emptiness is the only characteristic of the mind. Since people have a physical life, they are usually constrained by acquired temperament, blinded by acquired desires, and entangled by acquired love. Qi is governed by the heart, and essence is used by God. If the mind cannot be quiet, like a fierce horse galloping, like a restless ape, the essence and qi will be exhausted. This is the reason why people who study Dangong attach great importance to concentrating on pranayama at the beginning. Because, if the gods are not condensed, they will be scattered, and if they are scattered, distracting thoughts will continue to arise, how can they reunite together and become the commander of alchemy? Therefore, only when the spirit is highly concentrated and reunited can we reach the state of emptiness. The emptiness of our hearts is the nature of our original nature; The void of the natural space outside of us is the nothingness of all things before they were born. If you can't adjust your breath, you will indulge, and indulgence will cause your organs and skin to run by an impatient breath formed by irregular mouth and nose breathing. It's very difficult to make it cohesive and become the energy and power that makes our lives. It can only be smoothed if it is regulated, and it can be neutralized if it is smooth. ”

Nian Fu said: "How to adjust it? ”

Xiao Tianshu said: "The neutralization of our human body is a law naturally given by us after our human body begins to arise. Because it is commanding, it is called life. The so-called life, its form is still too harmonious. Taihe and the qi of nothingness are the same thing. Before human beings were born, this void qi hung between heaven and earth, spreading all over the universe, and it can be said to be the original destiny of all things in heaven and earth. For people, it is true nature and true life. True life is united with heaven, earth, people, and things, and is inseparable. If a cultivator wants to make himself an immortal, he naturally can't do without this true nature. If you want to return life to its origin, in order to achieve the state of yin and yang deification, you don't need to seek any other way, just concentrate on it and make it even, but don't forget that you don't pay much attention to it in the process, just let it be natural and unhurried. In this way, the mind and breath will enter the most empty and quiet realm together. This kind of vanity is not a contrived emptiness. The imaginary void is only a hypothetical imaginary emptiness, and the real emptiness is the natural emptiness. ”

Nian Fu said: "What is true and false? ”

Xiao Tianshu said: "If you want to achieve true emptiness, in addition to concentrating and pranayama, there is also a method of adjusting the shape, so that the body is upright and as stable as the balance. With these three tones, it is possible to achieve true emptiness. Without the cooperation of the body, it is impossible to achieve true emptiness. Don't say that it is true and false, even if you concentrate and breathe, you can't do it well. Just imagine, if the body is not good, the body is not right, and the shape is not loose, the body will be uncomfortable and uncomfortable. Then, it is difficult to concentrate on the mind, and it is difficult to regulate the breath. Even if you can get nothing, it must be a fantasy of nothingness, falling into a stubborn emptiness, and it is rare to find a vacuum. Entering the void of nature, all the characters and ghosts of heaven and earth can be connected. Although it is said to be virtual, the pure and harmonious atmosphere of heaven and earth is naturally similar, and virtual can be real. (Note: Emptiness and reality here refer to the essence of divine energy, not to tangible matter.) Emptiness refers to the ontological characteristics of the divine energy, which actually means that its capacity exists and is everywhere. The reason why people are able to participate in the functions of heaven and earth through successful cultivation and help the transformation and cultivation of all things, among which is infinitely varied and unpredictable, is that this divine void can be invested in the empty qi. The purpose of knowing the mind is to see the sexuality. Therefore, clear mind is the means, and seeing is the effect. This means, with a mantra, is called "still and still". However, sex is flexible, and flexible comes movement. Therefore, there is also a mantra for its effect, which is called "feeling and passing". Feeling and passing is a natural phenomenon of the mind's tranquility and vividness. The heart is quiet and extremely empty, and the summoning sense is similar. As soon as the vitality is thrown, the stillness is extremely vivid, and it is communicated with the feeling. This kind of pass is the real supernatural power, when it meets the circle, it is round, it is square, lively and free, and there is no obstacle, like a dragon as unpredictable. ”
