The terrain of Sambiland is relatively flat, and there are not many mountains, and the main mountains in the territory are concentrated in this area near Gumo's house. Locals call it the Giant's Mountains because, when viewed from afar, the connected peaks resemble a giant lying on its back. The place that Gumo is going to is the highest peak in the Giant Mountains, called Nose Peak Mountain. The Giant's Mountain Range looks like it's right behind Gumo's house, but if you walk it, it still takes a day to reach your destination.

More than 10 years ago, before Gumo got married, he often came to Nose Peak Mountain to hunt, because there was the most abundant game. On the mountainside of Mt. Nosepeak, there is a very hidden cave, and although the entrance to the cave is large, it is hidden by dense vines, and it is difficult to detect its existence unless you climb up close and take a closer look. Gumo found the entrance to the cave from memory, then lit the oil lamp in his hand, lifted the heavy vines hanging from the hole, and carefully drilled into it.

The cave is a bit damp, with water droplets falling on the walls from time to time, and the light is so faint that you can barely see the road under your feet without the lights. But this doesn't last long, and the more you go inside, the more spacious you get, and the more you go, the more you get to glow in blue or green. Because there are many fireflies climbing on the cave wall, it is like a night sky with stars shining, mysterious and magnificent. The glow emitted by fireflies can even illuminate the path beneath your feet, so it doesn't matter if you turn off the oil lamp.

After walking for a while in the light of the fireflies, when the feet start to get wetter and the water accumulates, you have to light the lamp again. Because from here, there will be no more fireflies. The depths of the cave are much wider than the area where the fireflies gather, and not only that, but there is also a deep dark lake hidden inside. There seems to be a faint flow of light at the bottom of the lake, but the water is so deep that you can't see the bottom from the surface of the lake, as if you are watching fireflies through the mist.

Gumo slowly walked to the dark lake, carefully rested the oil lamp in his hand on the slippery rock next to him, then squatted at the water's edge, poked his head out and whispered to the lake, "Are you there......?

After shouting three times, there was finally movement in the water. I saw a vague light and shadow slowly floating up from the bottom of the water, the closer to the surface of the water, the clearer it became, and when the glowing figure drilled out of the lake, Gu Mo couldn't help but ask excitedly: "Do you remember me?"

The figure in the water nodded silently, then slowly stepped out of the water, his feet on the wet rocks, and a soft halo of light illuminated the dark cavern. Perhaps it was because it was so painful, and it felt like time was passing very slowly, and Gumo was dizzy and rested on the damp rocks. Gumo had never seen such a strange and beautiful creature, resembling a human form rather than a human, perhaps some kind of strange beast that inhabited the bottom of the lake. It exudes a soft halo all over its body, and its body is white and translucent, like a soft crystal. It has no hair on its body, and it doesn't see anything resembling ears, but its head is covered with dense hair-like antennae that end in rounded rather than pointed. Its limbs resemble those of a human, but it has no nails and the ends of its fingers and toes are translucent and light red. It also has a pair of elongated eyes, light blue in color, small black pupils, and a slightly protruding floody red dot on each side of the brow, without eyebrows, but with an instantaneous membrane in the eye. The lip color is almost close to the skin tone, the corners of the mouth are always slightly raised, as if smiling, and the face looks very gentle and serene. It has some light blue or light green glowing flowers and vines wrapped around its waist, covering its lower body, and it cannot see its sexual characteristics, nor does it have any mammalian organs on its body.

Perhaps because of the kind face of the strange beast, Gu Mo forgot to be afraid after being surprised. Soon, the strange beast had already arrived, but it was seen to lean down its tall body and stretch out a hand to Gumo. Gu Mo didn't actually see when or how it cut his finger, only to see a ray of glowing red blood, slowly flowing down the fingertips of the beast, dripping onto his wound......

In an instant, the sharp pain on the wound was miraculously relieved, leaving only a slight tingling sensation, which was a pain that Gumo could easily bear. But what was even more amazing was that the finger of the alien beast, which was still dripping blood just now, had healed quickly in the blink of an eye. Before Gumo could recover from his shock, the beast quickly retreated and disappeared into the depths of the lake.

In the years since, whenever Gumo came to Nose Mountain to hunt and occasionally got injured, he would run into this cave and shout a few times at the lake, and the strange beasts at the bottom of the lake would surface and heal him with their own blood. Unfortunately, the beast couldn't speak, or even make a sound, so Gumo couldn't communicate with it properly, and didn't know what it was.
