Xiao Tianshu said: "Dandao patriarch Zhang Boduan said in the Wuzhen chapter: "Labor is not the way according to the shadow, and the service is always crazy." Obviously, he thinks that the "Qi Harvesting" in the general health practice is not the traditional method of the orthodox Dan Dao, because the innate qi in the Dan Dao is not collected at all. No matter how you manipulate your thoughts, the weather will not listen to your command. Is this true? β
Lu Dongbin said with a smile: "In the process of gathering qi and gathering energy, the most important thing is to refine the innate qi and absorb energy from the universe. This is an important part of replenishing oneself, improving functional performance or delaying aging. The innate qi comes from nothingness, and if a person wants to take the innate qi from the outside world, he must first make his mind enter a state of nothingness. Only after the cultivator's body and mind have entered the state of nothingness can it be possible to activate the energy movement in the void, so as to communicate the connection between the void and the universe of the human body, and then merge into one. β
Innate Qi is omnipresent, but if a person does not enter the state of emptiness, he cannot take it and enter the human body. As soon as a person enters the state of emptiness, he can not enter the state of innate breath. This is the same basic principle as radios and televisions can quickly carry out their propagation function with the help of vacuum tubes. Only by opening up one's own acupoints and entering the state of ignorance can one open the acupoints of the human body, and the innate qi in the void of the universe will naturally enter the human body like water flowing to a lower place.
Xiao Tianshu said: "Then may I ask Dao Ancestor, how can I collect innate qi?" β
Lu Dongbin said: "Bai Yuchan once said, "In the past, when you met a teacher, you only need to concentrate your mind into the air pocket", and concentrating into the air pocket is a key to cultivating the inner dan. In the most concise language, it reveals the basic requirements for cultivating the Inner Dan, the key means of evolution, and the parts and lines of doing the work. If you can deeply understand the essentials of entering the air pocket, you will be able to get into the air pocket. The Southern Sect, the Northern Sect and the Wuliu School of Taoism all place great emphasis on this method. "Daoxiang Collection" specially pointed out: "I don't know how to concentrate, sit until I die." The "Vital Principles" pointed out that "with the spirit into the air pocket, the Dan Tao will be naturally formed". The key to concentrating into the air cavitation lies in the word "condensation". After concentrating into the air pocket, after a long time, it will automatically produce a change from the acquired to the innate one, and there are roughly several steps to concentrate the mind into the air pocket: first let go of the ten thousand fates, eliminate distracting thoughts, focus the eyes on the eyebrows, and then look at the nose, nose and mouth, mouth and heart, and heart under the dantian. Finally, the mind will stop at the lower dantian, and the qi will return to the lower dantian. β
The return of the heart to the umbilicus is called condensation, and the return of qi to the umbilicus is called pranayama. What needs to be done here is "don't close your eyes until your mind is still", "keep your mind still". After closing the eyes, you can add retrospective and inward vision, and the brain can eliminate distracting thoughts and strengthen inhibition. The mind and the inner vision should move down together, and God and the rest should depend on each other. This is conducive to condensing and gathering qi, gradually entering the tranquility, entering nothingness, congenital qi does not lead, and in the process of Zhou Tian's operation, it condenses into Dan.
Xiao Tianshu said: "When I practice, sit down with my mind, sit up and straighten, tilt the pelvis and tailbone slightly, as long as I correct this sitting method, slightly illuminate the dantian, and the innate qi will naturally enter from the door of life, and there will be a section from the tail to the door of life, and soon it will be like the water in the pool is filled up, sometimes it is cool, sometimes it is warm, and the dantian opens and closes, forming a fetal breath state." In addition, since the stump is insisted on every day, a conditioned reflex has been formed, so as long as the slightest thought, the true qi will quickly enter the body. β
LΓΌ Dongbin said: "The idea of qi is a very broad Taoist philosophical category, and has even penetrated into the way of thinking of the Chinese. Heaven and earth are three talents, and all three talents have three treasures. There are three treasures in the sky, the sun, the moon, and the stars, and the earth has three treasures, water, fire, and wind, and people have three treasures, gods, qi, and essence. If one of the three treasures of a person is missing, he will die, and the three treasures of a person are divided into innate and acquired. The three innate treasures are the original spirit, the vitality, and the essence. The Three Jewels of the Day After Tomorrow are the knowledge of God (thinking about God), breathing qi, and sympathetic essence. The innate and acquired cooperate with each other, it is not easy to analyze, and it is inseparable until the deepest effort. Although the god of acquired thinking and the god of innate non-god (i.e., the perception that is natural without the mind, also called true enlightenment) can be separated, they are also related. The innate essence (that is, the essence of the true one, which is born from nature and ignorant and occurs to the extreme) and the essence of the acquired ** are also not easy to identify. The acquired breath and the innate true one are easy to distinguish and difficult to distinguish between turbidity. β
Congenital Qi, also known as Congenital True Qi, Congenital True Qi, Taiyi contains True Qi, and is a proper noun of Taoist Inner Danxue. It means one qi before the creation of heaven and earth, and is the root matrix of all things in heaven and earth. The innate one-qi theory of Taoism Dan Dao has a very early origin, which can be traced back to the exposition of Dao Qi in "Lao Tzu Xianger", and is a unique Dan Dao theory in Shu. The congenital one-breath theory was carried forward by Peng Xiao of the fifth generation, and was later inherited and developed by Zhang Boduan's "Wuzhen Chapter", Weng Baoguang's "Commentary on the Enlightenment Chapter", Zhao Youqin's "Immortal Buddha Homology", Chen Zhixu's "Jindan Dayao" and other Dan families and Dan scriptures, which are the authentic doctrines of Dan Dao. Innate oneness is completely different from the "weather first" in the so-called "weather first, weather later" concept, and scholars are often confused, which is a must-distinguish.
Xiao Tianshu said: "Since Dao Ancestor, since what I have cultivated is right, then I don't collect more qi, is it not enough for me to have the opportunity and fire?" β
Xiao Tianshu thought to himself that since his method was right, then the problem must be his own chance! Maybe there are so many blessings for themselves, some people, all their lives, have not broken the barrier, stay in the gas collection or a certain joint, and never break the law!
Maybe in the next life, you can once again deepen the source of innate blessings, right? Xiao Tianshu always felt that this innate qi was the same as this innate qi, or that there was an indispensable connection and secret between the two.
Lu Dongbin said with a smile: "Cultivators should not be impatient, they will only succeed in success, everyone has their own chances, just like some people, people like Xuan Chu, they are born with the eye of heaven, and it is impossible to see when you cultivate the eye of heaven, but it takes a long process to get the eye of heaven through the cultivation of the day after tomorrow, how can it be casually, you can compare it with what others have innately!" β
