The one who confronts loneliness is often the surge of self-desire and the vain pursuit of the external environment, and being able to stand on the opposite side of these perverse things can already explain the truth and meaning of loneliness.

Solitude is the state of the Dao body, and solitude is the way to the Tao and the way to enter the Dao.

The temperament that people with Daogen have is also loneliness.

Some people may say that everyone feels lonely in this era, is there a root for them?

It is necessary to know that loneliness has innate and acquired, congenital is natural loneliness, acquired is loneliness caused by circumstances, innate loneliness is the root of the Tao, and acquired loneliness is the Tao machine - the cardinal who enters the Tao, and it is the opportunity to enter the Tao through this.

Some people will say that people are introverted and extroverted, introverts are more likely to be lonely, extroverts prefer to be lively, and say that loneliness is the root of the road, doesn't this kill all extroverts with a stick?

It is also important to know that loneliness is about the mind, the inner state and feelings, not the external expression.

Just like some introverts don't like and want to be lonely, some extroverts seem to be lively and cheerful, and they are very kind and decent, but you can just feel a sense of alienation.

Loneliness is indeed introverted, but the so-called introversion is introverted, not in personality and the like.
