Chapter Ninety-Seven: Hunt for Sniff

Alan made it to King's Cross Station and was in a very happy mood, not only did he catch a fluff for Emily, but he also caught a sniffer for himself!

At King's Cross Station, Alan retrieved his large tow box in the middle of nowhere. At Muggle-rich stations, Alan looked around for a moment, hesitated, and then ran resolutely towards the wall between platforms 9 and 10. If you don't enter the station, you're about to leave!

This attracted the attention of many Muggles, but they soon noticed that a large number of backpackers were blocking their view, and by the time the view was finally clear, the boy who could push the large tow box and run was gone. Every Muggle is busy with their own business, how can they bother to pay attention to others, not to mention that on the platform, running to catch the train is all too common. So, it didn't take long for the Muggles who had just witnessed Alan running to forget about it!

Alan distinctly remembers that Dobby, the house-elf, would close the passage into Platform Nine and Three-Quarters just before the train was about to leave. Since he hadn't seen Harry just now, Alan decided that it would be better for him to enter the station first. Anyway, it was just a fun experience for Harry and Ron, and there was no danger!

And compared to riding in a flying car and then hitting someone on a willow such a reckless thing, it is still the sniff that has just been captured that is more attractive to Allen. God knows how many people's dreams are to have a pet that can find treasures for themselves, and now, for Allen, it is possible to make that dream come true!

Alan shuttled through the hustle and bustle of the crowd, some young wizards were excited about the upcoming new semester, some were immersed in the joy of reuniting with their friends, and some were reluctant to say goodbye to their family members. With a gentle smile, Alan watched the vivid pictures of joy and sorrow and stepped onto the Hogwarts Express.

On the train, many of the Ravenclaw wizards greeted Allen, who nodded gently. Rejecting the kindness of many young wizards to share the same carriage, Alan made a beeline for the last carriage.

There was no one in the carriage, but it was with Allen's heart. He locked the door and sat quietly for a while, and before long the sound of the door sliding down, the loud voices of the people on the platform, and the laughter of the little wizards faded away—the train was moving!

The carriage that Alan was in was very quiet, and by this time, the little wizards should have found their seats and placed their luggage. Alan stood up and locked the door from the inside.

Alan summons Sniff from the system's pet space. As soon as it touched the air, the cunning little thing tried to slip away, but was grabbed by Allen.

Alan grabbed Sniff's round body tightly, flipped it headfirst down, and then shook violently on its two hind legs. A large pile of gold, silver, and jewels fell with a clatter, and the amount was astonishing.

"What a cunning little thing, hiding so many things, I don't know how long I've been wandering around Muggle society!" Alan clearly liked the sniffer, grinning and scratching his belly so that more coins and jewels could be scattered.

Footsteps were heard in the hallway, and soon, there was a knock on Alan's compartment door. At the moment when Eren was distracted, Sniff writhed his little body and broke free from Eren with incredible strength. Alan looked up in disbelief and reached out to grab him, but Sniff desperately squeezed his body into the crack of the locked door and ran into the corridor of the train.

Alan jerked to his feet and opened the door. "Alan, I heard the Ravenclaws say you're in this carriage......" it was Hermione, she looked anxious.

"I'm sorry, Hermione, I have something urgent to do right now, please give way. Although anxious, Alan remained polite.

Allen's figure flashed, and he bypassed Hermione, searching the hallways for sniffing trails.

"Hey, Alan...... Harry and Ron weren't on the train, they missed the train!" Failing to stop Alan, Hermione whispered what she wanted to say in frustration. In fact, Alan, who was very good at hearing, heard her words, so what could it be, Harry and Ron should have been enjoying the indulgence of flying in the air by this time! What's more, this incident didn't affect them too much.

For Allen, the top priority is to catch this fleeing sniffer. Alan simply turned on the motor, not letting go of the clues, and suddenly, a sniffing figure flashed in the corner of the car window.

The warm afternoon sun shone with thousands of golden rays, and the window glass glistened in the sunlight, which attracted the sniff. Realizing that it couldn't take the window into its arms, it quickly jumped away again in search of a new target.

Alan was overjoyed and hurriedly chased away. As if he had discovered something, Sniff quickly jumped into an open-door carriage. Without hesitation, Alan jumped in, and a handsome-looking adult wizard with a small mirror in his hand looked at Alan in surprise.

Alan knew this man, the blessing of Todaisy and Mrs. Harris, and there were more pictures of the man in front of him than Allen's! He was the new Defence Against the Dark Arts professor at Hogwarts, Mr. Gilderoy Lockhart, a star among wizards and a model among liars.

"Did you come to me for an autograph? The movement was so fast, the little wizards who had just arrived had gone back to get their pens and books. If you want me to say, there is no need to be in such a hurry, our days together are still long!" Gildero shook the slightly curly blonde hair on his head, showing his white teeth, and his signature smile on his face, "So, where is the sign?" The new Professor Lockhart looked at Alan suspiciously, he didn't take anything!

Allen's attention was now on Professor Lockhart's suitcase, and he saw Sniff burrow into the open suitcase, and many gorgeous robes were scattered all over the box. It looks like Professor Lockhart has just changed his clothes, what a peacock-like man!

Just as Alan was thinking about how to relieve his embarrassment, a group of little witches broke into the carriage, and a fifth-grade Gryffindor knocked Alan away, and the girls behind him swarmed in, some holding handkerchiefs, some holding lipsticks, and some tugging at the hem of their clothes, and gathered around Professor Gilderoy Lockhart for his autograph. And this gentleman was clearly very adaptable and enjoying the situation, getting busy and giving his beautiful autographs to his little fans.

For the first time, Alan felt that it was a good thing that Gilderoy Lockhart was sought after by witches. Without a trace, he stepped back to the edge of Gildero's suitcase.
