Chapter 387: Ren Du Second Pulse

Ren pulse originates in the cell, and is related to the woman's pregnancy, so there is a saying of "Ren master twins".

Governor pulse, line in the middle of the back, its pulse and the hands and feet of the three yang meridians and yang vein intersection many times, can be the governor of the yang meridian, so it is called "the sea of yang veins".

The pulse runs in the spine, ascends into the brain, and separates from the spine into the kidney, which is closely related to the brain, spinal cord, and kidney.

As for the method of opening up the two pulses of Ren and Du, it can be discussed from the perspectives of medicine and Taoism to guide health preservation.

From the point of view of medicine, we can understand the cycle order of the twelve meridians and the two veins of Rendu from the description of the "Lingshu Yingqi Chapter".

The flow of the meridians starts from the lung meridian, circulates to the liver meridian in turn, then enters the chest from the liver meridian, ascends through the forehead to the top of the head, and then descends along the Du meridian to the tail lube, passes through the yin organ and leads to the Ren meridian upward, and then flows back into the lung meridian.

"Camp Spirit" said: "What this camp does is often against the odds." This is the natural law of the operation of the Qi of Ren Du in the human body.

It can be understood from this that as far as normal people are concerned, the two veins of appointment and supervision are originally connected, so why do you need to open up the two veins of appointment and supervision?

From the point of view of Taoist guidance and health preservation, the so-called "Tongren Du" is also the meaning of passing the three passes, that is, the tail luke, the spine, the jade pillow, and the operation of "Zhou Tian".

According to the Taoist book, the limit of human life expectancy is 120 years old, as long as the training of the Inner Dan is guided, the creation of heaven and earth is seized from the direction of "reverse", the essence, qi and spirit are condensed, and the quality of life is improved, so as to challenge the limit of life and prolong life.

The so-called "reverse" refers to the pulse from the perineum through the three levels of the back spine to the top of the head Baihui, and then from the previous pulse to the dantian, which is called Zhou Tian, which is just the opposite of the meridian path mentioned by the above-mentioned doctors.

The Daomen through the Xiao Zhou Tian's Qi Forging praise, the innate essence and the acquired Qi (water subtlety) combined and condensed into "medicine", which is the practice of refinement, and also the "first pass"; and then enter the Great Zhou Tian practice qi and transformation of the god stage, called the "middle pass"; and finally enter the Dading stage, the "Shangguan" practice of the spirit is still empty, and enter the Taoist body.

Among them, the operation of Zhou Tian is mainly based on the two veins of Ren and Du, and this mechanism of rising and descending before descending is called the rising yang fire and descending the yin symbol, that is, to open up the two veins of Ren and Du.

The first pass is September, the middle pass is October, and the upper pass is nine years, which shows that the practice is not easy.

However, this line of practice clearly marks the qualitative process of transformation from the body to the mind, from the tangible to the intangible, and from the material to the spiritual.

As for the possibility of using external forces to "open up the two veins of Ren and Du", although it is true that in the classics we can see the theory of "Bu Qi" of monks with profound internal strength, that is, the release of external qi to cure people's diseases, but except for people in the rivers and lakes, the canon has not seen the theory of opening up the two veins of Ren Du with external qi.

Cloth qi treatment is a helpless countermeasure to face diseases under the conditions of medical environment.

The difference between the doctor's and the Daomen's statements on the behavior of Ren and Du can be distinguished from the forging praise of the abdominal breathing and the reverse abdominal breathing.

The scriptures say that "if you go to adulthood, you will become immortal when you go against it", that is, you will supervise the pulse to go up and let the pulse go down.

As long as the practice of the Fa is necessary, the practitioner mediates the original qi of the human body, the woman mainly practices the Ren pulse to enrich his blood, and the man mainly practices the pulse to enrich his qi; and starts from the "center" and "meditation", the river car is reversed, and the body shape is fixed, and the two pulses of Ren and the governor are unobstructed, the so-called double cultivation of life is also the same.

Since ancient times, medicine and Taoism have had a specific and detailed cultivation path method to open up the two veins of Rendu in the human body, and Daomen has an internal Dan technique, which is indeed a cultivation method to open up the two veins of Rendu.

Supervise the meridians and follow the line.

3. At least the yin and the giant yang are in the middle of the meridians, and the lower yin is in the upper thigh, and the spine belongs to the kidney.

In the rivers and lakes, opening up the second vein of Ren Du means being reborn, and martial arts are advancing by leaps and bounds, which is actually not so mysterious.

On the rivers and lakes, the second pulse of Rendu is often mentioned, and many will mention that opening up the second pulse of Rendu can enhance martial arts and prolong life.

Medicine points out that the two meridians of Ren Du are indeed two meridians related to longevity, but it is necessary to open the broken veins between the two veins.

It is the yearning of all sentient beings to open up the two veins of Ren and Du, so as to cultivate the Tao and become immortals.

The world of immortals was originally an ideal world for people, and people living in real life could not realize it, but the world of immortals in Daomen was not far from people's real world.

Immortals can not only roam freely in the natural world, but also are not bound by the secular monarchy and dictatorship of the world, so that even the kings with the highest power can not do it.

They "either enter the clouds with their bodies and fly without wings, or ride dragons and clouds and ascend to the heavens, or turn into birds and beasts and float in the clouds; or sneak through rivers and seas; soar over famous mountains; or eat vitality; or ruzhi grass; or enter and leave the world without knowing it; or hide themselves without seeing them." ”

In the eyes of the monks, the "Tao" is higher than the monarchy, and the immortals can naturally surpass the monarchy, and at the same time get rid of the shackles of etiquette and religion, and put aside the disasters and troubles of fighting for fame and fortune in the world.

The realm of immortals is the ideal world that people have always longed for under the pressure of monarchy, and after becoming immortals, they can be liberated, at ease, extremely happy, and have enough temptation.

Life's desire for freedom can be satisfied in the spiritual liberation of immortals; Life's desire for equality can be satisfied in the principle that everyone can become immortals; Life's desire for health and longevity, after becoming an immortal, you can live forever and rejuvenate; people's appetite for food and lust can be served by Jiuzhi and jade maidens after becoming immortals; life yearns for amusement and avoiding disasters, and after becoming an immortal, you can swim outside Liuhe, a land of nothingness, listen to the joy of Juntian, and have the magical powers and spells of serving ghosts and gods.

However, it must also be noted that the world of immortals is, after all, a surreal world on the other side.

Daomen tells people that the glory and wealth, money, beauty, and fame and fortune of the world are unreliable, and they are obstacles and burdens on the road to immortals.

The happiness of worldly life hides calamities and troubles, and it is inseparable from the misery of life and the sad end of old age and sickness.

People can only abandon the glory and wealth of secular life and the short-term happiness of indulgence, so that their souls can be purified and sublimated, and they can leap to the realm of immortals to enjoy the eternal happiness of the immortal life.

This process of spiritual purification, sublimation, and leap is the process of cultivating the path of immortal body.

The cultivation of immortals is also based on taking elixirs. Until the Neidan school matured, the Taoist sect gradually merged with the Dan sect, and the realm of immortals returned to the true person doctrine, and some of the Neidan families who had achieved cultivation became immortals themselves.

For example, Lu Dong Binyun: "Traveling in the North Sea in the twilight, the green snake in his sleeve is bold." The three drunk Yueyang people didn't know, and Lang Ran flew over Dongting Lake. ”

This kind of immortal realm is at least mentally attainable, and physically there are laws to follow and techniques to refine.

Cultivating immortals is to pursue the integration of oneself and the Tao, and to be in harmony with the nature of nature.

Therefore, in the eyes of the world, Neidan is a ladder to the realm of immortals, and as long as people cultivate the Great Dan, they will become immortals in the world.

These people can save their lives and be innocent all the time, regard fame, fortune, lust and power as floating clouds without fear and troubles in their chests; they have true knowledge, true talent, great strategy, and great courage, and they are really strong and can endure humiliation and be weak; they can be simple, open-minded, quiet and carefree, these people have already understood the truth, and they have reached the realm of immortals.

But they cultivated to become immortals, but they were ignorant and ignorant, resulting in the catastrophe being difficult to escape, and even killing with Taoism, and finally caused cause and effect.

Rahu and the Tongtian Sect Master fought for the saints, and now Rahu has returned again, and he wants to trample the immortals and saints under his feet, which caused the immortal and demon war.

Now that the immortals have been defeated and Sanqing is seriously injured, their days of freedom are over.
