Among the three secrets of sentient beings, the practitioner makes the seal of the deity, and even all the undertakings such as walking, living, sitting, and lying are called body secrets; The oral karma of reciting mantras and even all words is called language secret; The mindful deity, and even the thoughts that arise with all the causes and conditions, are all called mystic.
A wide range of body secrets is not only handprints, but any posture belongs to the scope of body secrets. People's hands are dexterous and capable of making all kinds of gestures, but they are all based on tainted ignorance, and the motivation for their actions comes from eating, ignorance, stupidity, slowness, and doubt. For example, raising one's fist to hit someone out of anger, or even developing a set of punches, or taking up a weapon to attack someone, and so on, are all caused by ignorance.
And Mahamudra is a means of supporting cultivation, this special spiritual cultivation method, really surprised Lin Sha, whether it is regarded as pure martial arts or special spiritual cultivation method, it is a wonderful magical method, very similar to the Taoist method of secret visualization.
As for "Dragon Elephant Prajna Gong", it is naturally even more famous.

During the Northern Song Dynasty, there was a monk in Tibet who practiced to the ninth layer, continued to be brave and diligent, and when he reached the tenth layer, the demon suddenly rose and could not control himself, and finally danced wildly for seven days and seven nights and died from the end of the pulse.
Only the Mongolian national teacher of the Condor period, King Tianzong of the Golden Wheel, was stimulated by the top masters of the Central Plains, and practiced the tenth layer of the Dragon Elephant Prajna Gong in his lifetime, and then defeated the top masters of the Central Plains in a row.
