As an electric vehicle positioned as a scooter or for urban use, it is obvious that the range does not need to be too large.

These are all battery packs in groups of 10 kg, and they are mainly in the experimental way, and the charging speed of 280 kg Thor batteries is the most suitable.

Low-cost combination: 10 kg for a single piece, 28 pieces for integration, 80 minutes for a full charge at home voltage (220 volts), and about 27 minutes for a special charging station (500 volts).

Advantages: The cost per kilogram rises by about 0.3 Huayuan, and the battery management is simple.

Cons: Slow charging.

Therefore, the charging speed of the battery must be fast, and a fast charge of 2.7 minutes is obviously very suitable.

After all, very few people will drive to almost charge it, generally the remaining 10~30%, most people will choose to charge.

Therefore, the charging time of the car owner is generally about two minutes, and it is less than the time to smoke a cigarette in two minutes, and no one will feel impatient.

If you get it for five minutes or something, it's obviously easy for the car owner to lose patience.

Huang Haojie calculated that with a 1 kg combination, the cost of a 280 kg battery is about 8,800 yuan.

The total manufacturing cost of a domestic gasoline car, including R&D, assembly, materials, etc., is about 50% of the selling price.

If you exclude the engine, gearbox and other gasoline power system components, the cost of a single car shell is about the same, and this cost is 30% of the selling price.

Therefore, for an electric car of 100,000 yuan, the cost of the car shell is 21,000.

In total, a battery electric car shell is 21,000 yuan, the battery is 44,000 yuan, and the motor and electronic control are 20,000 yuan.

The cost of a 100,000 yuan electric car is 85,000 yuan, which is almost twice the cost of a 100,000 yuan gasoline car.
