The position sensor converts the current of the stator winding along a certain sequence according to the change of the rotor position (that is, detects the position of the rotor magnetic pole relative to the stator winding, and generates a position sensing signal at the determined position, and controls the power switching circuit after being processed by the signal conversion circuit, and switches the winding current according to a certain logical relationship).
The self-generating coating is plated on a silicon steel sheet in the rotor of a permanent magnet.
The difference between a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor lies in the material of the permanent magnet.
Commonly used permanent magnet materials in motors include sintered magnets and bonded magnets, the main types of which are alnico, ferrite, samarium cobalt, neodymium iron boron, etc.
Among them, samarium cobalt and NdFeB are rare earth permanent magnets.
The permanent magnet rotor in the surging motor is a ferrite permanent magnet.
Ferrite permanent magnet is a permanent magnet made mainly from SrO, BaO and Fe2O3.
Ferrite magnets are hard and brittle and have low magnetic energy compared to other permanent magnets.
However, it is not easy to demagnetize and not to corrode, the production process is simple and the price is low, therefore, the output of ferrite magnets is the highest in the entire magnet industry, and it is widely used in industrial production.
Obviously, for surging motors with self-power generation technology, the performance of permanent magnets is no longer the first factor, but the price and difficulty of obtaining are the first factors.
The self-generating coating plated on the rotor of the permanent magnet does not interfere with the work of the motor itself due to the restrained nature of the coating material.
Instead, with the overall spatial displacement of the motor, the magnetic inductance lines of the earth's magnetic field are continuously cut to generate current, and the battery is charged in the opposite direction.
For example, if the battery supplies 1 kWh of electrical energy to the motor for work, then the self-generating coating will feedback 0.23 kWh of electrical energy to the battery.
Of course, this is under ideal conditions, Wen Weiping and Yang and them, bought an electric car, removed the battery and motor, and then installed the Thor battery and surging motor.
After testing, they found that the average power consumption of the surging motor is 0.15~0.18 kWh of electrical energy fed back to the battery by the self-generated coating.
If you run on the highway, the feedback power can reach 0.18~0.21 kWh.
In other words, even without Raytheon batteries, the surging motor can already increase the range of electric vehicles by 15~20% (measured data).
With the addition of Raytheon batteries, the surging electric vehicle is expected to increase the actual range to 300 kilometers.
After all, Raytheon batteries have 11% higher energy density than lithium batteries.
The domestic electric car Biyadi E6 has a battery weight of about 620 kg, a total storage capacity of 57 kWh, a theoretical range of 360 kilometers, and an actual range of 260 kilometers.

If the surging power also piles so many batteries, the battery life can explode.

So stacking batteries is not cost-effective.
