The legend of Jesus' resurrection, the forensic miracle

Because Tomato believes in Christianity, so I also have some understanding of Christ Jesus, once I also doubted whether Jesus really existed, I also looked up some books to prove my point, I can consult a large number of books, but I came to a conclusion that Jesus is indeed a person, and he really died and rose again———— more than 1,900 years ago, the Israelites were under the tyrannical rule of the Romans, and their only hope was that their God gave them a savior, and at that time, A great leader and teacher appeared in the land of Israel. He had many followers, and his teachings, conduct, and deeds far surpassed all the historical figures of ancient and modern times, both in China and abroad, and he was Jesus.

Jesus was not an ordinary person, he was the Son of God, and he existed before everything else. Jesus was born in the city of Bethlehem in the land of Israel. When he was about 30 years old, he traveled far and wide, openly preaching God's great love, revealing the secrets of the universe and the meaning of life. He also pointed out that the cause of human suffering comes from sin, and he spoke seriously of the terrible consequences of sin. He declared himself to be the Savior sent by God, the Son of God, and he told the mystery of the kingdom of heaven in simple parables. He also manifested His infinite power—healing the leper, making the blind see, walking the lame, and raising the dead, though He performed miracles that were admired by all men; But in the end, he was crucified. But wonderful things happened to Him; He was resurrected on the third day after his death and declared himself to return before ascending to heaven.

Jesus Christ is the center of Christian belief and preaching, so if the reality of Jesus' existence is shaken, the foundation of Christian faith will collapse. However, history does not deny the reality of Jesus. Anyone who studies history carefully will see that Jesus Christ is indeed a resurrected Savior. There was once an unbeliever in Christ named Morrison, an English lawyer who was bent on destroying the Christian faith in an attempt to prove that the resurrection of Jesus Christ was not a historical fact. With his expertise, he spent five years studying the authenticity of Jesus' resurrection. But he found that he had not expected that Jesus Christ had indeed risen again on the third day after His death! Faced with this fact, he resolved to accept Jesus as his Savior and wrote The Historic Judgment to make his findings public.

Let's also take a closer look at the historical facts of Jesus and the evidence for his resurrection, which can prove that the reality of Jesus' deeds is very different from fictional fairy tales and absurd legends!

Israel was an unimportant part of the Roman Empire, so it was not easy to find a wealth of historical information about Jesus. Because Roman historians were reasonably disdainful of writing about Jesus, a carpenter who grew up in a poor country. But unexpectedly, there are so many accounts of Jesus Christ in Roman history. It is no wonder that the Encyclopedia Britannica devotes 20,000 words to a brief description of the life of Jesus, and even our atheistic communist country, our motherland, lists Jesus as one of the 100 great men in history.

There is no greater authority on the study of Jewish history or the life of Jesus Christ than Josephus. Josephus was born in 37 C.E. to a Pharisee, Pharisee (the religious man who persecuted Jesus at the time). Joseph was not a Christian, and he did not have a crush on Jesus. At the time he wrote the book, the story of Jesus was still circulating in the world. Joseph collected a lot of information about the life of Jesus and wrote two great works: The Jewish Wars and The Ancient History of the Jews. In his Ancient History of Judea, he gives a detailed account of Jesus' life, for example, Jesus was the son of Joseph and Mary, born of the virgin's conception.

The History of the Decline and Fall of Rome also gives a clear account of the death of Jesus and the development of Christianity. It also records the persecution of Christians who were crucified, burned, or thrown into the lions' den for Jesus' sake, but who still risked their lives to preach Jesus' resurrection. There are also Xue Dongnis's "The Biography of Gerold Dius", Pliny's official newspaper, Rusian's historical works, the works of the Great Rus, the record of Hadrian, the Roman royal official, and the report of Pilate who executed Jesus, all tell a historical fact, that is, Jesus was familiar to the Roman Empire, and he was also a real person in history!

There is so much information about the history of Jesus that is too large to be included in this booklet. It is no wonder that some people say that there is more evidence of Jesus in history than Confucius, who is known as the Master of All Ages in our country. In the face of so much historical evidence, and evidence from opponents of Christianity, the truth of Jesus is beyond doubt!

The death and resurrection of Jesus.

The Lord Jesus is the Son of God, and He willingly became a man of flesh and blood in order to seek salvation from the world. The Bible says: "His governor Jesus came into the world to save sinners." "He loved us and willingly bore our sins to receive the penalty for our sins in our place, and was crucified. Sin was so terrible that even the Son of God paid the price for his sins to atone. When he died, one of the soldiers pierced him in the side with a spear, and blood and water flowed out. Modern experts have confirmed that it was because the heart burst that blood and water flowed out, which shows how great the pain of the Lord Jesus was crucified because he bore the sins of the world! He loves us so much and is willing to endure all the pain for us!

After Jesus was confirmed dead, His body was removed, wrapped in linen, and covered with about 100 pounds of a sticky substance mixed with various spices. It was then placed inside a tomb, and the entrance to the tomb was blocked with a boulder weighing about two tons.

Because before His death, the Lord Jesus publicly declared that He would be resurrected on the third day after His death. Therefore, in order to prevent Jesus' disciples from stealing the body and falsely claiming that Jesus had been resurrected, Pilate asked Pilate to send highly trained Roman soldiers to guard the tomb.

On the third day after Jesus' death, something unusual happened! The guards fled, the boulder moved away from the mouth of the tomb, and the body of Jesus was gone! All that was left was the Shroud and an empty grave. Jesus appeared to more than 500 people after His resurrection. The disciples who had been scattered by fear of death were completely changed, and they were as brave as lions, and despite being killed, banished, and persecuted, they still preached the resurrection of Jesus without fear of death. Completely powerless Christians stand tall in the winds by the resurrected Savior. To this day, countless lives have been gloriously changed by the risen Lord Jesus Christ!

The proof of Jesus' resurrection – that Jesus' tomb was empty – is an indisputable historical fact. Until now, there has not been the slightest documentary basis or archaeological findings that can overturn the fact that Jesus' tomb was empty. From the first century to the present, there have been many theories about the empty tomb in an attempt to conceal the truth about Jesus' resurrection. But the more they explain the reason for the empty tomb, the more flaws are revealed, and we are more confident that the resurrection is a universal fact. Let's also look at the explanations of the empty tomb, and it is not difficult to see that only the true resurrection of Jesus from the dead is the best and most complete explanation of the empty tomb!

It is said that the disciples stole the bodies while the soldiers guarding the tomb were sleeping. This would have been a straightforward idea, but if we think about it, we can see a lot of loopholes. First, Jesus' arrest and crucifixion made his followers so depressed and cowardly that it is hard to explain why they suddenly became so bold as to steal corpses when they were heavily guarded. Furthermore, Roman soldiers were sentenced to death if they slept or deserted their duties while on duty. It is hard to imagine that a group of soldiers who have been trained in military discipline would fall asleep at the same time while performing their duties. In addition, we must know that stealing corpses is not a trivial task, and simply pushing open the large stone blocking the tomb door will make a loud noise, and even if the soldier is asleep, he will be woken up.

Also, if Jesus was not really resurrected, but the disciples stole the body and made up the story of the resurrection, wouldn't they be a big fool, remember that when they preached the gospel everywhere, they risked their lives to testify that Jesus had been resurrected, and if they paid for the stolen body and the lies they made, I believe that no one would be so stupid. It can be seen that the theory of stealing corpses is not credible.

Another explanation for the empty tomb is that the leaders of the Jews or the officials of Rome carried away the body of Jesus. This statement is even more questionable. If it was the opponents of Jesus who hid the body, then why didn't the Roman leaders rise up and set the record straight when the disciples preached the resurrection message in Jerusalem? If they really took the body, why didn't they tell where it was placed? Why didn't they take out the body and put it in a wagon and go around the city to set the record straight? If they sent troops to guard the grave, why did they remove the body? Therefore, the theory of stealing corpses is difficult to establish and cannot be convincing.

There is also a theory that the wrong grave is found. The first to find the empty tomb was a group of women, and some people thought that because of their excessive grief and the darkness of the morning, the women went the wrong way, and as a result, they went to the wrong tomb, and when they saw an empty tomb, they imagined that Jesus had risen again, and it was preached everywhere. If the women misidentified the grave, why didn't the hostile Jesus-go-bearers point the crowd to the correct place where Jesus' body was buried? Furthermore, could it be that the disciples who went to the cemetery later also found the wrong grave?

In the eighteenth century, a new theory was proposed, which was that Jesus did not really die, but that he was simply unconscious due to massive blood loss. In the cold tomb, He gradually awoke, walked out of the tomb, and appeared to the disciples, claiming that He had risen from the dead.

Let's assume for a moment that Jesus did not die with heavy bleeding, nails to his hands and feet, and sharp spears to his side. But can we trust him to survive in a pitch-black hole with no one to take care of him, no supply of water and no food? Don't forget, his body was wrapped in a hundred pounds of spices and shrouds, did he have the strength to undo it? Can an injured hand, foot, and body move a heavy stone away? Even if he could get out of the grave, would he be able to subdue a team of fierce guards? Will he be able to walk a few miles to show up to his disciples? Isn't it harder to believe this than to believe in the resurrection of Jesus?!

After reading all the explanations for the empty tomb, we can only come to one conclusion: the historical record of the resurrection of Jesus Christ after the death is an ironclad fact, and this is the most reasonable explanation for the empty tomb.

There are many things in the world that can't be explained, if you have a choice, Tomato would rather believe that there is a God in this world, so that the world will be more beautiful, well, the story of Jesus we will tell, the following story "Black Halloween" is about to kick off, and in this episode of the story there will be a mysterious black package that makes everyone puzzled, and what is it, why does it reappear in the world, all this will be the beginning of another story.
