Chapter Seventy-Five: Ge Zhenggen's Life Whines

According to Jiecheng's instructions, Fa Zheng could only monitor from the window of the South Pavilion of the Hidden Scripture Pavilion, and he told Fa Zheng not to go to the edge of the well to see what was going on, if Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao found out that someone was secretly spying on them, the result would be very bad.

The fact is that at this time, Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao were already very alert.

After Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao worked overtime for several nights in a row, Jiecheng and Fa Zheng were a little out of breath. One night, Jie Cheng watched Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao walk out of the mountain gate.

After Zen Master Kongyun closed the door and put the door bar, Jiecheng and Fazheng returned to the Eastern Zen Temple.

At this point, all the monks slept peacefully.

That night, it happened to be two people, Jiecheng and Fazheng, who were on duty.

The two men brought the rope and lantern prepared in advance from the supervisor's room—and the rope and lantern were hidden under a pile of ritual vessels. In Lengyue Temple, only the abbot of Xiuneng and the supervisor of Jiecheng have the key to the supervisor's room, and Xiuneng occasionally goes to the supervisor's room to have a look.

After tying the rope and lowering the horizontal board, the Fa is shaking on it, and the admonition goes down to the well.

Fa Zheng slowly lowered the rope, and Cheng Cheng held a horse lantern in his hand and searched the wall of the well.

Soon, Jiecheng discovered the hole.

Because the well is small and large, people cannot see the hole in the wall of the well.

Ge Zhenggen did not block the entrance to the cave, which is the main reason why Ge Zhenggen took away the horse lantern and the well rope.

About a meter away from the entrance of the cave, there were some green bricks neatly stacked in the corners of the wall, which Ge Zhenggen had pried down from the secret door.

Jie Cheng climbed into the hole, entered the secret passage, and stopped in front of the second stone door.

At this time, Ge Zhenggen had already opened the first stone door.

In front of the stone gate, there is also a steel drill.

Jiecheng finally understood that Ge Zhenggen was in the well, and in addition to digging the well, the main task was to open the stone door to the underground palace. Is it any wonder that Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao took the initiative to work overtime?

Jiecheng estimates: Ge Zhenggen will definitely get the treasure of the town temple in the underground palace out of the underground palace before leaving the Cold Moon Temple, hide it in a secret place, and wait for all the craftsmen to leave the Cold Moon Temple, and then return to the Cold Moon Temple, take the treasure away, and then fly away.

Therefore, Jiecheng decided to let Fa Zheng continue to monitor Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao's every move. Then wait for the opportunity to get rid of Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao.

After that, Jiecheng went down to the well several times and entered the secret passage, the purpose of which was to grasp the progress of Ge Zhenggen in opening the stone door.

And Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao didn't know about the two pairs of eyes hidden in the darkness.

A few days before the end of the overhaul, someone suddenly handed a letter to Jiecheng.

On the envelope was Ge Zhenggen's name. The address below is Ge Zhenggen's hometown.

Jiecheng immediately realized: Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao played the trick of the golden cicada shelling. The baby has arrived—at least the baby has been seen, Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao are leaving the Cold Moon Temple early.

The next morning, the first thing Foreman Jiang did when he walked into Lengyue Temple was to ask Jie Cheng to pay a little salary first, and let Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao go back to their hometown to visit their critically ill mother.

On the evening of this day, Fa Zheng continued to hide in the south pavilion of the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion, and the admonition was hidden in the vegetable garden, and there was a gate on the east side of the East Zen Temple, and outside the door was the vegetable garden.

Jiecheng estimated that after Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao got the treasures in the dungeon, they would definitely hide their things in the vegetable garden—or in the mountain stream to the east of the vegetable garden, or in the woods to the east of the mountain stream.

That night, Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao finished their work very late, but until Ge Zhenggen climbed out of the well, Fa Zheng and Jiecheng did not see anything.

In Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao's view, things are safest in the underground palace. The well was dug up, but there was still finishing work such as cleaning the walls of the well and resurfacing the floor tiles around the well, and Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao had to do everything before they could leave the Cold Moon Temple.

The next day, Jiang Zihai really sent two other craftsmen to Dongzen Temple to help, Ge Zhenggen continued to clean the mud on the wall of the well, and Liu Abao and two other craftsmen were responsible for laying the floor tiles around the edge of the well.

At six o'clock in the evening, the bricks around the edge of the well had been paved, and a small half of the mud on the wall of the well had not been cleaned up—this was Ge Zhenggen's own words.

Commandment Cheng knew that in fact, the silt on the wall of the well had been cleaned, and Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao's purpose was nothing more than to want to work one more shift.

When Ge Zhenggen was cleaning the wall of the well, Jiecheng had already gone to the scene to see it, so Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao couldn't deceive Jiecheng.

Jiecheng and Fa Zheng wanted to wait for Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao to get things out of the well.

Strangely, nothing happened that night. When Ge Zhenggen climbed out of the well, he still had two hands empty. At this time, Jiecheng already knew Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao's plan: the things were still in the underground palace - or they had been placed in the secret tunnel, and Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao wanted to sneak into the Dongzen Monastery when they were more quiet, and then take the things and leave. It's safest to keep things in the dungeon, or in the tunnels.

Soon after Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao walked out of the mountain gate, Jiecheng went down to the well and drilled into the hole, and sure enough, he saw a lot of bricks about two meters away from the hole—these bricks were originally stacked on both sides of the wall.

Jie Cheng climbed into the cave and picked up the bricks, only to find the golden Buddha underneath the bricks.

Take away all the bricks, and five golden Buddhas are presented in front of you.

Jiecheng also went to the underground palace to take a look: Jiecheng saw three stone gates, a stone carved platform, a lotus seat, a snake and a python.

The five golden Buddhas were made out of the well twice, the first time was the four small golden Buddhas, and the second time was the double-sided big golden Buddha.

Before leaving the tunnel, Commandment restores the bricks to their original state.

To the east of the vegetable garden, there is a deep mountain stream, and there is water in the mountain stream, but the water is not very deep.

He hid the five golden Buddhas under the water, and then pressed many stones on top of the golden Buddhas.

Taking away the Golden Buddha is only part of the plan of Jie Cheng and Fa Zheng, only when Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao completely disappear, can the five Golden Buddhas become their own things without realizing it. And Ge Zhenggen's letter to his family provided very good conditions for the complete disappearance of Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao.

Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao went back to their hometown, Jiang Zihai and the craftsmen would not know, let alone the monks in the temple.

Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao can't see the Golden Buddha, and when they find that the boiled duck has flew, they will definitely not give up, they must choose to report the case, once the police intervene, not only will the plan of admonishing Cheng and Fa Zheng get rid of the golden cicada from the shell cannot be realized, I am afraid that there will be imprisonment.

When Jiecheng saw the Golden Buddha under the bricks, after a period of ideological struggle, he finally decided to move the Golden Buddha to a safe place first, and then wait for the opportunity to send Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao, who had returned to Lengyue Temple, to Lord Yama.

In order to kill Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao unknowingly and unknowingly, Jiecheng and Fazheng made very adequate preparations.

At this time, the clay sculpture of Shakyamuni Buddha in the Mahavira Hall has been completed, and the hole in the back has been sealed—it has just been sealed—which means that the overhaul of the Mahavira Hall has ended.

When the craftsman is sculpting, he specially leaves a small table-sized hole in the back of Shakyamuni Buddha, the purpose is to ventilate, the surface of the statue is relatively easy to dry, and the inside of the statue must be kept ventilated in order to dry in a relatively short time.

The statue is formed, after the surface is air-dried, you can paint it, and the painting will take three times, each time it takes about ten days, and when the painting is completed, the inside of the statue will also be air-dried.

At this time, as long as the hole behind the Bodhisattva is sealed, it is done, because the Bodhisattva's back is in a hidden place, and there is no need to paint.

After the father and son hid the golden Buddha, they went to the Daxiong Treasure Hall to take a look, at that time, the back of Guanyin Bodhisattva was still a little soft, because it was just sealed, and the mud still contained a lot of water.

Originally, Jiecheng planned to hide the corpses of Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao in the stomach of Shakyamuni.

The next night, it was supposed to be two other monks on duty, and Cheng Cheng tried to find a way to break them away, the reason was: seeing that the overhaul was about to end, he had to check it carefully, and if he found a problem, he could let the craftsmen make up for it in time, and after the craftsmen went down the mountain, it would be too late to find the problem.

After dinner, there were no monks left in the Daxiong Treasure Hall and the Yingxia Hall.

At about nine o'clock, the lights in all the meditation rooms of the East and West Zen Monastery went out.

The lights of the Hojo Zen Temple were also extinguished.

Jiecheng and Fa Zheng walked into the Daxiong Treasure Hall, Fa Zheng stood at the door of the hall and looked at the wind, Jiecheng used a steel brazing to pry open the sealing mud on the back of Shakyamuni Buddha, and sawed a hole about 90 centimeters long on the standing bone with a small hacksaw prepared in advance. And place the thin wire prepared in advance next to the wooden lattice.

After the body is hidden in the bodhisattva's belly, the sawn squares are fixed to the standing bones with wires.

After everything was ready, the two of them went to the south pavilion of the Tibetan scripture pavilion of the Eastern Zen Temple.

At this time, Jiecheng held a steel drill in his hand; Fa Zheng had a dagger pinned to his waist.

At about ten o'clock, a figure appeared on the high wall to the right of the door of the vegetable garden.

The shadow looked at the wall for a moment, then jumped to the ground.

The shadow walked up to the door, moved the deadbolt, opened it, and another shadow flashed - the door to the garden was plugged in from the inside.

It is expected that Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao will enter the East Zen Temple from the vegetable garden. On the east side of the vegetable garden is a mountain stream, and on the east side of the mountain stream is an unsheltered forest.

These two people are Ge Zhenggen and Liu Abao.

The two walked to the edge of the well, Ge Zhenggen put the wooden barrel tied to the well rope into the well, Liu Abao rode on the wooden barrel, and Ge Zhenggen began to turn the wheel.

Jiecheng and Fa Zheng walked out of the Tibetan Scripture Pavilion and quickly flashed behind Ge Zhenggen.

At this time, Ge Zhenggen was lying on the edge of the well and looking down.

Jie Cheng raised the steel drill in his hand and slammed it at Ge Zhenggen's occipital bone.

Ge Zhenggen lay silently on the edge of the well.

Fa Zheng grabbed Ge Zhenggen's feet and dragged him away from the edge of the well.

Jie Cheng raised the steel drill again, and slammed it on Ge Zhenggen's occipital bone again.

Jiecheng signaled that Fazheng was turning the wheel, and after the barrel was raised to the mouth of the well, Jiecheng rode on the barrel.
