Chapter 512: Re-Cultivation
The left side, also known as the yin or moon vein, also governs the power of desire in relation to the past, drowsiness, sensuality, and superego.
People who tend to the left are very introverted, they are emotional, but they are afraid to express themselves, they tend to be sentimental and self-pitying.
Their advantage is that they are more artistic, easier to get along with, they have never dominated others, and they have nothing to do; their disadvantages are that they are lazy, indecisive, lack of system, easily dominated by others, and have limited achievements in a highly competitive society.
The right side, also known as the yang or sun vein, also governs the power of action relative to the future, rational logic, domination, and the ego.
The right-leaning personality is extroverted and active, easy to think and plan, and has the courage to express himself, but lacks emotional and artistic development, and likes to dominate others.
The central channel is located in the middle of the spine, and in relation to the present moment, evolution, and spiritual ascension, it is the only channel through which humanity is united with the spiritual power of the universe, the source of joy.
The left and right veins are related to the left and right sympathetic nerves, respectively, but they cross to the left and right brains at the position of the optic nerve bed, and the mid vein is related to the parasympathetic nerves.
If the left and right veins are overactive or blocked, one's attention is drawn away from the middle channel, resulting in imbalance, physical and mental illness, and even greater hindrance to spiritual progress.
The second component of the energy system of the human body is the seven chakras, which are the entrance and exit of energy on the body, and these entrances and exits are mainly seven on the body, so it is generally said that there are seven chakras.
But in fact, in addition to these seven big ones, there are many small ones, which are distributed throughout the body.
The same is true of the meridians, in addition to the three main ones, there are many smaller ones, because the human body is far more complex than medical knowledge knows.
From bottom to top, they are: Mooladhara (Chakra), Abdominal Chakra (Chakra of True Knowledge), Nabhi Chakra (Chakra of the Right Path), Phantom Sea, Heart Chakra (Chakra of Benevolence), Throat Chakra (Chakra of Datong), Agnya (Chakra of Forgiveness), and Sahasrara (Chakra of Realization).
They are also known as "chakras", which are formed by the rotation of life energy, which means "wheels" and "chakras".
They are located on the human spine, and medical research has found that the position of these seven wheels actually corresponds to the main nerve plexus on the human spine, each nerve plexus, each with its own characteristics, which is in charge of various physical and mental state activities of the human body, that is, the organs and emotions of the human body, and is the pivotal button that controls the human body.
The exotic yogis describe more precisely the number of petals in each chakra, which is similar to the paraplexus at the plexus, and each chakra has its own unique properties and functions.
Mooladhara, which means root and support, is coral red in color and has four petals, and its qualities are innocence and wisdom.
This chakra is the root of the entire energy system, and it is located at the bottom of the vertebrae, a little outside the body.
Physically, this chakra corresponds to the pelvic plexus and takes care of people's excretory system and reproductive organs, so if this chakra becomes weak, people will suffer from these diseases of the uterus.
Mooladhara corresponds to the heel of the palm of the hand and the soles of the feet, and if there is a blockage in the Mooladhara area, there will be numbness, tingling, warmth or heaviness in this area.
If the left hand has a feeling, it means that there is a problem with the left part of the chakra, if the right hand has a feeling, there is a problem with the right part of the chakra, and if there is a feeling in the left and right hands, there is a problem with the whole chakra.
Mooladhara is the guardian of Kundalini, and if one's Mooladhara is too bad, Kundalini does not arise.
Many people place it above Mooladhara, below Nabhi Chakra, but in fact there is no certain position for the Chakra of True Knowledge, it rotates around the Nabhi Chakra in the abdomen. The color of the chakra is yellow and has six petals.
The chakra of knowledge corresponds to the aortic plexus in terms of the body, and it governs the spleen, pancreas, and lower part of the liver. The chakra of true knowledge is the starting point of the right side.
If a person is overactive and overthinks and plans, it will cause this chakra and the entire right side to become hot, and if the chakra is overdrawn for a long time, it will cause this chakra to fail, and it will not be able to take care of the needs of the spleen, pancreas and liver, and diseases of these organs will arise.
If a person has a bad spleen, he will develop blood cancer, if a person's pancreas is not good, he will develop diabetes, and if a person has a bad liver, he will not have good concentration, and he will often be irritable, cranky, and unable to calm down.
If a person has any of the problems mentioned above, it will manifest itself in the thumb of the right hand, and then one should stop thinking too much and use various methods to cool down the liver.
If a person learns sorcery or believes in false teachings, the left part of the chakra of truth becomes blocked, and it manifests itself on the thumb of the left hand.
The qualities of this chakra are pure knowledge and attention, and those who open this chakra will receive pure knowledge and creativity from the Divine.
Pure knowledge corresponds to true knowledge, or the reality of the world.
In the ancient scriptures, it is said that there is a kind of transcendent knowledge, and if you know this knowledge, you will know the whole truth of heaven and earth, and this knowledge is called "Tao", "reason", or "truth".
After practicing yoga, a person's central channel will gradually open, the whole energy from the outside world will enter his body, his chakras will be cleansed, and the nerves at the top of his brain will be enlightened, so that he will be given a new consciousness, which is called collective consciousness.
He was like a blind man, and in darkness and ignorance he had light, and he knew what was good for him and what was bad for him.
After attaining absolute knowledge, he becomes his own guru, he does not need to be told what to do, he himself already knows in his own heart that he will automatically become a moral person, and he will automatically turn away from the bad habits that lead him to destruction.
This person may not be highly educated, or even illiterate, but he actually gains more than others, because the knowledge he has gained belongs to a higher level of consciousness. The knowledge he gained was absolute and universal.
The Navel Chakra (Righteous Path Chakra) is located in the navel in the center of the abdomen, and the color of this chakra is green and it has ten petals.
The Nabhi Chakra corresponds to the solar [celiac] plexus in the body and governs the stomach and intestines.
If a person has problems in his family or is overly concerned about money, he will have stomach problems, which will manifest themselves in the middle finger of his left hand, in the middle finger of his right hand if he has problems in his career, and if there is a stinging pain in both hands, then there is a problem with the whole Nabhi Chakra.
The nature of this chakra is pursuit, and it also governs satisfaction. Since the beginning of evolution, there has been a need for life to be pursued, and in order to continue, life must first pursue food and water, and the higher the animals, the more they need and the more complex they are.
Another characteristic of the Nabhi Chakra is balance, which is to live a life of neutrality and peace. The great sages and sages of the past taught the world to live a neutral life and avoid going to extremes.
If one's Nabhi Chakra is inspired, one will be taken care of in all aspects of one's life, one will not have to worry about food and clothing, and one will feel satisfied in one's material life. This is because that person gets "yoga", which is a result of not asking for it.
The Phantom Sea, which is formed by the wheel of true knowledge revolving around the wheel of the righteous path, means the sea of confusion.
In the ancient scriptures, the ocean is often used as a metaphor for the difficulty of seeking the path to be transcended, and in the human body, this sea of confusion is manifested in an area of interruption from the Kundalini to the central channel, and it is known that the left side originates from Mooladhara and the right side originates from the Chakra of True Knowledge, but the central channel originates from the illusory sea, and the Kundalini cannot reach it.
It's like having three ladders, two on the left and right on the ground, and the middle one hanging in the air.
In order to cross this illusory sea, the ancient seekers first had to clean their chakras, from the bottom up, one by one.
Since the cleanliness of the chakras is closely related to one's thoughts and actions, one who wants to be promoted must first have morality and live a balanced life, and when he meets a true master, he will be able to cross the other side.
After attaining "Realization", in yoga, everyone is his own teacher, there is no hierarchy, everyone is equal.
The heart chakra, in the middle of people's chest, behind the sternum, is purple in color and has twelve petals.
The heart chakra, in response to the cardiac plexus, takes care of the heart and respiratory system.
When people are children, antibodies are formed in the sternum to fight off diseases and foreign invasions.
If you don't have the care of your mother in childhood, you won't be able to develop this part of your abilities properly, and you will grow up to be very timid, afraid of the dark, afraid of making mistakes, and afraid that others will hurt you.
The left gyrus of this center is blocked, which is manifested in the little finger of the left hand, and there will be numbness, tingling, warmth, or heaviness.
The right side of this center reflects the paternal side, where the father is derelict or overly authoritarian, and the right side of this center is gradually blocked, which is manifested in the little finger of the right hand.
The characteristic of the heart chakra is love, and people who have opened the heart chakra will naturally give birth to a kind of benevolent love for things, which is an unconditional love, and it is not done for some utilitarian purpose.
People who have opened their hearts are able to transcend the selfishness of their own body and care for and help those around them.
Heaven and earth are an ever-growing force, and if people understand that everything in heaven and earth is made into oneness, then people will see others suffering as if they were suffering themselves.
Just as the saying goes, seeing other people is like seeing the flesh and blood of our compatriots, seeing everything in the world, every grass and tree, as if seeing one's own partners in the world.
