Chapter Seventy-Six: Transactions
Because Sachiko Asami said she wanted a quieter place, the waiter arranged us on a window side of the bar.
"I didn't expect Miss Sachiko to like to drink whiskey."
"I came to the bar for the first time at twelve, and my grandfather brought me here." Sachiko Asami looked out the window, "He loves Glenlivet and he goes in for a Glenlivet every time he passes by the bar." The first time I drank was a Glenlivet with my grandfather, and it was so strong that I only drank a little bit and got drunk. β
Sachiko Asami's eyes were red, and I knew she was thinking about her grandfather.
"Grandpa carried me all the way, I don't remember how I got home," Sachiko Asami paused, "Later, Grandpa passed away from stomach cancer, and since he died, I only drank Glenlivet when I went to the bar, and I didn't get used to it, but gradually I also liked the taste of Glenlivet." β
I looked at Sachiko Asami and nodded, in fact, I envy her, she can at least miss her grandfather in this way, and I don't even know what my grandfather looks like.
"What about you? Why do you like to drink rum? β
"The first time I went to the bar, Du Group took me there, at that time out of the mission, the suspect did not appear, we stayed at the bar all night, when I left in the morning, Du Group said that everyone ordered a glass of wine to be sober, they all drank whiskey, and when I ordered it, there was no whiskey in the bar, so I ordered a glass of rum."
"You've only ordered rum since then?"
I nodded.
"I can't see that you're still a pretty single-minded person." Sachiko Asami looked at me with her cheeks on her cheeks, the light was dim, I couldn't see Sachiko's face, but I could see her bright eyes.
I looked out the window and saw that the two men in the cafΓ© were still watching closely, and the waiter at the door continued to look around.
"That's why you asked me to get those pills, right?" Sachiko Asami said, pointing at the two men.
"How do you know?"
"They were from the police department, and when I went to buy medicine, they said there was going to be a big drug deal in this bar tonight."
My eyebrows tightened, as if something was wrong with that link.
"How can they tell you about such a big thing as the drug trade?"
"It's never been a secret to Nara that they trade drugs here."
"Does the police department care?"
"Whatever," Sachiko Asami looked out the window, and the cafΓ©'s front desk attendant and the drunk woman gagged the two detectives from behind with wet towels.
"They dared to do it to the officers."
"It's normal," Sachiko Asami said, "It's drugged, and they will wake up the next day, and the police don't have much status in Japan." β
"Then my plan is not going to fail!"
Sachiko Asami smiled and looked back.
"Actually, not necessarily, aren't you just looking for a chance to get close to Genichiro?"
"Miss Sachiko, you can guess that."
"When my father demolished that building, Genichiro, as the director of the Civil Affairs Bureau, must have also been involved, and they used the demolition to make a lot of money, colluded with the bank to defraud the residents of the demolition fee, and lost their conscience."
Sachiko Asami drank the Glenlivet and looked into the distance with a blank face. She is really unique, sometimes timid and cute, sometimes wise and charming, sometimes gentle, sometimes domineering, maybe unconsciously, I have been attracted to this mysterious woman. She needs to rely on, but she is strong alone, I can't tell why, but I really want to help her.
"Do you have a way to find Genichiro?" I asked.
"Of course," Sachiko Asami nodded, "Greedy people will never be satisfied, I have found someone to check, this time the drug trade Genichiro is the intermediary of the police station, if nothing else, before eleven o'clock, Genichiro will come here to search under the guise of anti-narcotics, and then take away a few inconsequential addicts, after Genichiro leaves, the real drug trade will officially begin." β
I tasted the rum in my hand thoughtfully, the situation had changed subtly, and we had to think of a better way to get closer to Genichiro.
"Do you know who is dealing in drugs?"
"It's a guy named Wild Wolf, who came from the Golden Triangle area, and once bought a checkpoint in Nara with my father."
"Can you find him?"
Sachiko Asami frowned, "Yes, yes, but it will take some time." β
"Is an hour enough?"
"It's difficult, but it should be possible to activate all the networks of the Chaohai family."
"Shall we wait here, then?" Sachiko Asami asked.
I nodded, "Waiter, give me a glass of Bruledi." β
Sachiko Asami looked up at me in surprise, and then shouted to the waiter, "Two glasses, two glasses of Bruledi." β
"Can you still drink?"
"Of course," Sachiko Asami nodded confidently.
I smiled and looked out the window, she held her mobile phone and cautiously instructed her subordinates, the bar was full of customers coming in and out, the cafΓ© across the road was finally closing, and all the plans were going on quietly.
The waiter brought us Bruledi, a whisky that, although not as strong as the Glenlivet, still has a bit of a hot sensation in the mouth. Sachiko Asami was very interested in spirits, she blushed slightly, and drank two glasses of Bruledi in a row, probably slightly drunk.
"Do you like me?" Sachiko Asami looked at me and asked.
"Are you drunk?" I reached out and touched Sachiko Asami's forehead.
"I'm sober." Sachiko Asami turned her head sideways and pulled my hand away, looking like she had drunk a little too much.
"We'll get down to business later."
"I," Sachiko Asami bit her lower lip shyly, "I haven't been in a relationship yet." β
"I don't have either." I said with a smile.
"Would you like to kiss me?"
"What?" I looked at Sachiko Asami with a puzzled expression.
"It's a kiss." Sachiko Asami said with her head bowed.
"That's not good."
"Don't you dare?" Sachiko Asami raised her head and pointed at me with her finger and said.
"Thisβ"
"Hurry up."
I closed my eyes and leaned my head over, the alcohol was volatile in my body, and I was not very conscious, this kind of request sounded very unreasonable, my heart was very resistant, but my body seemed to be very thirsty.
"Hahaha~"
Sachiko Asami suddenly laughed, and when I opened my eyes, she was very close, but instead of kissing me, she looked at me in surprise with her cheeks on her back.
I hurried back to my sitting position in shame, as if I had been teased, and I was very unhappy, but I couldn't get angry.
"They sent a message that they had found the drugs."
"So fast."
"Wild Wolf went to the Asahi Club last week to buy Nara's access card, and several of my father's friends have seen him."
"Can you get a picture of a wolf?"
Sachiko Asami shook her head, "No one has ever seen the true face of a wild wolf, he is very cautious in his work, he sends different people every time, and everyone who comes calls himself a wild wolf. β
"Is there their address?"
"Yes."
Sachiko Asami handed me the phone, the message was sent a minute ago, and Sachiko Asami specially translated it into Chinese. The content of the news is very comprehensive, including the weight of the poison brought by the wild wolf, the number of people, the guns, and even the place and time of the transaction.
Although Asami Kawano is deceased, the Asami family's power in Nara is really not to be underestimated, and being able to know the information about the wolf drug trade in such detail in such a short period of time is much stronger than the police station in Nara.
"What are you going to do?" Sachiko Asami asked.
"I want to be a drug lord once."
"What." Sachiko Asami looked at me in surprise.
"No one knows a wolf, which means that anyone can be a wolf."
"You want to hijack the drugs and then negotiate with Genichiro through the drugs."
"That's right," I nodded, "even if Genichiro doesn't want to explain to me, someone will always force him to confess to me when the time comes." β
"Understood."
Sachiko Asami got up and looked out the window, "I'll go and inform the people of the community and let them deal with the wolf gang in the shortest possible time." β
"No," I stretched out my hand to stop Sachiko Asami, "you can't use the people of your club for this matter, and the more people who know about it, the less credible my identity is." β
"And what do you want to do?"
I looked at the message on my phone, "Twenty people, a dozen guns, two of us should be enough." β
"They're all mercenaries, so they can't be careless."
"Don't worry, I'm sure."
Sachiko Asami glanced at me, she didn't doubt my ability, as the person who used the S plan of the Gusen Academy, she should trust me unconditionally.
"Then let's go." Sachiko Asami got up and said.
I nodded, and when I went to the front desk to pay the bill, I deliberately glanced at the time, ten forty o'clock, twenty minutes before the time of Genichiro's raid inspection, and less than an hour before the time of the drug deal.
I glanced at the waiter who was looking around the door, and if I wanted to prolong the transaction, I had to find something for Genichiro to do.
Sachiko Asami strode towards the door, I followed closely, and when I reached the door, I suddenly stumbled forward, and the waiter at the door was quick to help me, and I took advantage of the situation to put the powder that Sachiko Asami got for me into the man's pocket.
Sachiko Asami glanced back at me, "Are you okay?" β
"It's okay," I smiled and thanked the waiter.
He looked at me politely, "Don't get out of the way, sir, walk carefully, and welcome you both again." β
Sachiko Asami turned around and picked me up.
"You shoved that thing into him?" Sachiko Asami asked in a whisper.
"Gotta buy a little time for our actions."
"I thought it wasn't going to work."
"Why," I smiled and glanced at Sachiko Asami, "the things you worked so hard to get must be of some use." β
Out of the bar, I glanced in the direction of the corner.
"It's Kato's people who have been staring at us for a long time." Sachiko Asami said expressionlessly.
