Chapter 508: Reincarnation (2)

The ecological wisdom of "harmonious symbiosis" between man and nature is believed in the Sutra that the sun, the yin, and the neutral three qi are in harmony and incarnate all things, so in nature, the sun, the yin, and the neutral three qi are indispensable.

Only when the two qi of yin and yang are in harmony with each other to produce the qi of "neutralization" and jointly give birth to all things, can there be peace in the natural world.

The Sutra further points out that man is a part of all things in nature, and is also born of the "neutral" qi of nature, that is, heaven, earth, and man are all part of nature, and they themselves have a relationship of symbiosis and co-prosperity, so they must respect each other and live in harmony.

The ecological wisdom of "harmonious coexistence" between man and nature believes that man and nature coexist in symbiosis, and the quality of the natural environment is directly related to the survival and development of human society.

The so-called "disharmony between heaven and earth, the error of yin and yang, and the disaster of all peoples" means that the imbalance of natural ecology will directly affect the survival of the human world.

This kind of ecological wisdom of harmonious coexistence between man and nature runs through almost all aspects of Daomen thought, such as in terms of self-cultivation, Daomen emphasizes its own harmony, and pursues the truth with the Tao and longevity.

For another example, the disciples of Taoism in the past generations can consciously afforestation, beautify the surrounding environment of Taoist buildings, and the pine and cypress and green trees inside and outside the Taoist temple are the concrete embodiment of Taoism's care for nature and environmental protection.

The ecological wisdom of "harmonious coexistence" between man and nature has a certain overall correlation in nature, that is, there is no isolated phenomenon between the natural universe, and everything is in a relationship of opposite, mutual restraint, interdependence and mutual constraint.

Man and nature are also related as a whole, so the harmonious coexistence of man and nature is the inevitable choice of human society.

Daomen does not oppose "humanized" nature, but advocates that man's transformation of nature should be constrained by morality, that measures should be taken to protect the environment, and that he should live in harmony with nature with a humble spirit.

Since man and all things in heaven and earth coexist in the same heaven and earth, and they are an interdependent community, then man, as the spirit of all things, has the responsibility and obligation to coordinate and care for the relationship between man and the universe, heaven and earth, and all things in nature.

Harmony and symbiosis is the method of ecological construction of the way of neutrality. Starting from the idea of "the way of neutralization", Daomen further expounded the ecological ethics of "harmony and symbiosis" between man and nature.

The Sutra points out that human beings and the lives of all things in nature have the right to exist, which is "the great virtue of heaven and earth".

"Harmony and symbiosis" requires people and nature to live in harmony, symbiosis and common prosperity, which is a basic criterion for the harmonious development of man and nature, and is also an important part of the construction of ecological civilization.

The "Tao of Neutrality" of Daomen advocates an ecological concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and the ecological harmony theory of the Way of Neutralization emphasizes the way of survival of harmony between man and nature, and requires human society to always follow the ecological ethics of "Taoism and Nature" and the ecological wisdom of "the unity of nature and man".

This idea of ecological civilization of Daomen is exactly what human society must vigorously advocate and promote, especially for the construction of ecological harmony, for building social harmony and promoting the harmonious development of the ecological environment.

As for every cultivator, doing what he should do is the way of cultivation, this is virtue.

Because you don't have to be a monk to monastic!

Taishang Laojun said: "Therefore, there is often no desire to observe its wonders, and there is often a desire to observe it." ”

There is no desire to observe the subtle realm of the Tao, and there is a desire to observe the boundary law of the Tao, and then it is said: These two are the same and have different names. This shows that the path of monasticism, whether it is a red dust or a monk, is just a choice between the pros and cons, and not only a monk can cultivate the Tao, and people should pursue their own path to practice.

For the Dharma of birth, I went to meditate, and for three years and five years, I sat on the futon, and I saw some of them reciting it a few times, and forgot my feelings for a while. Two fives, or ten.

Since ancient times, immortals have been loyal and filial, and have never escaped from the world, abandoned their parents, and cultivated to become immortals. In their own actions, doing their best, abiding by the law, and doing what they should do is the way of cultivation, this is virtue.

All things have ever deviated from the Tao, and everything is the way when it is done to the extreme.

If you have all kinds of dissatisfaction with life and a thousand kinds of complaints about society, you can't even surrender to your own heart, and leaving home is nothing more than wasting your time.

What's more, being in a secular life, enjoying all kinds of conveniences, and complex human relationships, you really have to become a monk once you become a monk, coarse tea and light food, and you will not be able to live in less than three days.

A dream about Taoist life.

Becoming a monk and living in a house is not how beautiful it is in fantasy.

The fixed work and rest time every day, the daily morning and evening homework, the coarse tea and light meal, there are almost not too many entertainment means, and there are no staggered entertainment activities.

If the monk is in the mountains or in a remote Taoist temple, there will be more labor and training, and the living environment will only be better.

When a person lives in a room where he looks up and sees a little starlight, and there is no more than a straw mat underneath, I wonder how many impulsive young people will persevere.

Harmony is something that the people have been striving for.

In a harmonious society, not only is everyone happy and warm and harmonious, but also people's quality of life and work efficiency will be greatly improved, and the social order is stable and coordinated.

In the alternation of history, harmony is not only a way for our ancestors to behave in the world and govern the country, but also a continuous political ideal.

Harmony is also the humanistic theme of the Chinese nation, and the time and place are favorable, and the family and everything are prosperous...... All of them embody the common dream of the people since ancient times.

A peaceful, stable and harmonious environment is the foundation for the progress of human society and a necessary condition for human activities and life. Without harmony, there is no way for society to develop, and there is no happiness for individuals.

Daomen is concerned about the comprehensive and harmonious development of heaven, earth and man, with "Tao" as the highest belief, advocating people to believe, cultivate, and practice the Tao, and everything is based on the Tao, so as to generate an environment that accommodates all things, is natural and peaceful, selfless, and indisputable.

It can be seen that the sum of the Daomen is not only the most complete, but also the closest to people and the most humane.

It is not to criticize or judge anyone at the moral high ground, but to be truly down-to-earth, face reality, and face one's own heart.

It is commendable that a person has the heart to become a monk and to the Tao.

The Taoist Gate is not to refuse, but to hope that more people will correctly guide those who have the heart to become monks, and truly measure people with compassion.

It can be said that it is simple to be a Taoist priest, but it is too difficult to be a qualified Taoist priest.

This so-called mundane world can best temper people, and the Taoist temple of pure and inaction can also cleanse people's body and mind, as long as they face the reality, don't blindly follow the trend.

For those young people who are interested in getting in touch with Taoism, they should study the classics in a down-to-earth manner and seriously polish their hearts.

For young Taoist priests who have just become monks, they hope to learn with an open mind and not indulge in the dispute of tongues in the sect.

I'm sure many people have seen a lot of these things.

As for Taoist priests, meditation is to take off their inner impetuousness and return to their true home.

A Taoist priest once took twelve villagers into the cave to explore, but soon after he didn't want to enter the cave, it rained heavily outside.

The flood water poured into the cave, and the rising water level submerged the undulating and winding road, and they were trapped in the cave and could not get out.

The Taoist priests and villagers lost contact with the outside world.

Cave diving is a very difficult rescue, and there are very few people who can be saved.

The cave where the trapped person is located has an extremely complex structure, the narrowest place is only 40 centimeters, and it cannot be passed by diving, which greatly increases the difficulty of rescue.

The dark and closed cave environment, the rising water level, the anxiety of losing contact with the outside world......

Hunger, cold, helplessness, and fear gradually enveloped the senses of the villagers.

The youngest of them was only sixteen years old, the oldest was thirty-seven, and the Taoist priest was only forty-one years old.

Time passed slowly, one day, two days, three days, five days, seven days...... It's hard to imagine how they survive day after day in a cave with thin air.

On the tenth day of entering the cave, the rescued villagers finally found the group of villagers four kilometers away from the entrance of the cave.

In the dark, the rescued villagers saw such a sight.

Villagers meditate in the dark.

No death, no separation, no panic, thirteen people, all there!

Surprise! Surprise! Touch!

For ten days, they meditated in the cave, maintained their strength, and calmly waited for rescue.

It was a miracle that all thirteen people came out of the cave.

In the cave, a Taoist priest who had been a practitioner for ten years taught the villagers to meditate to keep their composure, overcome their fears and worries, and conserve their strength as much as possible.

Meditation may have been a key factor in the villagers' survival.

Calming down by slowing heart rate, breathing, and metabolism while reducing cortisol levels, oxygen utilization, and carbon dioxide emissions are beneficial for maintaining physical fitness.

Meditation is a form of practice, also known as meditation, meditation, and meditation.

In meditation, the body and mind are balanced, that is, the body and mind will change, from endocrine harmony to physical and mental purity.

The villagers waited for rescue in a dark environment, and physical and mental cleanliness was essential for them to stay calm and conserve their strength.

Regardless of the problem of monasticism, as long as the legs are crossed and the hands are folded to form mudras, the work of the heart is lightened.

People's heart is a helper, which contracts and relaxes at any time, but when the legs are coiled and the hands are closed, the function of the human limbs to consume radiation outward is reduced, so the heart can work slowly.

That's why the thirteen people were able to stay in the cave for ten days with only a little food.

On the eighteenth day, after all the villagers came out of the cave, they were not seriously harmed, but they had lost some weight per capita.

It can be seen that meditation allows them to reduce the function of their limbs to consume radiation outward, thus maintaining the slow blood supply to the heart and preserving the body's energy.

Since ancient times, Huaxia Daomen has emphasized the word "quiet".

Where does stillness come from? Settle down and meditate.

Meditation can not only regulate the body's qi and blood, resist diseases, and enhance people's physical fitness, but also release stress, eliminate troubles, clear distracting thoughts, keep the brain in a calm state, and improve decision-making.

Meditation is the concentration of the mind and the perseverance of meditation.

Whether it is in daily life or in danger, it can help people better put their body and mind in peace.

Whoever wants to "meditate" can practice meditation.
