True tranquility is not elsewhere, nor is it far away, it is a clean heart.

Just like a person has to have two feet to walk, it is difficult to rely on one foot. We always want to pursue good times, avoid adversity, happy when things go well, sad when there are ups and downs, this is called motivation.
In fact, on the path of cultivation, everything you encounter is the same.
Good things and bad things, good times and bad things, are the same in any realm, this is called equality.
If you want to move, your heart will move, and if your heart moves, you will naturally have troubles. Gains and losses, honors and disgraces, ups and downs, the more you care about these things, the more painful your heart will be. The more you give up, the calmer your heart will be.
Sharing the pain of others can dissolve one's own pain. Take out your own warmth, and you can get the warm gift of others. This is the magical power of love. Can't let go, no love in the bottom of the heart, idle and bored, these are the roots of growing troubles.
The way of heaven is to win without fighting. Human nature is good, and everyone has a self-motivated heart. However, people should do something, and if they don't do something, they can do something.
As for the biggest obstacle to seeking the Tao and cultivating the Dan, there are four that do not return at night.
The first is the utilitarian realm, which can also be called the realm of ordinary people.
Those who indulge in wealth, fame and material realm and cannot transcend the worldly realm are all ordinary people.
Those who can use the cultivation of the righteous mind and self-denial to return to benevolence, and strive for self-cultivation to improve, can become a gentleman and even a saint from an ordinary man.
The way of cultivation lies in being able to remove people's desires and preserve heavenly principles, and to go to people's hearts and preserve Taoist hearts.
Most human beings are blinded by the dust of things, trapped by fame and fortune, born in Si, died in Si, passed down from generation to generation, deeper and deeper, spiritual life, several difficulties for people to get lost and know their way back, can resolutely transcend the utilitarian realm.
Those who are in the realm of utilitarianism, trapped in the exchange of reluctance, because they want to get and give up, their purpose is clear, if they can't get, they will not give up, all the behavior lies in the transaction, giving and getting are also in the equivalent exchange, and the avenue exchange and heaven and earth trade, so the way is far away.
Once they can't get what they expect, they will be resentful, resentful of others, and even cursed, benevolence, righteousness and morality will collapse at this moment, and there will be no reverence in people's hearts.
Daomen said that this kind of person is to do benevolence and righteousness, the word is in the front, and the benevolence and righteousness are in the back, so the "line" is subjective in the heart, and I want to do it.
Through learning the Tao and knowing the Tao, if a person wants to be rewarded by the way of heaven, he should do more benevolent and righteous things to praise and calculate. Therefore, forcing oneself to do benevolent and righteous things, using sacrifice as a bargaining chip to obtain what he wants, his behavior is no different from that of a person who has attained the Tao, but his spiritual cultivation realm is worlds apart!
The second is the moral realm
From the utilitarian realm to the moral realm, the Lord can free himself from the shackles of the utilitarian realm and the endless realm, devote himself to his nature, establish virtue and cultivate qi to cultivate the Tao, so that the temperament changes beyond the world and independence, and the mind is motivated not to fall into the mundane concept, and the spiritual root of his nature is all innocent.
All human beings have a holy nature, return to the basics, in order to preserve their original pure heart and holy nature, expand and fill it, and ascend to the holy realm.
The moral realm of mental cultivation is higher than the utilitarian realm, and the words have not been thought about and the nature of the nature, but everything is said and moral benevolence, and there is no intention to do morality but everywhere is in line with morality, the so-called moral action, benevolence and righteousness, here in the back, and the utilitarian realm is less traded, and it has nothing to do with it, and the key is to give up.
The words and deeds of the things that are given up, no longer care whether they have been gained, and they no longer analyze where they are given up when they are rewarded, and they do not ask for anything in return and no longer have a trading heart, at this time they are people in the moral realm, and they can become saints if they do not change in this realm.
The third is the God-man realm
This realm transcends the moral realm, which the Dan Taoist sect calls the realm of true people, after the transcendent enters the sainthood, he cultivates from the saint and takes a step forward, and the supersaint enters the god, and over time you can expect to deify and ascend to the truth.
In addition to changing the temperament, this period of kung fu also needs to change the heart, and its starting point is the unity of the human heart and the heavenly heart, and the human nature and the nature flow together.
What is Tianxin?
"Yi" said: Tianxingjian, a gentleman is constantly striving for self-improvement. Those who have the heart of heaven are all here.
One is said to be able to do, the line is changed and endless, the other is said to be healthy, the sky is not selfish, not to personal likes and dislikes and to send grace, but to send grace to the world, no longer choose its good and evil, beautiful and ugly, distant and close relatives, no desire, no desire, no intention, no thought, no one, no self, no matter, no appearance.
The human heart can and desires this, that is, the unity of heaven and man. In this realm, people still need to transcend thought, transcendence, transcendence, transcendence, and transcendence of life and death.
The fourth is the realm of creation
The top layer is the realm of creation, that is, the realm of supernatural transformation.

Those who are immortal are not physically immortal, but their gods are immortal, and their transformation and vitality are immortal.
The great virtue of heaven and earth is born, and the great virtue of gods and men is said, and heaven and earth are endless, and their birth is also out of nothing, and they are even more into nothing;
If I cultivate my biochemistry in accordance with the biochemistry of the universe, and nourish my biochemistry according to the biochemistry of the universe, then the universe will be endless, and I will be immortal, and the universe will be immortal and I will not be destroyed!
However, there are countless cultivators, and there are very few who can attain this realm, which shows that it is difficult to cultivate people's hearts, human nature, and human bodies.
The red world is limited to the utilitarian realm and cannot break out of the cocoon, which is the biggest obstacle to the cultivation of the Dao and the Dan, breaking the obstacle of fame, profit, and desire, and you can break through the shackles of the utilitarian realm and enter the moral realm.
