Chapter VI Formal Induction
Chapter 6: Formal Induction
In this way, the people we left behind trained at work and played after work, which was similar to school life, without a sense of pressure. On the fifth day, someone came directly to the multipurpose room to take people away. I heard Lisa say that there was a shortage of people in the production line and needed to fill the position. That is to say, it is officially inducted. The next day someone was taken away, and I was separated from Wang Li and a few other alumni, and we went to different production lines.
I don't know what their position is, but it's really difficult for me to do this position, to add electronic components to the PCBA (because SMT chips are basically standard parts, and some components need to be manually completed), I am in debt to make up a crystal oscillator, jumper, and two resistors. Direct contact with electronic components requires the wearing of an electrostatic ring. The assembly line was relatively fast, and I was a newbie, so it caused a lot of accumulation, and the next day it was a little better. Doing the same action every day, I feel like a machine.
Such days have lasted for half a month, and our production line needs to be replaced with other products, so a few more people have come out. I'm just over-employed, so I can only go into debt, and if someone else wants to go to the toilet, I'll go to the top position, or I'll help where it's piled up. Compared to before, I think it's better to do chores, after all, I can walk around.
The good times didn't last long, and the beautiful foreman of the testing department next door came to our side to borrow someone to help, and I was sent out again. What I didn't expect was that the work of the testing department was easier than that of the production line, and it was only necessary to put the product on the fixture to test the quality of the product through the computer program.
Due to the unfamiliarity with the people, I tested very carefully and efficiently, and the next day I was already 10% more than the old staff. The beautiful foreman asked her to test another product (HUB), which was more complicated and took a long time to test. I don't know if it's luck or whatever, but the number of tests is about 10 more than that of the old employees in a day (the test time of this product is 15 minutes, so my speed is very fast).
My speed exceeded the IE department's estimates, so the foreman and section chief and a few engineers from IE came to watch me test, and they couldn't find the problem point after 20 units, that is, I was more serious, didn't speak, and the two computers worked together very reasonably.
After the onlookers left, the beautiful foreman talked to me: "Your name is Li Xiaoli, right?" ”
"Yes," I answered her honestly.
"You're 17 years old, from Sichuan?"
I guess she should have seen my profile, so I said, "Yes, it's all true!" ”
I was chatting with her and testing my product.
"I'm from Chongqing, my name is Liu Hongling, I've been here for more than 1 year, I also started from the production line, our department is short of people now, how about transferring you over?"
Hearing her say that she was half a fellow, I looked at her carefully, with a delicate face, although she was not tall, but she had a good figure, a small and delicate girl. She looked at me and waited for me to reply, and I suddenly felt that I had finally become a person these days, at least she would ask me what I meant, and I was very happy: "Okay, thank you foreman, please bear more in the future!" ”
"No problem, haha, then I'll go and talk to the section chief now!" She went happily.
She came back from work in the afternoon and told me that it was done, but that I was going to work the evening shift from tomorrow.
Wang Li goes to the day shift, Zhang Mei, Liao Yan, and Wu Li (my three alumni and roommates) go to the middle class, and I work the night shift alone, and I am going to be lonely again. I can't see them, but it's so sad to think that the work is much easier.
On the first day, I didn't doze off at all on the night shift, and I was very excited, there were many benefits of the night shift, there was no need to queue up for dinner, the management was not so strict, and there were not too many leaders to check the production line. The engineers of the maintenance department often come to chat with us, and Liu Hongling also quietly gave us candy, the atmosphere was very relaxed, and the production capacity was also very high.
But the depressed thing is that I got off work at 8 o'clock in the morning, and I still can't sleep after eating. Thinking about having to go to work at night, I'm worried. It occurred to me that there were a lot of medicines that would make you doze off after taking them (my dad was a retired hygienist in the army and also worked as a doctor at home, so my dad asked me to pick up the medicine for the patient at that time, so I remember this). I couldn't do it anymore, so I ran to the infirmary.
