Chapter 6 Five Evils and Three Deficiencies, Sealed and Teaching

The five evils and three shortcomings are not unique to the sect, and every cultivator may commit them. Whether it is Taoism that inherits orthodoxy and pursues flying immortals, or a magic religion that focuses on spells.

But there are five disadvantages and three shortcomings, and there are also acquired and innate differences.

The day after tomorrow is said to be whether to commit or not to commit is only between the thoughts of the cultivator. The innate theory is more harsh, and when you enter the Tao and obtain the Fa, you have to commit at least one of them.

The law of Yin Mountain, the dispatch of Yin soldiers and Yin generals, its law is extremely yin.

and Lubanjiao, the plowshare witch family, and known as the three congenital absolute religions. To get started, you must first choose one of the five disadvantages and three shortcomings before you can practice.

It is equivalent to exchanging the price of mana, although the practice is faster than that of the vast majority of disciples of the Taoist sect, and the usage is more spiritual. But the premise is that you must first pay the price of five disadvantages and three shortcomings.

The young Xiao An didn't understand the meaning of these eight characters, and after the old Taoist explained, the child thought about it and asked, "Master, can I open the bowl and watch the selection." ”

Lao Dao's eyes froze, and his face was a little stiff.

"Uncle Shi, as you said, there are some things that cannot be changed by manpower. The people are easy to abuse, and the heavens are difficult to deceive. Although you are doing this for the good of your junior brother, if you really choose the two of lone and life, he will never appreciate it after he is sensible. ”

"Hey, if you care, it's chaotic, I have lived most of my life, and I still can't escape this human sophistication."

"People live in the world, except for those who cut off the seven emotions and six desires and hide in the deep mountains to refine the Taoism, who can escape the four words of this human love and sophistication!"

Shang Biao understands the old way, as a master, he is indeed conscientious, even beyond what ordinary masters do for their disciples.

Lone represents no relatives, all the bloodline relatives who chose this Xiao An will die one by one when he finishes casting spells in the future, the more spells used, the wider the relatives affected, even the kind of relatives who can't hit the eight poles may be affected.

Life is one's own lifespan.

The reason why Lao Dao deducted the bowl and let Xiao An choose it was indeed for his good. If the power of the original law decision is one, if you hold the bowl and choose the price you need to pay by the will of heaven, then when you cast the spell, the power of the law decision will be greater than one.

On the contrary, if you open the bowl and choose actively, it is only a matter of using the law, and the power effect may only be half.

Of course, this is not impossible to make up, there are eight of the three shortcomings and five drawbacks, except for the widow that Kun Dao can choose, and the orphan and life with serious consequences, as long as more than two of the remaining five items are selected, the effect of the law can still be greater than one.

This is also a method that normal Sect disciples will use, like his junior brother Wen Peng chose money and power.

The blood relationship between the disciples of the Yinshan faction is weak, and Lao Dao just thinks that when the apprentice faces the creditor in the future, he will have a few more chances of winning, so he makes his own initiative to let the disciple deduct the bowl and choose it with the will of heaven.

Maybe he had a way to get his apprentice to avoid choosing the worst two, but God couldn't deceive him, and he would definitely have to pay some price himself.

Xiao An is precocious, and he also understands his own situation. After asking about the old way, I chose widowhood, independence, money, and power.

After choosing the price of learning the Fa, Lao Dao took out a small Yin altar, and on the altar, there were three wooden tablets. They are the Lord of Yinshan, the King of Ghost Power, and the Emperor Pangu.

After letting the apprentice kneel three times and bow nine times to the Yin Altar, Lao Dao began to draw seals behind him.

Conferring the teachings is the way to pass on the teachings.

As the saying goes: the truth is a word, and the fake is a thousand books.

This means that even if you look at thousands of Fa truths, you can't use a word from your master. Even if you draw the talisman vividly, but without the seal of the grandfather, you always draw a blank piece of paper.

And the process of teaching the Dharma reflects the difference between Taoism and Dharma.

Shang Biao benefited from the convenience of the theater, and at the beginning he used the authentic Taoist Fayin Edict. And because of the actor's skills, he doesn't have to study the law like ordinary Taoist disciples, it can be said that he gathers the strengths of the two Taoist schools.

The difference between Fajiao and Taoism is that the spells of Fajiao are extremely easy to use.

When the master wants to give the apprentice a certain spell, he only needs to draw a talisman in his hand, or tell the ancestor to pass it orally, or draw a talisman on the apprentice every time he passes on a spell. After a period of cultivation and familiarization, the apprentice can use it.

This convenient transmission of the Dharma is called teaching, and generally speaking, there are four ways to teach the Dharma.

The first type, the hand, the master draws the flower words in the hand, and the palm of the apprentice's hand, and the palm of the opponent's palm, and draws a talisman for each spell.

The second type, oral passing, when the master wants to pass on a certain spell to the apprentice, he only needs to teach the mantra and the words, and then tell the ancestor that the spell has been passed on to a certain disciple, and a certain disciple can use it.

However, this method of teaching is rarely used. The reason for this is that this method of teaching is not available to practitioners who are not highly skilled.

If the skill is insufficient, the words spoken will not work, and the apprentice will not be able to use spells, and will be considered a liar. And the masters who dare to use this way have reached a certain level of cultivation.

Everything they say creates cause and effect, and everything they do is heard by God. Therefore, people who have cultivated to this state are usually indifferent in their temperament, and they are very cautious in what they say and do.

The last two are more special, one is bloody, and the other is sealed.

The blood is connected by blood, and it is passed on from father to son.

The apprentice and the master each cut through the palm of their hand, and their palms were opposite, and the blood was connected. The master-apprentice who uses this way of teaching is usually a father-son relationship.

Of course, there are also relationships that are not father-son. If the master chooses to teach in this way, it proves that the apprentice is very important in the master's heart, and he will pass on his life's skills to the apprentice without reservation.

And sealing, as the name suggests, is to draw a spell on the body, and treat the caster himself as a charm.

Most of these methods exist and are heavily armed. For example, the Meishan Division Gongjiao who controls the "Five Rampant Soldiers", the Lushan faction that controls the "Five Battalion Soldiers", and the Maoshan faction that controls the "Maoshan Soldiers".

Or like Lao Dao, the descendant of the Yinshan faction who is in charge of the "Five Directions Yin Soldiers".

Because the soldiers and horses here do not refer to people, but to ghosts.

If you want to control ghosts, first of all, you have to ensure that you are tough and protect your body from being sucked dry by the ghosts.

If you don't have one or two crafts, or magic weapons to protect yourself, you will be invaded by ghosts, and the end will be that the spell will not be used, and you will harm yourself first.

Therefore, among these sects, sealing is especially important.

At this time, Lao Dao taught his apprentices, and it was the last one that he used.

Xiao An knelt down in front of the altar, and the old Taoist pen walked the dragon and snake, and in a moment he was covered with charms. Subsequently, the text was played and the ancestors of Yinshan Mountain and the gods were announced.

Then, it's the main event, splitting the soul to make the soul hiding card.

Sending stones to hide souls, this is something Shang Biao has also experienced. However, his Soul Hidden Card should have been broken, so he didn't bother to look for it.
