The cook replied, "When I started to learn how to slaughter cows, I only saw the whole cow in my eyes, and I didn't know where to cut it. Later, after exploration, I gradually grasped the body structure of the cow, where there are muscles, where there are tendons, where are the bones, where are the gaps between the bone nodes, and I can figure it out in my heart. In this way, when I slaughtered the cow again, I sewed it into the knife along the bone, and slowly turned the thin blade, and I felt that it did not take much effort to slaughter it, and there was quite room for it to be free." So my knife lasted nineteen years, and I slaughtered thousands of cows, and it was as if they had been freshly sharpened. ”

The chef added, "Even so, I still attach great importance to those very difficult places where the muscles and bones are intertwined. But when I had slaughtered a cow, I lifted my sword and looked around, and I was so happy and satisfied! ”
