Chapter Seventy-Nine: The First Discoverer
Li Yi squatted down and patted Sally, and it could be seen that the girl's tears had come out, she trembled timidly, and her body was bent into an arch.
"Yes, Sally, you haven't seen a corpse. But someone after you confirmed the deceased, but you can't say. β
Li Yi looked at the locust.
"Alright." The locust muffled and pushed Sally behind her.
"I saw it first, so what." The locusts confessed. "This little girl has no use for fart at all, so she will say that something is wrong, come to Lao Tzu, and it is not strange to take a look."
Li Yi looked at the locust, and his heart was a little complicated.
"But the padlock wasn't broken." Li Yi became suspicious. "If you break in, of course I believe you can do it. But now the strange thing is that the door and lock are not broken, there are no other exits, and the size of the window does not look like you can enter and exit, let alone it is still airtight. β
"Locust, how did you get into the room?" Li Yi stood up straight, his eyes colliding with the locust.
"Are you suspicious of me?" The locust looked back at Li Yi, and he was a little angry. "Don't forget, I brought you on board."
The implication is that Li Yi understands.
"I think it's important for everyone in the room to clear their own suspicions." Li Yi looked at the locust, he didn't mean to back down at all, his bold move really frightened the onlookers.
"Moreover, if you want to know the truth of the incident, I still need to know the information about you, the first person who discovered it, what do you say?" Li Yi asked quietly.
"What do you want to know?" The muffled sound of the locusts was like thunder.
"How did you get into the room, I'm curious." Li Yi raised his head and looked at the locust.
"How do you get in?" The locust frowned, one eye furrowed. "Come in generously, which room on this ship can stop me?"
"Then I'll ask a different question." Li Yi knew that there must be a secret in the locust's words, and he even felt that there was a hidden fear in the locust's words, but Li Yi couldn't figure out what the locusts were afraid of on this ship.
Probably his own delusion, Li Yi thought.
"Sally said that the door should be locked, and she can't get in. So why are you allowed to come in? β
"She's mistaken." The locust denied it, and Li Yi knew that his answer probably didn't go through his brain at all.
"It's unlikely." Li Yi's eyes seemed to be shining. "If she's really mistaken, then this room should be accessible, and corpses are obviously not something that can be simply ignored, am I right?"
"But it's clear that Sally has no such impression at all, and if you say she remembers wrongly, is it true that Sally never touched this room?"
"What's so strange about that?" The locust didn't look flustered, but he was talking nonsense, and Li Yi couldn't tell which of his words was true and which was false. "It's not uncommon to go into the wrong room or remember the wrong number. These small details, who will remember them so clearly, not to mention the possibility, this girl is not small, in case she lost the key and made up such nonsense, it is not strange. β
"Boss, my keys are here." Sally winced, unconvinced, and shook the keychain that hung around her chest. "How can I forget so easily."
"Anyway." The locust ignored Sally's rebuttal and continued to argue. "You said that Lao Tzu was the first to find the body, yes, Lao Tzu doesn't know how many it is, anyway, if you see it, you see it, it's nothing."
"But
You say that Lao Tzu lied, and you don't take Lao Tzu seriously. The locust looked at Li Yi threateningly and said, "Lao Tzu just wants to know what kind of bird thing this is, you don't care if Lao Tzu is the first person to find out, just find out the murderer." β
Li Yi sighed and nodded helplessly.
"In that case, let's not dwell on these details." Li Yi looked intently at the locust. "Well, I'd like to ask about the circumstances surrounding your discovery of the body."
Li Yi decided to go straight to the point, his eyes focused on the locust's breathing, face, and pulse. He knows that a person's physical condition is difficult to manipulate, and even if he spits a lie, it is difficult for the body to deceive.
"This girl told Lao Tzu that something was wrong, and Lao Tzu came here to take a look, and as soon as he came in, he saw the corpse." The locust scratched at the tip of its huge nose.
"The posture of the corpse?" Li Yi knew that the locusts must avoid the important and omit many details, but he also knew that the current clues were all revealed by the locusts with their mood, whether they were true or not, they were of great significance.
"Probably lying down, I thought this guy didn't sleep very well." The locust scratched its head and sighed. "Lao Tzu kicked a few times, only to find that the corpse was full of blood, looking at the amount of bleeding, I am afraid that it will be thorough."
Li Yi didn't continue to ask, he squatted down and circled around the blood stains, the amount of blood can indeed be described as a pool of blood, and it spread almost everywhere in the entire room.
Li Yi circled around the blood stains and found something strange. He stretched out his finger, pressed it against the blood, and circled along the edge of the whole bloodstain, and his face suddenly changed.
"You mean that the dead were lying on their own blood at that time?" Li Yi asked with a frown.
"I don't know, but that's probably what it looks like after kicking it out anyway." The locust said vaguely. "What kind of dead man has I never seen? Don't be mistaken. β
"The identity of the deceased?" Li Yi frowned, his nose twitching. "You know what?"
"Lao Tzu is not checking the household registration, who can recognize this face?" The locust shook his head.
"So, it's not your guy?" Li Yi asked.
"Of course not." The locust frowned and said, "How can Lao Tzu not even know his own woman. β
"The deceased is a woman?" Li Yi immediately grasped the key to the locust's words and asked.
"It's a woman." The locust thought for a moment and added, "But the clothes are thickly worn, and there are no signs of tearing. β
Li Yi nodded.
"What's the idea?" When the locust saw Li Yi's appearance, it seemed that he already had an idea.
"Not yet, just remembering some of the past." Li Yi smiled and shook his head. "There is not much equipment that can be used here, so it is better to keep a sample of blood and go ashore to investigate."
"Nope." The locust shook his head. "You know what Lao Tzu does, the traces here have to be cleaned up, and you can't leave anything for those gangs."
"That's right." Li Yi pondered for a moment and said, "Then you can only find clues on the boat." β
"What other clues?" The locust asked, frowning.
"Of course, there are clues to any event in this world, and there is no such thing as a perfect case." Li Yi began to inspect the room, his hands tapping against the walls of the room, his body touching the edges of the room.
Compared to the Shangbin area, the guest rooms here are low and gloomy, and although the dΓ©cor looks decent, Li Yi himself can easily stick to the roof.
"You're pretty confident." The locust looked at Li Yi, and a smile appeared on the corner of his mouth.
"Of course, I'm an expert." Li Yi
Leaning against the wall, his mouth is not idle, and continue to ask. "Are you sure you come in unobstructed, without any barriers?"
"Of course." The locust swore by it. "Now that I think about it, I probably didn't even lock the door."
"It's just a cover-up, and it's open with a light push." The locust said with a frown. "I don't know what the little girl was stimulated by, she probably saw the corpse and forgot about it."
Li Yi glanced at Sally, who has a lot of research on cranial nerves, but he knows that there is such a case, when encountering an event that is too stimulating, the human brain will give itself a protective instruction, and the most common means, that is, instantaneous memories are masked.
But Li Yi was sure that this was not the case for Sally, and from her fluent state and eyes, Li Yi only saw a kind of profundity that was not simple, and did not have the state that should be after being stressed and reacted.
"Well, there's one of the biggest doubts." Li Yi studied in the room for a while, and it didn't seem to be anything greasy, he relieved himself and said.
"Tell me about it." The locust had already dispersed the visitor at this time, and he didn't know where to touch a wine glass, dark red wine was swaying in the wine glass, it seemed that he had long lost interest in the murderer, and was more interested in Li Yi's opinion on the case.
"It doesn't matter what kind of bird he is, Lao Tzu's territory, is it possible that he can still be afraid of him? If you can find out, you will naturally pinch it to death, but if you can't find out, Lao Tzu really shouldn't take it seriously. The locust opened its mouth wide and laughed so hard that the whole ship was swaying.
"You say, you kicked the corpse." Li Yi was noncommittal about the attitude of the locusts, and only said the doubts he had discovered. As they were talking, the hull of the ship suddenly shook violently, and before he finished speaking, Li Yi almost fell out.
The locust was even more miserable, he forced an elegant gesture, who knew that the wine glass was so swaying, all the wine in the cup spilled out, and the interest was like a doused fire candle, and the locust immediately scolded.
", who's the at the helm, how to drive the boat." He slapped the bar at the bottom of the hallway, and the whole ship was shaken up and down by his tremendous force.
However, after a moment, even greater jitter and shaking followed. Before the locusts could complain, a fierce wind poured into his mouth with fishy waves.
Salt water poured down the gaping hatch to the bottom. For a moment, the sunny wind and sunshine escaped without a trace, and the surging waves rolled into the cruise ship with the dark and turbid sky.
The locust stood still and wiped his face vigorously, and the sea water made him drenched all over, and his mouth and nose were washed out unbearably. But before he could say anything, the whole world changed color like film, and great lightning pierced the waves of the sea like sharp spears just a few feet away.
This lightning bolt lit up the entire sea in an instant.
There was a loud clattering sound that the locusts could barely speak.
Immediately afterward, the bleak wind and cold rain entered the cabin head-on, and the huge dirty waves crashed against the cruise ship, and they were almost lifted into the sky, and in a moment, several lightning bolts split the sea into several lines, and the smell of burning followed into the cabin.
It's a storm.
"If you did kick that body, why didn't there even be a trace of blood in the room?" Li Yi's voice came from nowhere, the locust squinted, and the taste of the sea water made it a little difficult for him to even breathe. "There's no trace of dragging, not even wiping it, you've seen the blood stains, it's like a still pool, right?"
"What's more, how can there be complete blood stains underneath the corpse?" In the waters of the roaring waves, Li Yi's voice was loud and surprisingly calm.
