At this time, you need to relax yourself, avoid nervousness, recycle and release your qi, blood and mind, be calm, calm and calm, and make your mind and qi and blood peaceful.

Those who still think a lot can pay attention to the visual invocation of wood power to sort out and restrain the thoughts of the spleen and soil, and reach the mind.

3. Due to the fire in the body, especially in the heart, liver, spleen and stomach, yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, the mind is restless and has distracting thoughts.

Or the ideas used are inconsistent with the physical and mental status quo and needs, and there is a certain conflict, and the appropriate ideas and artistic conceptions should be selected according to the current mental situation.

6. Due to the interference of external information, the mind is restless and has many distracting thoughts. Usually be kind to others, try to avoid conflicts with others, or reduce unnecessary interpersonal interactions and useless busyness, and maintain a pure and peaceful mind to reduce information interference.

It is necessary to aspire and make a wish to obtain good information sponsorship and balance information conflicts.

At the same time, the subconscious mind is not strong enough to completely eliminate the distracting thoughts from the root of the consciousness, and the root of the consciousness and mind lies in the subconscious mind; nor can the subjective consciousness be adjusted and controlled by the power of the subconscious, and the subjective consciousness is the direct producer of the distracting thoughts.

So, fundamentally speaking, to overcome distracting thoughts is to really strengthen the power of the latent consciousness, and not to be obsessed with overcoming the distracting thoughts themselves from beginning to end, and when the subconscious mind is strong, the human mind will not seek to be still but to be quiet, and the distracting thoughts will disappear by themselves.

Of course, there are many reasons for the occurrence of distracting thoughts, and some distracting thoughts at the beginning of the gong are also normal, so there is no need to be overly concerned, just focus on mindfulness and enlightenment, and ignore the sediment in the depths of the gong's central intention, and maintain the existing good feeling and artistic conception.

In the long cultural changes, the Nine Heavens Xuannu has been endowed with multiple godheads, taking on the functions of transmitting the mandate of heaven, teaching the number of military spells, and protecting Kanyu, and is a veritable goddess of a thousand faces.

Heaven sent the Xuannu to grant the Yellow Emperor soldiers the letter runes, subdue Chiyou, and control the eight directions. After Chiyou was gone, the world was disturbed and restless, and the Yellow Emperor painted the image of Chiyou to prestige the world.

The world is said to be immortal, and all countries in all directions are ambushed.

When the Yellow Emperor was unable to defeat Chiyou, Shangxian sent Xuannu to descend and granted the Yellow Emperor the "Soldier's Letter Rune" to defeat Chiyou. The "Soldier Faith Rune" is a symbol of the Mandate of Heaven, and the Xuannu is the person who transmits the destiny on behalf of the Heavens, she does not directly intervene in the war in the world, but only provides secret treasures to win.

Xuannu did not help the Yellow Emperor to attack Chiyou, but brought the Mandate of Heaven, which symbolized justice and victory, to the Yellow Emperor, the ancestor of the nation, so that the Yellow Emperor could personally defeat the unrighteous and unrighteous opponents of the representative.

The concept of transmitting the mandate of heaven in war was further embodied in the teaching of the art of war, and special ancient texts such as "The Yellow Emperor Asks Xuannu on the Art of War" appeared.

How did the Tao produce the world?

Taishang Laojun said that the Tao imitates its own natural movement, and before producing all things, it has the virtue of animal husbandry (energy), and with animal breeding, things can become things (the materialization of energy), since things are things, they naturally have various forms (the formation of particles), and once things are formed, they are formed (the combination of different particles) and produce endless things, and all these forms are manipulated by a force called "potential" (the expansion of the universe produced by the Big Bang).

And because the "Tao" is unspeakable, Taishang Laojun said that all things in the world are born naturally and obtained naturally, but they don't know where they come from and why they get them.

The Tao is originally integrated and has no name, but to call it "integrated as one" is equivalent to giving it a name, and this name and the ontology of the Tao add up to form "two", and with a name, a relative name is produced, and the two names and the ontology of the Tao add up to "three", and so on, there is a number that people cannot sort out.

As long as people understand the fundamental truth, they can reach the world.

Unlike the Tao, everything will have an end, why is that?

The Daomen believed that the creation of all things was destruction. The reason why all things are destroyed is that when they distinguish all things, they have violated the principle of absolute unity of the Tao itself, and each has an independent form, and it is natural for the Tao to speak of life and death.

What is life and death?

Daomen believes that the two are unified, because "existence is nothingness, and nothing is existence". The transition from disembodied to disembodied is called life, and from disembodied to disembodied is called death.

The reason why people are born is because of the accumulation of "qi", the accumulation of qi is birth, the dispersion of qi is death, and life and death are cyclical.

The Taoist Gate said to everyone: Life is not yours, it is the harmony that Heaven and Earth lend to you, and your nature is not yours, it is the natural law that Heaven and Earth lend to you.

How should we view life and death?

Real people do not love life or hate death, they are not obsessed with life and do not pursue the afterlife, they only regard life and death as changes in things.

Only by being content with the arrangement of the Creator, forgetting life and death, and conforming to the law of the development of things, can man enter the realm of nothingness and achieve the unity of heaven and man.

For dreamlike knowledge, only a very small number of people have mastered, first of all, there is no need to mythologize it, so as not to be confused, and do not look at it with material thinking, so as not to go into a misunderstanding.

It is just an existence, an unknown existence, a long-standing transcendent knowledge, which can be known in very plain terms.
