Tucci, born as a plague rat and a connoisseur of filth, is a paranoid and mutated rat. He walked upright and searched for the remnants of Zuan for treasures that only he knew were of true value. Armed with a chemically powered crossbow, Tucci is not afraid to stain his claws and build a Throne of Waste in his Filthy Kingdom, while also plotting the decay of humanity endlessly.

.. Accident report

Case Code: Serial Killing

Case Status: Unresolved

Investigations Specialist: RΓΆhrl, P.

The team responded to reports of suspicious persons, criminal activity, and went to the oil tank factory, 90TZ division. The 90TZ division was conspicuously absent. Found in its place: burrows, smoke, toxic suspended particles. Interviews with private security indicate that there is a critical need for better private security.

The group entered the burrow. Toxic runoff has melted away the debris of the building. Two survivors were located, one of whom was partially liquefied and dripping onto the trail. Six bodies were found in the wreckage, three of which were mutilated; Causes of death include acute deceleration, corrosive liquefaction, and/or fatal crossbow bolt wounds. It is not clear whether the destruction of the laboratory was the motive of the perpetrators or an attempt to cover their whereabouts.

Survivor #1 (La Cintava, facility researcher) was taken for a confession, but was unable to provide it due to: 1) post-traumatic stress disorder, and 2) liquefaction of the tongue and jaw. Pending toxin testing and prosthetic fitting.

Search and rescue uncovered conspicuous shacks made of garbage. The following items were recovered:

57 water-soaked loves, illegible and marked with notes written in crayons

108 bottles, unlabeled (may be toxic runoff, or discarded shampoo residue)

200 pounds of chewing gum (may be an installation art project)

1 can of toenails, marked with toe fingers, date, and mood

Survivor #2 (Valori Orlante, Sewage Analyst) is recovering; An excerpt from the confession follows:

Hua Luoli: Hurry up and do something-

Nurse: She's bleeding too much --

Responsible: Her colleague left more blood --

Hua Luoli: It's still outside!

Person-in-charge: Ma'am, I need your attention. Tell me what he looks like.

Hua Luoli: Like a mouse! (pause)

Nurse: Like what?

.: You mean, little man, squinting, sharp-billed monkey gills--?

Hua Luoli: I mean, it looks like a deadly big mouse! (pause) with a crossbow! (pause)

Person in charge: (to the nurse) Can we reduce the dose of her painkillers?

Hua Luoli: You didn't listen to me! It's a murderous, deranged monster!

Wear a vest!

Person in charge: Nurse?

Nurse: (Injection of sedation into Orlante's arm) During the procedure.

[edit]

Hua Luoli: We're just scientists working on how to purify human waste into cheap infant food formulas...... I saw – I don't know how to explain it – this crazed, massive rat – screaming at us! Kicking over buckets! Spitting on our food![edit] The lab is closed. Industrial waste flows are everywhere. There is nowhere to run. I woke up in the dark. Well, the acid melted my eyeballs. I could smell that smoking bastard close at hand. It said, "No one dares to steal Tucci's juice!" and babbles violently, then jumps away...... I can still smell it in my head. Oh my god, I still smell it-

End of transcript. At this point, the victim begins to scream;

Britz is a massive, nearly indestructible mechanical body from Zaun that was originally created to dispose of toxic fertilizers. However, he felt that the meaning of his existence was too narrow, so he modified his form to better serve the vulnerable people in the Trench District. Blitz selflessly uses his strength and body of steel to protect others, reaching out long mechanical hands or sending out pulses of energy to subdue anyone who causes trouble.

Britz is a tall, burly, invulnerable steam robot originally designed to dispose of the toxic and harmful waste of Zaun. But his self-evolution has gone beyond his original goal, and now Blitz uses his strength and resilience to protect others. It is able to see through superficial pretenses and illusions, see through real motives, and help those who really need help.

Soon after the development of Hextech, inventors and scientists flocked to Zaun, where they could experiment with all kinds of unstable substances without complying with Piltover's rules and regulations. Their experiments often lead to catastrophes, often with houses collapsing and poisons leaking. A team at the Academy of Thaumaturgy has developed a steam-powered robot that can be used to clear the poisonous rubble of the rubble, a task that is too dangerous for even the desperate Zuans to take the risk.

These robots toiled the streets relentlessly and endlessly, and as there were more and more landfills around the city, their work became heavier and heavier. But even hard machines often come with accidents, and these machines are often sent back to the academy, piece by piece. Wading through the mud of Zaun's lowest layers is no easy feat, with strong acids and highly toxic compounds eating away at their metal shells, little by little.

There was an aspiring young inventor named Victor who wanted to build a more durable machine that would clean up scrap more efficiently and without the need for expensive repairs. He collects worn-out parts from scrapped robots, instead of using the shiny parts that are popular in the industry. Although Victor used materials that had been discarded by others, he designed a machine that was much more robust and durable.

He named his work Lightning Britz, hoping that the robot would be able to process waste like lightning and be worth much more than simply adding up its parts. Victor eventually instills Britz with an unyielding desire to serve the people of Zaun and clean the city of toxic substances. Victor then sent it to the gutter to help.
