If a practitioner practices sleeping, he can use the method of "great warmth", lying down and resting, and his body can bow and swing to each other, the method is the same, the spirit helps nature, and the effect is greater.

The essence of sleeping is a method of internal refining, and all the basic principles of internal refining are applicable to it.

Beginners don't have to be ambitious, and if they can't meet the requirements for sleep, they don't have to be reluctant.

In the initial stage, practice is not a substitute for rest, but makes people weaker and more tired.

Blindly careless, the sun is high and the five are still sleeping. Learn morality in the depths of the white clouds, and a pillow of breeze is wide in the world.

Sleep work has now entered a great rest, the body and mind are forgotten, and there is no need for any method, this is the deep sleep work samadhi!

Of course, if you have a child's life, from another point of view, you can practice as an ordinary practitioner for a hundred years.

When it comes to "child's life", you will always see some people full of joy and some people full of sadness. Why is there such a big contrast?

I am happy because every child's life corresponds to the stars in the sky, which is a privilege that ordinary people do not have.

The so-called Mandate of Heaven is gifted, with its own mandate, and there will be extraordinary deeds. Moreover, if you have the life of a "true child", the greatest blessing is that you will never fall into hell, and you will return to heaven after the number of lives is reached.
