Chapter 69: Chengdu Tour (4)
2019.11.12
I was too tired to sleep. Yesterday we walked 24192 steps, 17.37 km. I ate late and a lot of dinner, my stomach was not in harmony, I slept uncomfortably, and I didn't sleep well.
Exhausted, we decided to walk as little as possible today.
The first stop is Wuhou Temple. This is a must-see attraction in Chengdu, the only ancestral temple in China where monarchs and ministers worship together, and it is also a memorial site for Shu Han heroes.
There were several fenced-off construction sites in the middle of the site, and we quickly lost interest in visiting them any further.
Jinli, which is next to the Wuhou Temple, is a narrow alley of the city god temple type. We walked 100 meters and came out.
Then I went to Funan River Living Water Park. The Living Water Park is not large, but it is scattered, demonstrating the natural purification process from dead water to living water, which is very chic and innovative.
After lunch, we made our last stop at People's Park. There are a lot of people inside, and there is a chrysanthemum exhibition in the garden, and all kinds of chrysanthemums are blooming. Heming Tea Garden is a concentrated place for people. I saw that the square tables or round tables were full of people, people drinking tea, eating melon seeds, tasting snacks, and talking enthusiastically, and some directly played playing cards. We managed to find a place to sit down and asked for two cups of tea. After a while, the ear picking master came to ask if we needed ear picking, which is exactly the Chengdu characteristics we want to experience.
The ear picker has a variety of tools in his hands: tweezers, ear digging, crowbars, etc., as well as several small sticks with white fluff tied to the top. Peng Peng did not have any discomfort during the ear picking process, and a lot of large and small cerumen were dug out in his right ear, which I expected. After finishing, Peng Peng said that he was very comfortable.
So far, we have ended this fruitful trip to Chengdu.
Peng Peng grew up, and we didn't let me backpack the whole time of the tour. On our way back from Dujiangyan, he took the initiative to help me massage the temples on my face and stretch my brows. After hearing me say that it was comfortable, he kept helping me massage it. These actions immediately made my fatigue disappear: "Thank you, good boy! ”
