Chapter 728 732: Buddhism Love

I saw Gongsun Jin smiling slightly, smiling at the audience, calmly facing the attack, standing upright: "Throughout the ages, human beings have been making continuous progress, which is reflected in the small and closely related clothing, food, housing and transportation, such as: hundreds or even thousands of years ago, human beings wore clothes made of animal skins, and now, we wear cotton cloth and silk;

The writings we study, the knowledge, every object we use, even the words we speak, as well as the laws of the country, weapons, the imperial examination system, and so on, are all reforming, progressing, and innovating, and they are all making progress in continuous efforts and explorations to meet our current needs.

However, throughout the ages, there is only one thing, it has never been changed, it has been disappeared, it has been forgotten, and it has never even improved in the slightest.

No matter who you are, whether you are supreme or humble, you all want it, you are willing to taste the ups and downs for it, and even forget about life and death. That is, love.

The love of parents makes children grow up happily, the love of friends, the sharing of adversity makes us feel warm, the love of brothers and sisters, so that family affection lasts forever, the love of men and women, life and death, across all boundaries. ”

We believe that love exists in the world, but there is no Buddhism in the love between men and women, and Buddhism rejects the love of men and women.

You say, love can cross all boundaries, can it? That Gongsun Tongsheng is turning over the past and the present, but there are Buddhist disciples who marry wives and have children and still have the permission of Buddhism? ”

"Yes."

"That is, Buddhist disciples do not have seven emotions and six desires, they only have fraternity, only accept fraternity, and universalize the love of all sentient beings."

"Cut, why not, for example: Buddha Shakyamuni, before he became a monk, he was a prince, and he had a wife and children."

"Listen clearly, we're talking about Buddhist disciples, monks. It's not vulgar. ”

"Then Gongsun Jin is not talented, so I will tell you about the love of a patriarch of the sect.

He can speak at the age of six, read and write at the age of three, read a lot of books at the age of five, become a monk with his mother at the age of seven, travel to study in Tianzhu countries, visit famous teachers and great virtues, study the wonderful meaning, study Hinayana Buddhism, just to save the suffering.

At the age of thirteen, he became famous in one fell swoop by defeating the world's eminent monks, causing a sensation in the Western Regions.

Since he was a child, he has been determined to establish a sect and become a great grandmaster, which is an ambition he established after becoming famous at the age of thirteen, but he abandoned it when he was fifty-three.

Because his time broke out in successive wars. When he discovered that the Hinayana Buddhism he was proficient in had become more and more flawed in the war-torn era, he decisively gave up and studied Mahayana Buddhism, which was not accepted by the people in the Western Regions and Buddhism.

Because, in the chaos of war and troubled times, what is needed is not the great master, not the Hinayana Buddhism, but the Mahayana Buddhism that can comfort people's hearts, and only it can universalize sentient beings.

He was detained, threatened, and even lived and died, but he never gave up the faith in his heart and spread it in the war-torn Central Plains.

As a result, we have all kinds of catchy scriptures that we read today that are suitable for all ages, children, women and children, as well as my Gongsun Jin's favorite sentence: Everything has a way, like a dream bubble, like dew and electricity, and should be viewed as such.

He was known to the people of his time as a mage and a successful disseminator of teachings.

He is known as the ancestor of many sects of our time, such as the Three Treatises, the Lotus Sect, and the Pure Land Sect, all of which are based on the scriptures he translated.
