Overview of the three-point society.

First, the necessity of a three-point society.

Everyone must ask, why do you have to divide classes this time? This point must be explained, because this book is to fundamentally understand people, analyze people, so we must start from the other party's outlook on life and values, and to understand the other party's values, we must give the other party's social class a general positioning, our purpose is to explain the problem, not to divide people into three, six, nine and so on, because the social class is real, this problem is also unavoidable, since it cannot be avoided, we must face it, understand it. Therefore, readers can recognize their own social class through this chapter, and they can also know each other's social class through reasoning, and the reason why I want to bring it up is to let us know ourselves and each other more thoroughly.

I must say why we should divide society into three strata for analysis, and here I must clarify two points: First, there is a saying in China that "no three are unreasonable", and it is precisely because of this national characteristic that we can clearly understand the complicated things. Therefore, it will be more pertinent to divide the society into three strata, not to mention that the three strata of society have always existed, but few people have in-depth understanding and observation, which requires our attention. Second, the separation of the three social classes is more conducive to finding each person's position, so as to understand his outlook on life and values, this book is not only floating on the surface of interpersonal relationships, but from the bottom of the heart to know each other, which requires us to understand each other more deeply.

Second, the purpose of the three-point society.

The reason why we want to divide people in society into three classes is not to divide people into three, six, nine and so on, but to judge and understand things more deeply. However, it should be noted that people can change with the passage of time and the growth of experience, so the evaluation of people cannot be finalized, and we must look at the problem of development. Another point I must explain is that I have neither belittled nor exalted anyone, nor did I want to belittle anyone nor exalt anyone, and the so-called three social strata are only an analysis of social phenomena, in order to enable us to have a clearer understanding of the outlook on life and values of people of different strata in society.

Third, the misunderstanding of the three-point society.

When it comes to the three social strata, we must also pay attention to several misunderstandings.

1. Don't divide classes by wealth.

Many people see that someone is rich and think that he is a high-level society, but this is not the case. You are rich as long as you are born into a relatively wealthy family, but you are not in the upper echelons of society. You can make a lot of money by destroying the earth's resources and mining indiscriminately, you can make a lot of money by embezzling and accepting bribes from unhealthy trends, and you can also make a lot of money by making fake and cheating the people, but this kind of person can't be regarded as a person in the high-level society at all, and wealth can only show that this person is very rich at the moment, and it can't prove people's taste, values, and social class.

2. Don't divide classes by academic qualifications.

Now there is a strange phenomenon, many companies recruit talents to look at academic qualifications first. As a result, a group of nerds were found, just like Zhuge Liang said: "No one can sit and talk, and there is no one who can respond to emergencies." "If a company really encounters a difficult situation one day, these highly educated people will come up with a lot of relevant cases, they will tell a lot of theories, but no one can make a decision that can turn the situation around. So I said a very frank sentence: "Only a boss without self-confidence will judge a hero by his academic qualifications, because he simply does not have the ability to find real talents." So here I want to tell you that academic qualifications are not unimportant, but academic qualifications can only prove people's IQ, not people's abilities, and not people's social class.

3. Don't divide classes by age.

It is also a big mistake to divide the class by age, and some experienced elders are indeed well-informed, which is admirable from the heart. However, we have seen too many people rely on the old and sell the old, and our Chinese nation has the virtue of respecting the old and loving the young, and we must respect the elderly, but age cannot be the standard for measuring social class. There is a saying that "there is a precedence in hearing the Tao, and there is a specialization in the art industry." "People, if you don't feel it from time to time, no matter how old you are, it doesn't matter. Maybe you will say that older people are very experienced, I want to emphasize a sentence here, experience and experience are indeed useful, but experience is used to summarize, experience is to improve oneself, if you can't summarize and improve what you see and hear with philosophical thinking, it is meaningless. Therefore, seeing more is not the same as being knowledgeable, we must sum up our experience, and then find a new way that suits us to be smart. So age doesn't prove a person's social class.

4. Don't divide classes by occupation and position.

Some people think that they are grassroots society when they see grassroots employees, which is wrong, because employees may not have the wisdom of high-level society, but they are just temporarily dormant; When some people see the president of a company, they think that he is a high-level society, and this concept is also wrong, because the president whose thinking is still stuck in the grassroots society abounds, but his company has not closed down for the time being. Some people see a profession and position all the people in this profession into the same social class, this concept is also wrong, and there are people from different social classes in each profession. So we need to avoid this misconception of generalization.

5. Social class is not static.

We must not make a final judgment on the other party, the times are moving forward, and people are constantly changing. The most indefinite number in the world is people's thoughts, and even people's values will change with the growth of experience, maybe today you see this person is the thinking mode of the grassroots society, but a few years later, maybe he has reached the thinking mode and ideological pattern of the middle society or the upper society through learning and understanding. Therefore, the positioning we give people is only the current positioning, which does not represent the future, and we must look at the problem from the perspective of development.

6. There are more than three classes in society.

Some people will think that there are only three layers of society, no, society is not as hierarchical as a cocktail, the reason why I am divided into three layers is to be more illustrative, society is not so hierarchical, and society is developing, people are also progressing, so many times it is not possible to take a fixed criterion to measure people and things, otherwise it will become a carved boat for a sword. Here I would like to borrow a sentence from Mr. Jin Yong: "There are no absolutely good people in this world, and there are no absolute bad people, only good people with shortcomings and bad people with advantages." "We look at people according to the map, people's thoughts are not sandwiches, not so black and white, we can only analyze at best, if a person's level of thought is very vague, but most of the thoughts belong to a certain social class of thought, we will temporarily position him in a certain social class, with time, space, the evolution of experience and the other party's reaction to the outside world, we must adjust our understanding of him at any time. We roughly divide people into three levels to make it easier to distinguish and explain things more easily, but we must be careful not to absolutize things.

Fourth, it is our principle to lead people to goodness.

After learning this science, you will have a deeper understanding of all levels of society. For our society to progress and our country to develop, we need to come up with some profound ideas, which is the purpose of this book. As the saying goes: "A gentleman loves money and takes it in a good way." "I hope that everyone will use the ideas they have learned to do things that contribute to society and the country, and crooked and evil ways will not be carried out for a long time, and they will eventually be ruined, so I hope that everyone will use this knowledge in the right way, do valuable things, and be valuable people.
