These three realms correspond to the employment strategies of the three social classes, and we will analyze them one by one.
High Society

The reason why the high-level society often tempts people is because the high-level society understands a truth: "People change." "No one is born with the intention to be a bad person, but they can't withstand the temptation and betray their moral bottom line in front of money. So from another point of view, there are no bad people in this world, only good people who can't withstand temptation. So a person is not tempted by five yuan, it does not mean that he can be responsible for 500,000 things, if you have 5 million in your hand, you may run away with the money, you are sincere if you don't embezzle the 5 yuan, you are also voluntary, you are not a bad person, you just can't withstand the temptation. Therefore, if a company's employment mechanism is to be reasonable, it must achieve the following three points: 1. Avoid unnecessary losses. 2. Don't miss out on the profits you deserve. 3. Make the best use of your talents.
Therefore, the middle-level cadres of many enterprises always complain: "Why does the president always test me and always worry about me?" "In fact, this is the right thing to do, to do business should be responsible for all people, because once the company closes, many people will lose their jobs, so the president must always walk on thin ice, as if facing the abyss. And: tempting you because he values you, even if he doesn't want to promote you, at least he plans to continue to use you. If one day he doesn't bother to test you, you won't be far from walking. Therefore, the president never tries to test employees, because a person is willing to be an employee for a lifetime, and this kind of unmotivated person is not worth cultivating at all, not worth reusing, and has no meaning to try. The reason why the president will test you from time to time is precisely because he has you in his heart, at least it proves that you are still a usable talent. Therefore, people in the middle class should think about the problem from a different angle: it is precisely because the president often tests his subordinates that the disloyal will be cleared out, but if you are loyal, you will have a better chance of being promoted; If the president never tries it, he doesn't know who has merit and who has faults, and he can't make a clear distinction between rewards and punishments, and the result is that people who really do things will either change their lives every day, or jump to a company with serious things to achieve themselves. Therefore, the high-level society often tests you, not because of your personal opinions, but because of an attitude of being responsible for the company and an act of being responsible for you.
Middle class
Don't use suspicious people, don't suspect people.
When you hear someone say, "Don't use suspicious people, don't use suspicious people." When this kind of nonsense is played, you know that the level of his employment is probably still at the level of the middle society. This way of employing people is regarded as gambling, but what I want to say is: "things" can be used to gamble, but people cannot gamble. One might ask: why is this happening? Because people will often compare, and often compare with the boss, the more he compares with the boss, the more unbalanced he is, he feels that even if he works hard, he does not make as much money as the boss, so he has a logic: he has made great contributions to the development of the company, and corruption is also a matter of course; And your logic is: if it weren't for your kindness to him, he wouldn't be where he is today, so he shouldn't be corrupt. Both of these logics are correct, he has created a huge wealth for you, but he is not willing to be your senior wage earner, and wants to take a share of the value he creates for you. And you think that he is just employed by you, and you provide him with a stage to display his talents, so he only has the right to receive a salary, but not the right to occupy the company's property. In this way, your contradictions arise, and the end result is that either you bring him to justice, or he runs away with the money. But either way, it's not what you want, and if you bring him to justice, you'll lose a talent, and if he escapes with money, you'll lose both your money and your money. Therefore, "don't use suspicious people, don't use suspicious people." The employment mechanism will become a breeding ground for evil winds, and this gambling-style employment mechanism itself has great drawbacks.
And many corporate CEOs whose thinking mode is still stuck in the middle class just don't understand this truth, which is why many tragedies have been caused. Let me give you an example: if you see a driver driving for the boss, but the boss dares to sit in the co-pilot's seat, you know that the boss probably doesn't know how to use people. This is called "indiscriminate benevolence", giving him too many benefits, except to stimulate his greed and jealousy of you, so how much money to give the driver is your business, but if you don't want to die yet, it's better to sit obediently behind him, only when his life and your life are tied together, you will save your life at the critical moment.
There is another situation: because the driver is relatively close to you, many times he drives you to run errands, so he knows a lot of your business secrets, you are very afraid that he will leak the secrets, in order to keep him tight-lipped, you will give him a lot of extra money. This is completely a practice of not understanding the social attributes of the other party, this is called "holding the salary to fight the fire", and in the end it will definitely "set yourself on fire", which is really stupid! You must know that the more people in the grassroots society, the more they bully the weak and fear the hard, so it is not advisable to do so. You just need to let him know: if he dares to divulge any of your trade secrets, you will pursue all his legal responsibilities, and on this basis, it is enough to appropriately increase his salary a little. Therefore, "don't use suspicious people, don't use suspicious people." The method of employing people is gambling, and the bet is not an immutable "thing", but a "person" with variables at any time, so this is destined to be a gamble with more losses and fewer wins. This is not only an employment mechanism that lacks supervision, but also an irresponsible attitude towards oneself and the company.
Grassroots society
Suspicious, suspicious.
As we mentioned in the first chapter, people with grassroots social thinking have a social attribute: "get by". However, they often think of others as they do, so there will be big problems in employing people. It is precisely because most of the grassroots society is a passable person, so they will take the sheep from time to time to get a little profit, for example, the employees in the big hotel will always hide some good dishes for themselves, and when there are fried buns, they always stuff one into their mouths, and the family never buys things like a rolling pin on a board, it is always from the restaurant, and the workers in the factory will go home from time to time with a little piece of iron, and once this kind of person becomes the boss, he will suspect that all his subordinates are this kind of thinking, and he will suspect that all people are thieves.
Therefore, in order to prevent theft, the bosses of the grassroots society will appoint cronies, so they will recruit their fellow villagers to manage things in the enterprise. But they don't know the saying "No one asks about the poor in the city, and the rich have distant relatives in the mountains." "It is these fellows who will fly high and dominate by relying on their relationship with your fellow countrymen, showing their superiority everywhere and making your business a miasma. Therefore, many family businesses are planted on the mistake of abusing cronies, which will make other subordinates have no sense of belonging, so they will always not work very hard. And although these relatives and fellow villagers usually show off their power and clamoring for you to raise their wages, when the enterprise encounters difficulties, they run faster than the other, which is called "the tree falls and the tree is scattered", so the grassroots society must understand a truth: if a person is an upright person, he will never do immoral things because he is not your relative. If a person's character is not good, he will not be less involved in the enterprise because he is your relative, which is called "difficult to prevent thieves". That's not the way to employ people.
So if your mind is still at the level of cronyism, I advise you not to run a business, because there is no one in the world who makes you believe, you are not worthy of being believed by others, and you do not have the ability to control an enterprise, if you have to do business with the help of special conditions, it is as if you have to lift a big stone that you can't move at all with the help of other people's strength, once that force withdraws, that stone will fall on your feet, and there is no banquet in the world, and there is no external force in the world that can always support you.
