And Xiao He relied on this strategy of "calming people with things" to eliminate Liu Bang's misunderstanding of him, so in that "cunning rabbit dies, lackeys cook." The birds are all gone, and the good bow is hidden. Xiao He was one of the few founding heroes who could get a good death.
The above cases show that Liu Bang's thinking belongs to the middle society, while Xiao He's thinking belongs to the high society. Liu Bang lacks a deeper understanding of people, so he suspects people because of things. Therefore, people in the middle society will never be able to understand the high-level society, Liu Bang is fighting the world for himself, so he cares about his status very much; And Xiao He is seeking peace for the people of the world, so he doesn't care about his status. The emperor is good, but not everyone wants to be the emperor. Liu Bang judged people by things because he couldn't see through this, so he judged Xiao He very biasedly. And Xiao He looks at the people around him from the height of values, so Xiao He can see the people around him very thoroughly, including Liu Bang. And Xiao He knew that Liu Bang would judge people by things, so Xiao He used the strategy of "calming people with things" as the starting point, and deliberately did "things" that destroyed his reputation, so as to relieve Liu Bang's suspicion of himself.
The middle class will never understand a truth: when a person is not an emperor, the whole world is his, because he can raft on the five lakes, play everywhere, and enjoy the beautiful rivers and mountains. But once a person becomes the emperor, he will be very constrained, because he has to worry every day that this person usurps the throne, that person seeks power, and there is little time to play. Some people may say: "The emperor can also pay a private visit!" "That's because you have watched too many TV series, and the emperor does not dare to leave the palace at every turn, because if he leaves for too long, a palace coup d'état breaks out in the backyard, and he doesn't want to come back. Therefore, the emperor is definitely not as chic as we think, as the saying goes: "If you are not in your position, you will not seek your own government." ”
So there are some things that the upper echelons of society can never say
For the middle class, because the pattern of the middle class society is not enough, they can't understand it at all, but they will cause misunderstandings. Xiao He wanted to say directly to Liu Bang: "I am not interested in the throne at all, I help you fight the world in order to stop the war with war, seek peace for the people of the world, and realize the value of my life." Therefore, the middle-class society needs to improve its own pattern and level, otherwise even if it is the emperor, it will be ignorant, but then again, if the thinking of the middle-class society really reaches the high-level society, maybe it will be disdainful of being the emperor, even if it is the emperor, it will be easier to be, at least be able to distinguish the loyal traitor. In fact, this case is also an inspiration for corporate CEOs, there was only one emperor in ancient times, so he could do whatever he wanted. However, there are many enterprises nowadays, and if they are not well managed, they will be eliminated by the market, so I advise those who are the presidents of enterprises, if you have that pattern, sit in that position, and if not, let people take care of it. If today's enterprises want to survive for a long time, either the people of the high-level society will personally lead, or there will be people from the high-level society as staff, and the middle-level society will not be able to bring the enterprise for a long time, otherwise a strategy of competitors will come, you will not be able to start, and the enterprise will suffer.
Grassroots society has taken advantage of the situation.
In fact, "taking advantage of the situation" is to wait for the opponent's mistake to win your own victory. There are two kinds of games in this world that rely on this method to win, one is the "high and high exchanges" of the high-level society, and the other is the "low-to-low exchanges" of the grassroots society.
