The way to protect one's body is to nourish the kidneys with peace of mind. If the heart can be at peace, the nest fire will not shine, and if the kidney can be nourished, the water will not jump. If the water does not jump out, there will be no thoughts of discharge, and the kidneys will become clearer. If the kidney is clear, the fire will not rush, and the peace of mind will shine on the fire.

The real disease should be massaged and guided, and the external effort should be dispersed. Fever should vomit the old and absorb the new, and the mouth and nose should be cooled. It is advisable to keep your breath and breathe when you are sick with cold, and you should deliberately make a fire to warm it.

These four methods can be a shortcut to cure diseases, and they are far from the medicine of plants, trees, gold and stones.

There is no leakage of the child's innocence, it has not been broken, and there is no need to make up for the separation of the difficult realm, only a period of pure yang is enough. Therefore, the two methods of cultivation and methods are also different.
