Showers Chapter 35: Family Meeting

"China (6)" - Andy Bathilda. :

Pioneer - Izzet Federation:

The Izzet Apostle is an obsessive experimenter, the epitome of a keen creative intellect combined with a regrettable three-minute heat. The Izzet Federation was originally tasked with providing solutions for civic engineering projects, but their experiments often resulted in mana eruptions, spatial breaks, or mysterious portals. For a long time, the leader of the Federation, the dragon Nimizzet, prompted the Izzet Apostles to delve into more dangerous experimental magic. However, the purpose of these experiments is unknown.

Nimizzet the Excorcerer:

Niv-Mizzet the Excorcert, the leader and patriarch of the Izzet Alliance, is a 1,500-year-old vain, moody, and intelligent dragon. Niv-Mizzet was known for her unpredictable and fiery temper, which became more and more intense. Niv-Mizzet rarely deigned to handle the day-to-day running of the guild, preferring to draw up long-term plans and let his subordinates carry out the specifics.

Niv-Mizzet's servants constituted his inner court, and Niv-Mizzet carried out his plans through these members of the inner court, known as the Izzet Apostles, and used them to keep track of outside movements. The most powerful members of the Izzet Apostles are called Izzet First Mages, and the number is maintained at five to seven (the identities of some of them are kept secret). And even the First Mage of Izzet had no way of knowing the plans and goals of Niv-Mizzet's highest rank.

Famous places in Izzet:

Bone Forge: Nemis:

Nimis, also known as the "Forges of Bones", is the home of Niv-Mizzet's lair and the Izzet Central Guild Hall. Nimis is a massive tower, one of the tallest buildings in the world of Elsa, located in the terrifying mountains between the Dora Empire and the Holy Falcon Empire. Each floor of the tower is inhabited by Izzet alchemists, mages, and sages, who are constantly researching theories, conducting experiments, and discarding useless experiments. The top floor of the tower is, of course, Niv-Mizzet's own lair, and every Izzet apostle who lives and works in Nimis has been screened by Niv-Mizzet himself. Although the experiments of the Apostle Izzet in the Tower seem unconnected, Niv-Mizzet sees all experiments as part of a larger one.

Focal Plate:

The scorch disk appears to be a series of giant water wheels, most of which are thought to be used to produce energy. In fact, the internals of these rims are made up of Meszine Metal Rings, which generate abundant but erratic mana. The Burn Disk is a newly constructed structure (compared to Niv-Mizzet's age, of course), and its purpose (other than to generate a large amount of uncontrolled and dangerous mana) is still unknown.

Furnace pit:

The furnace pit is an underground passage in a series of mountains made up of intertwined high-pressure metal pipes. The twisted labyrinth is so intricate that few people can explore it except for the heat-resistant steam oddities. The Izzet Commonwealth has been criticized by the Dwarven tribes of the Dora Empire in the past for conducting large-scale (and dangerous) experiments using these pipes.

Mijie Forging Furnace:

The Mijie Forge is the only place where Elsa can smelt Mijie alloys. Mizzet alloys are used in many of Izzet's inventions, and a small number of them are circulated to other countries - usually, the Dora Empire gets the majority of them - to make magically infused weapons from the Empire's strongest knights. The forge was also protected by the ferocious flamethrower-wielding viasino. The heat inside the forge is suffocating for many other races, but the viashino is at home in this hot and humid environment.

Izzet Alliance Jobs:

Alchemist:

Alchemists are alchemists who forge Mizzet alloys and other elements into occult tools. They experimented with new alloys, energies, and runes. The competition among alchemists is fierce, and as a result, it often leads to small-scale internal struggles and factional disagreements.

Exploding Mage:

The Exploding Mage is a mage who controls occult tools designed by alchemists. These tools are not necessarily physical instruments or artifacts, and sometimes the exploding mage controls orbs of elemental energy suspended in fixed orbits, bursting energy disks, or currents of lava flowing with lava.

Chamberlain:

The Izzet Alchemists and Exploding Mages can have up to forty squires, most of whom are Vidalkens, as this race is naturally focused and methodical. The duties of an attendant usually include recording and organizing information (usually in dangerous environments), acquiring rare items or elements (usually in dangerous environments), or completing experiments (which must be in dangerous environments).

Strange:

Strange is the product of an experiment that originally aimed to fuse two different and unrelated elements (e.g., ice/fire, smoke/lightning, or steam/stone). The mages of Izzet hoped that these combinations, which would normally not be phased, would create more stable and controllable elements, but of course, due to the nature of Izzet's experiments, the actual results were often the opposite. The weird is even wilder and unpredictable than the elements that compose them. However, Oddity is good material for serving as a guard or warrior.

Interlocus:

Niv-Mizzet disseminated the information in chunks within the guild members. In her mind, she organizes experiments, research projects, and elemental research, so that she is the only one who understands the connections between these experiments. When he gets the results of an experiment, no matter how confusing the methodology, he orders a series of seemingly unrelated experimental topics. Niv-Mizzet needed to know the results of experiments on every potion and element, and even a few seemingly failed experiments would become a key part of Niv-Mizzet's larger plans.

Most people thought she was a crazy, knowledge-obsessed old she-dragon, but Niv-Mizzet was secretly conducting a series of scattered macroscopic experiments that he called the interlocus. The true purpose of the metasite – and its existence – is difficult to discover, as the scope and number of experiments are irregularity to the vast majority of people. But for the burner, all this research helped him solve an abstract problem that had plagued him for years.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Oh! Honey, I guessed it, it must be the onion soup! Michael couldn't wait to sit down at the table, salivating at the hot soup in the bowl. Finally, he couldn't help but stretch out his sinful palm, picked up the spoon, and was about to put it in his mouth.

Lena knew her husband was going to drink secretly without even looking at it, so she snapped her fingers as she directed the spoon to stir in the pot. The spoon in Michael's hand began to deform, growing limbs and facial features, and biting Michael's nose hard. "Aiji! Go get Josh and Lena out and eat! Lena shouted.

"Mom! Josh's room stinks! I don't want to go in! Call Daddy! Agilyl appeared at the top of the stairs and reluctantly said, holding on to the handrail of the stairs. Oh! Okay, Daddy is concentrating on a spoon, but I'll call Lena down. ”

After a while, Agilyl took her sister downstairs and sat down at the table to prepare breakfast. Michael was still concentrating on the jumping spoon, and he tried to catch him, but the spoon stuck in Michael's hair and grimaced at Michael.

Agilyl dragged her cheeks boredly and watched her father's funny tricks, she sometimes wondered why her father was so unreliable, why did her mother marry him. Once, during dinner, she couldn't help but ask her mother this question, but her mother didn't answer her. She just smiled happily and served her husband another bowl of soup.

In fact, Agillill doesn't like her father's personality, she thinks that her father is not manly. When she first met Anthony's brother, she felt that she was going to marry a man who was as unruly and imposing as Anthony's brother. 'Maybe I should marry a prince.' She thought.

Finally, Lena made all the breakfast, including onion soup and some hash browns to eat in a bowl. So she took off her apron and waved her palm. The kitchenware automatically returned to the hook in the kitchen. One of the spoons was not aimed at the hook, and at the moment when it was about to hit the ground, it also grabbed the hook with its hands and feet, and carefully hung itself up. "Mike! Go and wake up Josh! We're going to eat! The children are starving! ”

Hearing his wife's urging, Michael stretched out his finger and conjured a blue chain to put the arrogant spoon inside. The spoon struggled to resist, but it was all in vain. Michael flicked the rampant guy in the face, and the spoon immediately returned to its original state.

Then, under the disdainful gaze of Agilyl and the curious and adoring applause of little Lena, she triumphantly stepped up the stairs and scooped the boy who was still sleeping from the warm bed and placed it on the dining chair.

Joshua was drooling one second, and woke up the next. So he hurriedly put on the napkin, stretched his palm forward, and the knife jumped in by itself. As Agilyl picked up her knife and was about to cut the hash browns, Lena slapped her paw off and reproached, "We haven't prayed yet!" Put the knife down! ”

Agilyl put down her knife in a huff, prayed a false prayer, and began to eat.

"Oh, Josh, I don't seem to have a good knife, lend me yours." Michael complained with a knife with a few missing teeth.

"Okay, Dad." As he spoke, Joshua flicked his wrist, and the knife flew out on its own, sticking it on the table in front of Michael.

"Joshua Donawan! I've said it several times, don't throw knives! Show me again and I'll chant a spell to glue your fingers together! Lena threatened her son.

"Oh, okay, okay! Mom, I remember! This is the last time, and I will never throw a knife again. Joshua exclaimed. - "I let you see it." Joshua muttered.

"Come on, you little troublemaker! How many times has this been your last? Lena immediately retorted to her son.

"Oops! Ok ok! Lena. This is the first time you've said you're going to chant a spell to glue Josh's fingers together? Michael quipped.

Lena was almost by the father and son, so she put down the bowl with a 'bang', clasped her hands, and waited for her son and husband to see.

"Uh... Josh, it's not right, it's wrong, I mean, it's very, very wrong ... ”
