This method is called "breathing", which is very easy to understand, spitting out the old and accepting the new, the change lies in the way you breathe, but there is no fixed pattern, to be honest, so far there is really no such way that breathing is the best!

For thousands of years, some self-contained monks have summarized some ways of breathing, but this world-recognized Xuantian Sect feels that breathing slowly and long is the best method, so people in the monastic world are also more popular in this method of breathing!
