Sects that are currently appearing:

The four major sects of the White Tiger Domain, the Heavenly Dao Sect, the Shenji Sect, the Pure Yuan Sword Sect, and the Imperial Spirit Sect are all Earth Pole Sects

The ancient sect Xinghai Sect (which has become a relic) is the Tianji Sect

Taishang Forgetfulness Sect, which will be introduced in detail in the future

The Hall of Ten Thousand Corpses, which will be introduced in detail later
