Chapter 68: Washington

An old factory on the outskirts of Washington, D.C., USA.

A few rats burrowed through the grass, chirping. In the open field, there was nothing but rats, and a figure suddenly appeared.

The bright moonlight sprinkled on his body, revealing a handsome face, wearing a red cloud robe on a black background, and walking slowly towards the factory.

The rats ran away in fear as if they were on the verge of a great enemy, not daring to approach the man's side.

"I really know how to choose a place, I thought the entrance was a toilet or a phone booth!" Madara walks into the factory, which is empty, with some old newspapers and garbage on the ground and cobwebs on the walls.

It seems that no one has been to such a factory for a long time, and ordinary people would never come to such a factory at night. Madara, however, continued to walk inside.

This was the second destination of his trip, the American Wizarding Association.

Madara stood in front of a stone pillar and didn't go in, his index fingers crossed, and his body drilled out of the sticks, falling to the ground and becoming exactly the same doppelganger as him.

The art of multiple wood clones!

"Give you five minutes to understand everything!" Madara said flatly.

"Humph! You're really lazy. One of the doppelgangers smiled, burrowed into the stone pillar, and vanished.

Soon, more than a dozen wooden clones all disappeared into the stone pillars. Madara is the only one left in the empty factory.

Madara takes off his red cloud robe on a black background, revealing the black suit inside. The space of the hands distorted, and the red cloud robe on a black background was sucked into the transparent vortex, and a black top hat and a black trench coat emerged from the vortex.

Madara wears a black top hat and a black trench coat to cover his long white hair. Madara clasped his hands around him, his eyes and face drooped, leaning on the back of the stone pillar, quietly waiting for the wooden clone.

Five minutes later.

More than a dozen figures suddenly appeared in the factory, both in appearance and clothing.

"That's it!" Madara looked up at the dozen or so wooden clones standing in front of him.

"Although the task is too simple, it is really unpleasant to see that you are bored and have the leisure to change clothes!" A wooden clone laughed.

"You yourself know that I'm going to see a very grand occasion, so I have to be more formal." Madara said nonchalantly.

"Madara, this dress is really good."

"It should be that Madara is too handsome!"

"You are embarrassed to say this, knowing that we are all alone."

"It's hard that you don't think that way in your hearts!"

Several wooden clones were joking with each other, and the wizarding guild on the other side of the wall had completely surrendered, and the time spent was not enough for a cup of coffee.

"It's time for me to go!" Madara said indifferently.

"The drudgery is handed over to the doppelganger, but the fun is left to you, and it's really your style." The doppelgangers pursed their lips and pressed Madara's shoulders to turn into sticks of wood and burrow back into his body.

Soon there was only one person left in the abandoned factory, and he didn't use teleportation, he raised and stared at the top of the factory, reached out and pinched the brim of his hat, and with a whoosh, he soared into the sky.

Rumble!

The cement at the top of the factory crumbled instantly, and a figure flew out of the hole and disappeared into the night.

At night, Washington is lit up and the streets are no less crowded with cars than during the day. It's just that Pennsylvania, which leads to the White House, has laid down its barricades and is heavily guarded.

Police cars, heavily armed patrols, and many federal agents are parked on the side of the road, strictly guarding the major intersections leading to the White House.

From time to time, a black sedan drove into the street, and the agents stepped forward to verify their identity, while the police opened the barricades to let them go.

A figure suddenly appeared at the top of the Washington Monument, half-crouching on the slope of the obelisk, wearing a black top hat on his head, covering his face, and the night breeze blowing, the black trench coat on his body floating backwards.

He raised his head, revealing a handsome face, his eyes flashing red, staring at the buildings in the distance, as if his gaze had penetrated the barrier of the buildings.

"Oh! There are a lot of people! This time it's interesting. The man raised his eyebrows and disappeared to the top of the monument in an instant.

Near the White House Capitol Building, House of Representatives Hall.

The floors of seats are like movie theaters, filled with all kinds of people.

The President of the United States stood on a high platform with a solemn expression. The many parliamentarians below stared at a document in their hands, with different expressions, some disdainful, some surprised, and some frowning.

"Ladies and gentlemen, our country is facing a difficult situation, if you have read the documents in your hands, you should now understand that the enemy we are facing has power beyond humans, he can be called a wizard, but after our analysis, he has surpassed the wizard and reached a very terrifying level, which can destroy an aircraft carrier fleet in a short time. Believe it or not, what I'm going to say is that the war has already begun, and we need to do our best to eliminate Madara Uchiha! The President of the United States said righteously.

"He's kidding, right?" A white congressman simply doesn't believe the president.

"I believe that there are wizards in this world, but it doesn't mean that I believe in gods in this world!" The middle-aged man on the other side of him teased.

"Oh! Tom, how can you say that, God will punish you. An elderly female lawmaker glared back at the middle-aged man.

"Then why doesn't God punish our enemies?" The middle-aged man shrugged his shoulders and said disappreciatively.

The solemn Congress has turned into a vegetable market, and most of the members of the parliament do not believe what the president says, and even worse, they think that the president has a problem with his head and clamore for the impeachment of the president tomorrow.

The president's eyes flickered, looking at the noisy lawmakers below, the disappearance of the Washington could not be covered up at all, and he must also eliminate Madara Uchiha, at all costs.

"This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life, the strongest country in the world declares war on an inexplicable person, am I in a dream?" One lawmaker threw away the document in his hand and dismissed it.

"The most important thing is that he is still Asian." A white congressman appears to be a racist.

"Don't say that, Bill! At least he's pretty handsome, and I'm sure your daughter will like him. A chubby male congressman laughed.

"If he goes to Hollywood to make a movie, maybe I'm really willing to pay for a movie ticket!" The companion sitting next to him chimed in.

The discussion continued, and the lawmakers joked with each other, taking the president's words as a joke.

Only a few people frowned in contemplation, and one of them, a middle-aged female councilor, and the man next to her, stared intently at the document in their hand. A hint of discoloration flashed in the woman's eyes, and she was silent.

Bang!

The door of the congress hall suddenly opened, and a tall figure stood quietly in the doorway, wearing a black top hat with a wide brim, covering his face, wearing a long black trench coat, and his hands in the trouser pockets of his suit. r1152
