The three realms of learning
The famous scholar Wang Guowei discussed that there are three realms of learning: first, "last night the west wind withered the green trees, went up to the tall building alone, and looked at the end of the world"; the second is "the belt gradually widens and does not regret it, and it makes people haggard for Iraq"; The third is "the crowd looked for him thousands of times, and suddenly looked back, but the man was in the lamplight."
Leading cadres should also have these three realms in their study of theory. First of all, in theoretical study, we must have the lofty pursuit of "looking at the end of the world", endure the coldness of "last night's west wind withered green trees" and the loneliness of "going up to a tall building alone", and calm down to read through the hard work; Secondly, in theoretical study, we must be diligent and hardworking, study hard, be willing to pay, be indomitable, work hard, and work hard, even if the "clothes and belts are gradually widening", "never regret it", and "people are haggard" are also willing; Thirdly, theoretical study is important in independent thinking, the combination of learning and application, learning to understand, and using to gain, to "find him in the crowd thousands of degrees" in study and practice, and finally "suddenly look back" and comprehend the true meaning in the "light of the day". Only in this way will leading cadres at all levels be able to take the lead in studying, studying in depth, and persistently and becoming models of diligent study and good thinking, models of emancipating their minds and advancing with the times, and models of applying what they have learned and achieving success with it.

"The Three Realms of Learning" is a passage in the book "Words in the World" by Wang Guowei, a master of Chinese studies. Wang Guowei said: "Those who have achieved great careers and university questions in ancient and modern times must pass through three realms. 'Last night, the west wind withered the green trees, went up to the tall building alone, and looked at the end of the world', this first realm also. 'The belt gradually widens and does not regret it, and it makes people haggard for Yi', this second realm is also. 'The crowd looked for him thousands of times, and suddenly looked back, but the man was in the lamplight', this third realm is also. "The Three Realms of Learning" cleverly uses the three words and sentences of Yan Shu, Liu Yong, and Xin Qiji, and transforms the original word's portrayal of love and romance into the three realms of learning and entrepreneurship, adding philosophical meaning.
The first realm comes from Yan Shu of the Northern Song Dynasty "Butterfly Love Flowers, Threshold Chrysanthemum Sorrow Yanlan Weeping Dew": "Threshold Chrysanthemum Sorrow Yanlan Crying Dew, Luo Curtain is light and cold, and swallows fly away." Mingyue does not know how to leave hatred and bitterness, and the oblique light penetrates Zhu Hu. Last night, the west wind withered the green trees, and I went up to the tall building alone, looking at the end of the world. If you want to send color notes and rulers, where do you know where the mountains and rivers are? This poem is empathetic to the scene, and the hatred is injected into the description of the scene; Xia Rong inherited the hatred and came, and vividly expressed the hero's lovesick demeanor through the high-rise building. Wang Guowei uses this to entrust his mind and become a great career in learning, first of all, he must have a persistent pursuit, climb high and look far, look at the path, and clarify the goal and direction.
The second realm is quoted from Liu Yong's "Butterfly Love Flowers, Leaning on the Dangerous Building Wind": "Leaning on the dangerous building is fine. Looking forward to the extreme spring sorrow, gloomy sky. In the afterglow of the grass-colored smoke, there is no one who will rely on his will. I plan to get drunk with the madness, and I sing about the wine, and the strong music is tasteless. The belt gradually widened and did not regret it, and it made people haggard for Yi. This poem is based on the theme of spring sorrow and lovesickness, focusing on the hardships and no regrets of love, the author combines the depressed feeling of wandering in a foreign land with the lingering feelings of the nostalgic person, lyrical scenes, and sincere feelings. Wang Guowei has a unique ingenuity, and uses these two sentences as a metaphor for achieving great careers and university questions cannot be easy, and he must be unswerving, diligent, and will not regret until he is thin.
The third realm comes from the Southern Song Dynasty Xin Qiji's "Qingyu Case: Yuan Xi": "The east wind blooms thousands of trees at night, and it blows down, and the stars are like rain." BMW carved cars are full of incense, the sound of the phoenix flute moves, the jade pot turns brightly, and the fish and dragon dance all night. The moth snow willow is golden, and the smile is full of dark fragrance. The crowd looked for him thousands of times, and suddenly looked back, but the man was in the lamplight. On the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, the auspicious scene of the city full of lights and carnival is written; Xia Yan writes to find the person he likes, portraying the image of a beauty who does not admire glory and is willing to be left out. Wang Guowei deduces from this that without thousands of degrees of searching, there will be no instantaneous epiphany and understanding.
Xi Jinping explained theoretical learning with the "three realms of learning", pinned the truth of persuasion in beautiful words and sentences, and inspired leading cadres to take the lead in learning, in-depth learning, and persistent learning of all kinds of theoretical knowledge. "The Three Realms of Learning" enlightens us that theoretical study should not only have the lofty pursuit of "looking at the end of the world", but also work hard and study hard, and endure the coldness of "last night's west wind withered green trees" and the loneliness of "going up to a tall building alone".
