The reward mechanism of the grading system is the culprit that leads to hoarding and low discounts, and the interplay of human nature and system has jointly composed all kinds of chaos in today's Meilu market.

What is a Market Development Bonus? In the face of the 12% and 15% of the prospective leaders who are increasingly confused, the leaders will explain that the so-called market development award is for you to use to develop the market instead of enjoying life; For the silver and gold medals that are so poor, the leaders will say, "If there is a long drought and nectar, of course this money is not enough to spend, because your structure is not stable; For the straight and thin DD, the leader will say, fight, you can naturally see money when you get to the diamond, and you have not participated in the diamond overseas tour, don't say that you have done the beauty road...... A closer look at the system shows that almost all of the cases used to help newcomers understand the bonus calculation model have overly idealistic genius assumptions. Newcomers who have just heard the system will think that as long as there is a 21% (that is, a silver medal) under them, then they can naturally get a 4% leadership bonus (that is, 3200 yuan that month), but they don't know that there are actually two prerequisites for getting 4%:

First, you must be a dealer, otherwise even the market performance of the department you recommend has nothing to do with you, and you can only get the commission ratio and sales commission corresponding to your "self-use + sales". And this, naturally, is not within the scope of the explanation of the OPP for newcomers, and the reason is very good, that is, don't make the newcomers too complicated, the simpler the more feasible. As one of the Chinese characteristics, the dealer mechanism is one of the biggest differences between Meilu China and other countries. The biggest advantage of this unique additional mechanism is that it can transform the multi-level team affiliation of Meilu from a formal form to an independent operator who has signed a separate contract with Meilu, so as to complete the gorgeous transformation from multi-level to single-level in form. This is Meilu's response to circumvent the "Direct Selling Law", and how to become a dealer is the housework of Meilu Company, and what can the relevant state departments do? Later, the conditions for obtaining dealer qualification were changed to 9%/month for any 3 months within a year, and then to 6% (net 4800)/month for any 6 months within a year, and then 6%/month for any 3 months within a year...... Such changes happen every year, which makes people very annoying, but what can be helped? Those who have the financial resources can simply guide them directly and buy them back in a row as soon as they join, which is the easiest. Owning the market as soon as possible (i.e. qualifying for team compensation) is the way to go, and for this we can do whatever it takes!

Now, the new regulations are that the personal "self-use + sales" in any month within a year is not less than 6%, and the theoretical difference bonus of the month must be higher than 300 yuan, which means that the newcomer must buy back at least one 6% as soon as he joins, and at the same time must ensure that there are at least 3 6% departments in the same month in the following month. At the same time, it also means that newcomers will not get any difference bonuses when they desperately recommend departments until they meet the conditions. Although Meilu promises to return the difference bonus in the early stage after becoming a dealer, before that, the newcomer must go through a long period of psychological torture and economic crisis. This is not only about the complex monthly performance design and bonus calculation, but also the additional financial burden that the newcomer has to bear - in order to get out of the predicament as soon as possible, there is only one word when necessary: buy!

When you finally meet the requirements and have the qualifications to apply and think that you can breathe a sigh of relief, you suddenly find that you can't do it, because you still have to submit the individual business license issued by the local industry and commerce to Meilu Company. Applying for such a license means additional expenses of more than 1,000 yuan or more, as well as a series of related management costs during the annual inspection of the license at the end of the year, and most importantly, the state later stipulates that the business license must be accompanied by a commercial and residential housing lease contract that is not a first-floor storefront. This means that the lease contract or home address that was made up earlier is no longer available, and you can't rent an office space for a year for a license. Because you still have to provide such a real-name lease contract when the license is renewed, and a commercial or commercial and residential address can only apply for one license. Especially in big cities, such expensive operating costs make many Meilu people who are not easy to have qualifications eventually lose ownership of their own markets.
