The most important part of McDonald's is the replication of the business model, especially in terms of the standardization of personnel. If the direct selling system wants to truly grow steadily and become successful, it must be 100% replica of the system culture. 100% replication requires system members to thoroughly accept and copy the core values, principles and standardized content of the system, and then copy them wholeheartedly to others. But the ruthless fact is that too many high-level platforms have one set of one thing under the stage, one thing in front of the other and one thing after the other, so that many systems of "unified thinking and core values" eventually become water without roots and trees. As the old saying goes, teaching by example is more important than teaching, and even the words and deeds of the senior members of the system cannot truly obey and serve the needs of the system, let alone the effective replication of the system. Human nature is complicated, after all, high-ranking people are also human!
Second, form a professional core leadership team. As a system, there must be a group of senior leaders with rich practical experience, strong organization, innovation and execution, and good moral level and personality charm, who can be trusted by team members to form the core leadership team, and at the same time, we must continue to discover and cultivate more excellent leaders to strengthen the core leadership team. But in reality, only a very small number of people at the top of the pyramid can really make money, and many core members who meet the needs of the system are ruthlessly lost, after all, the instinctive need for survival and life will eventually be greater than any unforeseen blueprint, and the final effect that "brainwashing" can achieve is still limited in time.
Third, create a replication template that is specialized and standardized in the system. The system should create a good atmosphere of continuous learning for the continuous growth of members, and carefully design a perfect training plan according to the different stages of the system members, such as newcomers, backbones and elites, so that members at different stages of development can participate in the system training tailored for them, so that members at each stage can master the business mentality and professional skills they should have, so as to effectively solve the problems they face. However, in the direct selling industry, all systematic training needs to be solved by the trainees at their own expense, and the long, high-frequency, cross-regional, and high-cost meetings themselves are one of the root causes of the economic bankruptcy of many marketers. Too few meetings make it difficult for marketers to resist the cold wind from the outside world, and it is also not conducive to the pull of performance; Too many meetings can put a lot of pressure on the marketer's economy, and it's hard to get a balance out there. At the same time, as a nearly completely closed system, the Internet is the enemy of direct sellers, not only has a lot of negative information that is regarded as a flood beast by "successful people", but also has a lot of open information, which is completely unfavorable to maintaining the positive results achieved after "brainwashing". In addition, continuous productive work also makes many direct sellers have no time to mix around the Internet, thus insulating themselves from the Internet and even society.
Fifth, pay attention to details. In order to ensure 100% replication in place, the system must establish and implement an inspection system. By inspecting the implementation of leaders at all levels, the application of various materials by members, and the level of explanation of lecturers, key guidance and strengthening replication are carried out in a timely manner to avoid replication distortion and replication blind spots. From the perspective of results, performance can be checked, but the specific operation process is difficult to check. The business characteristics of direct selling people alone determine that a lot of productive work is difficult to be checked by leaders, not to mention that the arbitrariness in the operation process is too strong - the work object of the direct selling industry is people, and people themselves are complex, and many communications are different from person to person, and there can be a standardized operation process, but it is impossible to have a standardized specific operation template.
As a relatively good domestic system, its core concept emphasizes "correct replication". In the Bedley system, people often say two sentences: "It is not difficult to do performance and high-level, the real challenge is how to replicate and maintain the entire system." "If an organization is not constrained, it will fall apart." These words are very practical and valuable, and they are the biggest problems facing the major systems at present. So many problems have not been effectively solved, but the large and small "systems" continue to repeatedly advocate that their own system is the best in China at various brainwashing meetings, I really don't know where this self-confidence comes from?
