2. Absorb the difficulties and lessons learned in the work in 2018

Not everything is smooth sailing. As a company that operates properly and charges transparently, we have also encountered many ups and downs. The leadership wants us to take a long-term view and build the company into a brand that is moving forward steadily and has a bright future. In this year, when the financial market is not very good, the company is facing the problem of brain drain and shelving plans. As a manager, under the guidance of our leaders, we did not rush forward with the plan, but worked more down-to-earth, set a good example for our employees, and made great efforts to stabilize the mentality and mood of our employees. In the end, our efforts paid off accordingly. We have gradually improved our team, steadily improved our performance, and also sent talents to Nanjing. In the midst of a crisis, I am impressed by the ability of leadership to find sound and practical ways to show people the way forward in a chaotic environment. I have absorbed a lot of management experience from this crisis, and I have gradually honed my management skills through practical application.

3. Plans for 2019 development

Past successes belong to the past, and as 2019 approaches, I also have some thoughts on the future development of the company. In 2018, the company only has a single product, and the way of business development is also based on the acquiring model. It's a good way to sell, but I think we can do better.
