Option 1.2 Chapter 8 - Zombies from the Roof (0.1)

Before she finished speaking, Claire's eyes were fixed on the street outside the car window, two zombies slowly walking in the direction of the car from both sides, and Leon slammed on the accelerator and passed between them. Since the metal mesh separating the cab from the rear compartment in the patrol car has been opened, it can be seen very clearly from the rearview mirror. Two hungry zombies staggered after them.

"They seem to be hungry, and they are actually eating people! Isn't this the apocalyptic plot of science fiction movies?! ”

"These people seem to be dead, but they are alive again. What the hell is going on? ”

All three of them have become silent, and Raccoon City has become a stage where horror shows are being staged, and it has nothing to do with whether or not they can survive. If the road had been so empty, it would have been a few minutes before the police station arrived. The first thing to do is to check out the underground car park – but if the gate is closed, you'll have to walk a little bit. In front of the police station there is a small plaza and temporary parking lot.

There are only four bullets left, and there are still many zombies in the city, and other weapons must be found......

"Please open the toolbox." Leon said to the young girl Claire.

As Claire opened the toolbox and leaned down to rummage inside, Leon saw the back of her pink waistcoat. It's embroidered with the words "Made in Heaven" and a sexy angel holding a bomb underneath.

"There's a gun in there." As she spoke, Claire pulled out a shiny semi-automatic pistol from her toolbox. She held the gun in her hand and expertly pulled out the magazine to check the bullets inside. This is the old equipment rationed by the Raccoon City Police Headquarters, the nine-millimeter Browning HP. Since the recent frequent homicides, the police in Raccoon City have all been equipped with H&KVP70 pistols - the Browning has only 13 rounds, while the new gun has 18 rounds, and if you count the one in the chamber, the maximum ammunition capacity is l9. Watching Claire skillfully fiddle with the gun, Leon knew that the girl had some experience with weapons.

"You'd better have this gun." Leon said.

"Where's Sue?" Claire glanced at the young Asian in the back seat.

"You take it." Su Tianzong said indifferently, anyway, he was going to enter the gun shop in a while, and he was handy.

"As long as there are people at the Raccoon City Police Headquarters, then I'll be able to find weapons there, and I'll be able to get my own equipment. But if ......" Leon didn't finish, but everyone knew that the situation was terrible.

As Leon sped up his speed from Ash Tree Avenue to Third Street, the idea that the police headquarters was also full of zombies popped up in his mind. Since everything was happening so fast, he didn't think of this possibility just now, and then he released the throttle that he had been pressing on a little, trying to calm down as much as possible, and then make some other reasonable plan. Presumably, the people in the police station will organize effective defenses, but considering the rancid stench that fills the air, it is not easy to hope for this.

Leon checked the dashboard, and when he saw that there was still three-quarters of the gasoline, he breathed a sigh of relief, so that even if he drove into the mountains, it would not be a problem.

"Let's go to the police station first, and if the situation is not good, we will escape from here." Leon turned his gaze to Claire to know what was going on in her mind.

At this moment, there was a sudden "bang" sound over my head, and the roof of the car was smashed into a pit. A terrible stench came from the car window. Claire let out a scream, and a hand with slime reached out to Leon, grabbing Leon's shoulder, and then the zombie's head appeared outside the car window, spraying his face with foul breath. The zombie gripped Leon's wrist tightly, trying to reach his slime-stained mouth.

"Stop!" Leon shouted. The car swerved to the right on the road and slid towards the building on the side of the road. The unbalanced zombie let go of his hand slightly, and Leon hurriedly turned the steering wheel, but the car still couldn't completely avoid the building's façade. The car made a screeching sound and was knocked back onto the road. The sparks from the impact illuminate the zombie's hands and crooked eyes.

The zombie failed to succeed once, and was knocked to the back of the roof, so he picked up his rotten arm at Su Tianzong again. Luckily, the rear window was closed. Leon slammed on the accelerator, the steering wheel in his hand turned to the right, and the car began to spin, and suddenly crashed into a pickup truck parked behind, and fierce sparks collided between the two cars.

The zombie on the roof of the car has turned its head to the side of the passenger due to the impact and spinning. The zombie then repositioned again and stretched out a disgusting hand to Claire in the car window.

The patrol car continued to drive on Third Street, Leon holding the steering wheel with one hand and grasping the barrel of the pistol with the other, and he did not think about taking his foot off the accelerator. And the tenacious zombie has stuck its head in the car window, bent on biting Claire on the shoulder as she struggles.

"Ahh Claire screamed, and threw her hand at the zombie with the hilt of her gun, the heavy pistol smashing into its face, slicing off a chunk of flesh. Blood spurted from the wound, and the cartilage in the nose area seemed to be shattered. The zombie purred and covered his bleeding head.

"Be careful!" At this time, Su Tianzong suddenly shouted. Leon looked up, finally realizing the danger he was about to face. When Claire slams the zombie with the handle of her gun, Leon instinctively dodges the blood splattering everywhere in the car. Her eyes widened at this point—the end of the road ahead. Leon's hands gripping the steering wheel and his closed lips grew pale.

At this moment, Leon turned the steering wheel and the car began to spin. The buildings and street lamps outside the car window changed at a violent speed, and all the scenery mixed together into a huge whirlpool.

"Bang dang!"

There was a violent crash, and the glass on the doors shattered as the car hit something hard. Luckily, Claire was securely fastened to her seat with a seat belt, and Claire instinctively covered her head with her hands. Su Tianzong put his hands against the safety net in front of him to avoid hitting him.

At the same time as the impact, the zombie on the roof of the car rushed forward, and flew out of the car due to the momentum being too strong. And so, everything came to a standstill. All I could hear was the "click" of the scorching metal and the thunderous heartbeat in my ears. Claire put down her hands, Leon had already recovered from the impact, only Su Tian's face was close to the safety net, and the action of his hands supporting it obviously had no effect, and he still hit the safety net. The three of them stared at the rotting flesh lying on the ground in front of them, thankfully the zombie's head no longer knew where it had been hit, and the guy was now motionless.

"Are you alright?" Leon asked.

"My face hurts a little." Su Tian rubbed his cheeks a few times.

Claire turned her head to look at Risu Tianzong, barely resisting the urge to laugh out loud. Raccoon City has been overrun by zombies, and the three of them were almost eaten by zombies just now. No matter how you think about it, "my face hurts a little. "It's not the first language that comes to mind.
