Chapter 18: Out of Body Experience
I'm dead, but my consciousness is still there.
It can't just end like that, never!
I searched in the dark, and maybe, at last, I could find any opportunity that I could take advantage of, and get out of this never-ending situation.
I concentrated, frowning, perhaps because my obsession was too strong, and a very thin ray of light suddenly shone down from a high place and fell on my right palm.
I caught the thin ray of light with trepidation and excitement, and slowly climbed up to my surface.
In front of me, I could feel the exit, like a light at the end of a tunnel.
On the other side of a tiny hole, the warp and weft threads on the shroud shone like a place of prayer.
I had a strong sense of direction, and as I crawled forward, the front was getting brighter and louder.
A small drop of my soul escaped and went out into the outside world, floating high with tiny particles of my desire and consciousness.
Now, my flesh and blood have been completely abandoned, and my frozen body lies on the coroner's table.
I looked at my gleaming hands, then at the cold body, and wept bitterly.
I was so dead, and by the time I could see my surroundings again, hours had passed, and I was taken back to the hospital morgue, where the doctors would cut open my body with sharp knives to find out the cause of my sudden death, and then hand in a plausible autopsy report to it, and everything was at peace.
That's my life, hastily ending in this damn madhouse.
I'm so unwilling!
The door was pushed open from the outside, and in came two men in white wearing masks, whom I thought were coroners.
However, instead of doing any post-mortem work, they pulled the cloth up, completely covering my body, and then pushed the cart carrying my body out of the morgue.
My soul also passed through the door with my distant body, and followed all the way.
In the walkway leading to the parking lot, Si Yufan, who was wearing a black suit, was whispering something to the dean, and when the car was pushed over, he stopped talking, glanced back, and then raised his eyes slightly, and for a moment I thought our eyes collided.
I thought he had seen me and stopped, suspended in mid-air.
Si Yufan naturally lowered his gaze and continued to talk to the dean.
"This is a prepared report, you can do what I say!" Si Yufan handed over a document to the dean.
"Okay!" The dean took the document and spoke in a respectful tone.
The corners of Si Yufan's lips lifted slightly, his hands were in his trouser pockets, and then he turned around gracefully and left from the front door of the hospital with vigorous steps.
What is that document?
Si Yufan's slight smile always made me feel furious, and curiosity prompted me to approach the dean, wanting to see the contents of the report-
Call-
However, I didn't get too close, and my whole soul was sucked like a vacuum cleaner and quickly receded towards the other end of the aisle-
My body was carried into a wagon, and my soul and body seemed to be inextricably linked, inseparable and inseparable.
I followed the wagon, hovering in mid-air, looking at my body suspiciously, wondering where it would be taken.
The car finally stopped after nearly an hour, the door opened, and a woman carrying a medicine box came in, she had neat hair, wore a mask, and showed half of her face, her skin was fair, Liu Yue bent her eyebrows, and a pair of apricot eyes were charming, which made me a little distracted.
The woman boarded the car and turned on the lights on both sides of the carriage -
Creak-
The door of the van was closed again, and the car was back on the road.
