Chapter 52: Supreme Yoga, Sweeping Old Monk

Ji Ning sat cross-legged under the statue of Guanyin with a thousand hands, and his subtle spiritual sense stretched out, bringing into his mind all the strange postures and complicated handprints of the five hundred Arhats, none of which were omitted, no priority, and no priority.

These 500 Arhat statues are made according to the handwritten manuscript painted by the ancient Tianzhu monk Kumarosh, which is very rare.

Kumarosh was young and diligent, had traveled to study the countries of Tianzhu, visited famous teachers and great virtues, studied the wonderful meaning, and was well-read and memorized, both Sanskrit and Chinese, and had profound Buddhist attainments. Broadcom Mahayana and Hinayana are proficient in the Sutras, Vinayas, and Treatises, and can use them skillfully and control them freely.

This Tianzhu monk has been translating scriptures in China for 17 years, translating hundreds of scriptures and four or five hundred volumes in total, and can be called the ancestor of the eight sects of Chinese Buddhism.

It is a pity that Kumarosh only preached Buddhism and translated scriptures in Middle-earth, but never taught martial arts.

However, the 500 Arhats of this Dashi Temple are the only exception, just because they want to paint 500 statues with different postures and different Buddhist charms, ordinary monks can't get them out with all their might, and only monks like Kumarosh who are proficient in martial arts and proficient in the art of body movements can complete it.

Because of this, the body movements of the five hundred arhats in turn accommodated Kumarosh's supreme yoga attainments.

For sages of great wisdom like Kumarosh, Buddhism and martial arts have long been integrated with every action and word in daily life, whether it is translating scriptures or painting sculptures, they all contain Buddhism and martial arts.

It may be difficult for future generations to find out the truth of martial arts from the countless scriptures he translated, but it is very possible to understand the essence of martial arts from his few paintings and sculptures.

Today's Middle-earth Buddhism, the longer the inheritance, the more serious the influence of the Daomen, although the name of the inheritance of martial arts Buddhism and Zen Gong, is actually the Taoist Xuangong.

These kung fu after grafting flowers and trees did not have much reference significance for Ji Ning, but it was the original Tianzhu martial arts, which allowed him to truly understand the essence of authentic martial arts of Buddhism.

Tianzhu's internal strength cultivation system is based on "qi, chakra, and chakra", that is, the five qi, three chakras, and seven chakras.

The five qi are the five qi of life, ascending, flattening, pervasive, and descending, and refer to the path through which the inner and outer qi pass through the three chakras and seven chakras.

The three veins are the middle, left and right veins, and the middle vein runs from the bottom of the sea to the top of the head, and is connected by the spinal cord, which is like the governor vein of the middle earth.

The left and right veins both originate from the ** palace, parallel to the central vein, and run through the seven chakras.

The seven chakras are like the knots of Middle Earth, from top to bottom are the crown chakra, glabellar chakra, throat chakra, heart chakra, navel chakra, reproductive chakra and submarine chakra, and the last submarine chakra is the meeting of Middle Earth.

It is complicated to say here, but in fact, it is the same as the eight veins of the Central Plains martial arts, and it is also very different.

Tianzhu's authentic internal strength is to gradually cultivate "qi, pulse, and chakra", and give full play to the potential of life.

As for how to cultivate "qi, chakra, and chakra" to stimulate the potential of life, the mainstream authentic is yoga, and the law of the mind is "the unity of Brahman and self", or "Buddha is the mind".

The so-called "Brahman", all things have a supreme ontology - Brahman, in fact, the Taoist concept of "Heavenly Dao", the unity of Brahman and self is the unity of heaven and man.

Specifically, it can be subdivided into the three tantric practices of "body, mouth, and mind", with the mudra being the most important part of the "body seal", and the ten fingers of both hands being connected with the inside and outside as the sutras, and practicing the "qi, pulse, and chakra" in the body as the weft.

The body is equal to the mouth, the mouth is equal to the mind, the mind is equal to the body, although the name is divided into three, it is the same. We must not gain their bodies and lose their mouths, take their intentions and abandon their bodies, but pay equal attention to practice and thinking, and the body and mind complement each other.

In short, the human body is a treasure raft that crosses the world, which contains the secrets of heaven and earth, and many Buddhist yoga methods and mantra mudras are through the three secrets, through the yoga of the human body, to clear the mind, stimulate the potential and wisdom of life, and communicate with the universe to achieve the unity of heaven and man, that is, to become a Buddha.

Of course, according to the three tantric yoga practitioners, there are very few people who can truly communicate with the universe and even the unity of heaven and man, and the vast majority of people can only stop at clear insight and open up their life potential and wisdom!

Even so, no one can deny that Buddhism is one of the broad avenues for human beings to explore the meaning of life and pursue the eternal way of heaven, and it can be ranked as the crystallization of the highest wisdom of mankind along with the Tao and the two sects of Demons.

The moonlight is slanting, washing the body and mind.

Intentionally or unintentionally, Ji Ning entered the wonderful realm of sympathy between heaven and man, and the speed of his thoughts and thoughts suddenly multiplied geometrically, and the first time that the spirit induction incorporated the strange shapes of the five hundred Arhats into his mind, he stripped away the mysteries contained in them and stored them.

Of these 500 arhats, more than 10 are multi-handed arhats, and there are as many as 5 or 600 kinds of yoga postures and seals, all of which are the same, and they are extremely complicated.

For Ji Ning, the simplicity and magic of Tianzhu Yoga such as Shaolin's "Yi Jin Sutra" may be easier to digest, but it is far less chewy and inspirational than the all-encompassing 500 Arhat statues.

The supreme yoga embodied in these 500 arhats is not a step-by-step cultivation method on the "five qi, three chases and seven chakras" system, but similar to the "Recipe for Longevity", which directly expresses the mysteries of supreme yoga that "runs through the body and mind from the inside, and leads to the universe from the outside".

Unconsciously, Ji Ning sank deeply into the world of supreme yoga, his body and mind were one, and heaven and man were in a trance.

Time flies like a white horse, and in the blink of an eye, the night is already bright, and the morning sun is full of warmth.

The moment the golden mangs that were obliquely shining through the window walked to his face, Ji Ning woke up suddenly, but he felt that his spirit was becoming more and more warm and chaotic, and his spirit was faint, as if he was still moving, and he immediately got up and walked out of the Luohan Hall.

Under the reflection of the morning sun, the concubine's jade face was shining, like the Guanyin master in the Luohan Hall descending, she lightly opened her red lips and said: "Buddhism is boundless, and all living beings are universal." I don't know if real people can understand? ”

Ji Ning stopped and said with a smile: "The sea of bitterness is boundless, and people are expensive to cross. ”

At this time, a "rustling" sound came from the Luohan Hall.

In the sun, I saw an old monk in a gray robe with a rickety back concentrating on cleaning the garden.

The old monk's eyebrows are white, his face is solemn and peaceful, his eyes are half-open and half-closed, his eyes are introverted, and the bridge of his nose is at least an inch longer than that of ordinary people, which is unique and clear.

Ji Ning smiled slightly and said, "Good morning, master!" ”

The old monk's back straightened suddenly, and he immediately became majestic and straight, and there was no longer the slightest trace of the old state of the dragon bell, but he did not turn around, did not get angry, and said slowly: "It's not too early!" Don't blame the old man for being disturbed. ”

At this time, Ji Ning's ear drum suddenly heard a sound of "coaxing", and the entire spine pulse seemed to vibrate with the sound of drinking, which was extremely useful, and it felt weird and incoherent.

Ji Ning sighed: "What a Donkey Kong wheel seal." What is the name of a master? ”

The old monk said, "The old man is true. The donor has a relationship with the Buddha and his words. This morning, the old man came here to clean, and saw the donor meditating with his eyes closed among the Arhat Buddhas, and his hands naturally formed all kinds of seals, and finally returned to Shi Fearless Seal, so that the old man had an understanding in his heart, and the old man had not thanked the donor. ”

Ji Ning smiled calmly: "The master's speech implies Zen opportunity, the Buddha is an enlightened one, although I have respect for Shakyamuni, but I have never had a good impression of religion."

Both Buddhism and Taoism are nothing more than a group of power-grabbers who are both foolish and foolish, relying on the Taoist and Buddhist scriptures that are deliberately flooded and tampered with to propagate the teachings, attract believers, and gather people to achieve success.

In these troubled times, we should use heavy canons, arrest a batch, close a batch, and kill a batch. ”

"Amitabha." Mantra folded his hands, pronounced a Buddha name, and was silent.

The difference between cultivating the Tao and believing in the Tao, cultivating the Buddha and believing in the Buddha, is actually a world of difference.

Cultivating the Tao and cultivating the Buddha is just to identify with the cosmology and outlook on life of the Taoist and Buddhist cultural schools, and to step into the path of cultivation, to pursue the true meaning of life in the universe, and to glimpse the eternity.

Believing in the Tao and worshiping God and believing in Buddha and making wishes are the spiritual sustenance of ordinary people when they are empty and confused, and they are often fooled, lose their minds without knowing it, and become Taoist slaves and Buddha slaves.

As a matter of fact, most of the people in the world who have attained spiritual attainment understand this principle, but they are only talking about it for the sake of religious development.
