These words are taken from the "Mahaprajnaparamita Heart Sutra" "color is emptiness, emptiness is color", the original four sentences: color is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from color, color is emptiness, emptiness is color. It is not a Buddhist idea, nor is it a Taoist idea. It is the fact that all animals and non-animals that have their own nature at all times and in all places, and what they see and perceive when they are quiet.
I still vividly remember this passage in the note that Master left me, and the title of this paragraph points out that a fantasy is too powerful to find a flaw, so it would be helpful to think about these words. It's a pity that this passage ends here, and there is no follow-up.

The professor suddenly laughed a little, and then said with a smile: "The meaning of these four sentences is that color is emptiness, emptiness is color law, and there is no color method except emptiness, and there is no emptiness except color law. This is in the Heart Sutra, your aunt has been particularly believing in Buddhism for a period of time, so she often copies the Heart Sutra, and I occasionally look at it, and this sentence is in the Heart Sutra. ”

And in the "Mahayana Five Aggregates", it is also said: The clouds and the color aggregates are the four major kinds and the colors created by the four major kinds. The so-called "four species" refer to earth, water, fire, and wind, and the color aggregate is composed of these four species. In the "Mahayana Abhidharma Collection": What is the color of the essence? Answer: The manifestation phase is the hue, and there are two kinds of this, first, the touch becomes bad; Second, the party is shown. ”

The professor then said to me, "The so-called "touch becomes bad", that is, what can be touched and can be changed, damaged, or even destroyed by other factors, including the five roots of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body, as well as the objects that the five roots feel. The so-called "square appearance" refers to red, yellow, long, square, pleasant, pungent, sour, sweet, bitter, spicy, rough, soft, and other abstract concepts. Although the statements are different, the general meaning is similar - the color method is not only a coarse substance that can be seen by the naked eye, even if it is something that cannot be seen, it can also be called color law. ”
I frowned and said to the professor, "Why do I think this view is contradictory?" How can these things that I have seen and felt in person, such as your school bag, be emptiness? And this illusion in front of you, how can it be inseparable from "color"? How is this possible? If the bag is empty, how can it hold so many tools? It's certainly not empty. ”
The professor laughed again: "Your understanding is the same as my original opinion, I feel that the Buddhist scriptures are going around and around to make people dizzy, until I met a Buddhist master and asked many questions, one of which was this, and the master said to me: People who have not studied Madhyamaka, cause and understanding, or who do not know anything about emptiness, will also have such doubts, and those who say this point of view do not understand the Buddhist principle of emptiness. We need to distinguish between appearance and reality. There must be appearances before beings with confusion, and Madhyamaka teachers admit that there is no Madhyamaka school that really obscures appearance, but that appearance is not separated from emptiness, emptiness is not separated from appearance, and that manifestation and emptiness are actually one. ”

It's just that I don't know if with the Taoist magic and the Buddhist appliances can realize this barrier-breaking magic technique.
