Chapter 279: Wings of Longevity

On March 27, 2013, Chiba wrote an animation review "Belated EF Animation Impression".

"Belated EF Animation"

Tell a friend that this is CL's love story. It's really a very touching and tragic animation.

When I heard about EF, it was because of Yuko Amamiya, and I knew that this was a very cute character. I didn't expect that the three protagonists in the first episode were not her. Seeing the back cast and finding that there is Yuko, I have a hunch that it will be the nun san.

In the first season、Even though the ending was so good, I was still confused。 Those weird novels, the seventh episode that is famous in the animation world, the strange voice of Chihiro, and the Yuko who is on the verge of collapse. The ending suddenly came with a lot of big changes, and it felt like a lot of emotional parts were awkward. But it's still a very touching anime because of its main character, "memory", and the theme "love". In fact, I have always thought so: many excellent works, even if they describe love dramas, but after all, the core is not to advocate how to have a good love, but other life philosophies. The style of the whole English in the first season feels very beautiful. I went home to watch the second season. So tragically read a lot of spoilers. I knew it was going to be a very dark one. The depressing style at the beginning, the three characters I like (I really can't like Yuki-kun, this person who only retreats and makes others retreat) meet. Knowing that there are two feathers, the story under such a dreamy setting is indeed so depressing. For Mirai Chan and Shuichisan, although their stories occupy most of the shots, they are still supporting roles. I prefer this pair to Yuko and Yuki. Because Mirai Chan's optimism makes it impossible not to fall in love with her, and Shuichi's desire to save makes it impossible not to fall in love with her. The story of the whole EF core, Yuko and Yuki seems much weaker. They were the first lovers, so they couldn't complain to others if they had any troubles. Xi is a person with dreams, but he can give up his ideals for the sake of his beloved. It's really sad about that. "I've forgotten." If it were me, I wouldn't be able to do that. Yuko has had many chances to be saved, but she misses them all. In the end, the two lived together and walked to the "front" instead of Xi walking alone to the "top". This plot is a lot like CL, right? If the two go on like this, it may also be a good ending. But Yuko was hit and killed, is such a thing inevitable? I can't imagine that it's inevitable, because their lives seem to be free of obstacles, and they can live like this. It seems that this crash is really sad, and it is also because of this that there is Yuko who met the five pairs of lovers in the back. The main character is "Melody" and the theme is "Future". (I think it's better to speak in English.) )

The plot is like this, but what impresses me the most is the music. This refers specifically to OP. ED has loaded too many "regulars" for new homes. The OP only appeared in the second word, and it feels so natural. The all-English style, the gray tones, and the eyes of each protagonist are so determined, this is the first part. The OP of the second part has no sense of disobedience at all, which makes me almost think that this is the same as the first OP. It also appeared in the second episode, the same black and white style, but the four of them were trapped in chains and couldn't move. Everyone is trapped in a cage called the future. The urge to be free opens the way for them.

Wings of Eternity is so full of love and yearning for the future.
