I clearly know that my values are very suitable for being a teacher, and I also know that I like the children of our class 94, I like their cute little faces, I like the naughty appearance of some of my classmates, and I am used to spending time in the classroom with them.

Familiar with them, even if there are a few classmates in the class will make trouble, but they will also make a lot of trouble, and a year ago when I thought the same as during the interview, like me, a slightly introverted boy, for those more naughty students in the class, this trick is very effective, often talk to them after class, usually get along a little longer, you know them well, they will still be very obedient.

Some students are very well-behaved, like Zhao Jiani and Xie Shuoshuo, who listen carefully in class, actively raise their hands to answer when they ask questions, and take the initiative to tell the teacher when they have any questions, which can be regarded as very obedient and good children.

At the beginning, we were a group of two, and when I went to school for the first time this semester, I was very excited to see the children, and when I was assigned a position, I proposed to the assistant that one person teach a class, and my partner agreed, and I was happy for most of the day, and one person was in charge of a class, and there was a feeling of being a class teacher like a summer volunteer teacher, and I could exchange ideas and knowledge with them. Later, due to the consideration that there might be some urgent situation for the instructors, it was finally decided that two people should be responsible for the insurance of the two classes. A week later, we added another partner to our group, and it was not as busy as before.
