Chapter XXVII: Dimensions
Sight, hearing, smell, touch, and taste are the five senses.
Human beings rely on the five senses to perceive the world, to recognize the world, and on the basis of scientific instruments, extend the limits of the sensory organs, and discover more objectively existing things.
Infrared, ultraviolet, microbes, dark matter, atomic, molecular.....
Humanity, who thinks that he has the key to the truth, has crowned himself king with the title of "Primate of All Things", and even believes that it is only a matter of time before the human race fully understands the vast universe and understands all its mysteries.
But, as Arthur Schopenhauer said, human knowledge is nothing but an instrument derived from and in the service of an irrational will. The delicate cerebral vessels, like all other organs, are nothing but the objectification of the will, the outward manifestation of the will.
In this world, there are still some things that go beyond the cognitive limits of the five senses derived from the brain, beyond the scope of human reason, and beyond the scope of human understanding.
The brain of ordinary human beings is like an old CPU chip, even if it is only a fragment of information that witnesses these existences and learns about these existences, it will be completely overwhelmed by the huge amount of information, and become blindly and stupidly mentally handicapped.
The dark dimension belongs to the existence of these "anomalies".
According to the sensory limits of ordinary people, it is difficult to describe the specific appearance of the dark dimension, it is more like a graveyard full of strange broken stars, and every moment there is a combination of brilliant stardust, which is broken and split.
Every star has been home to hundreds of millions of living beings, and these planets, which have more or less given birth to advanced civilizations, have been reduced to lonely tombs here.
Extreme cold and heat alternately create, and the elementary particles that make up matter accelerate instantaneously, but then stagnate instantaneously, and the chaotic nature of nonlinear dynamical systems is fully demonstrated here.
The dark dimension is the world of chaos.
According to the teachings of chaos fanatics, if the theory of relativity excludes the Newtonian illusion of an absolute view of space-time, and the quantum theory excludes the Newtonian illusion of controllable measurement, then the dark dimension, which symbolizes chaos and disorder, excludes Laplace's fantasy of predictability.
This irrational world is under the control of the evil god Dormammu.
His image is roughly a cloud-like nebula the size of a planet, with two dark purple eyeballs dotted on both sides of the nebula, radiating radiant highlights, accompanied by the tidal surge of nebular matter, barely outlining the appearance of a human head.
In the long past, when time was still difficult to trace, Dormammu had become the master of this space, relying on the immense power brought by the dark dimension to constantly invade and even devour other worlds.
But how easy is it to descend from the dark dimension to the mortal world? Dormammu itself, has far exceeded the maximum amount of information that the normal world can hold - just as a burly man can't get into a doghouse,
In desperation, Dormammu had to rely on more subtle ways to achieve his goals in the form of curves.
Like a virus that eats away at the human body, Dormammu will infiltrate the powers of the dark dimension into the world he wants to capture, luring the planet's transcendents into obedience to him.
Like the Well of Eternity, Dormammu's energy is so powerful and permanently clean that no transcendent can resist the temptation to draw it from all its depths.
Dark energy is imperceptibly eroding the world's barriers, and when the barrier of the crystal wall system naturally breaks, Dormammu will appear, completely swallow and assimilate the planet, and merge it into the planetary graveyard he runs.
And now, he has set his sights on Earth.
This blue planet, located in the orbit of the third planet of the solar system, is a very special existence even in the vast universe.
Billions of lives represent billions of possibilities, and Dormammu is heartily excited at the thought that those lowly, great, strong, or weak beings are about to be assimilated and reorganized in the dark dimension.
He coveted the earth for a long time.
The Ancient One is just a short-sighted fool, and Casillas, who hopes that the Dark Dimension will save the Earth, is even more worthless and nobody, if it weren't for the three temples as anchors to strengthen the planetary barrier, I'm afraid Dormammu would have swallowed the Earth long ago - just like the rest of the planets in the graveyard of the Dark Dimension.
In a way, Dormammu was merciful, and he would graciously grant immortality to the weak, replacing their way of life with a more advanced form - such as the nebula, which is rapidly twisting and changing with the chaotic dynamics.
According to Dormammu, it was a glorious evolution, abandoning the rotten and aging skins and the humble and weak soul to become a part of the god Dormammu.
“..... The time is almost up.
Dormammu muttered to himself, the entire dimensional space vibrating and trembling with his will.
As soon as a flower blooms, a star falls, the wreckage of the planet turned into a tomb shuttles and twists through the dark dimension in a non-linear dynamic manner, and the power of the true god is fully revealed.
Once any mortal sets foot in it, he will immediately be eroded and swallowed by the ubiquitous dark energy, and even if he is extraordinary, he must rely on a tenacious will to be able to hold on for a little longer.
"London, Port City, New York...."
Remembering the location of the guardian temple built by the alliance of these three mages, Dormammu said to himself, "The New York Temple has been destroyed, and the Port City Temple is also being turned over, and only London remains....
As long as the London Temple is uprooted, the planet will be exposed before my eyes and surrendered at my feet. ”
He turned his head slowly, his dark purple astral eyes staring at a certain vacuum, and said indifferently to the void: "According to our agreement, the earth belongs to me, and you will get what you want." ”
The void that Dormammu was facing slowly rippled, and a crimson burly figure emerged from the void, and said slowly, "I hope so. ”
This figure was as large as a mountain, and its muscular body was red like magma.
A pair of long recurved horns grew above his head, majestic and terrifying.
Beneath that horn, four pale eyes were like jewels of some kind, cold and fierce, reminiscent of a noisy star in perpetual rage.
He is Sannomiya, a powerful demon from another dimension.
At the beginning of his birth, the Three Palaces Demon was already able to communicate with the huge energy in the subspace, exterminating all the clansmen, and as time went by, he gained unimaginable terrifying power.
Sannomiya's gaze penetrated the dark dimension, he looked at the dark blue planet of life, and whispered, "London is about to be breached, my daughter, we will meet soon...."
