Now that the midterm exams have just ended, students are enjoying their vacations. Peter came to school just to use the gym again. Yesterday the coach gave him a gym card so that he could come in and use the equipment at any time even when the gym was closed. This is usually only the treatment of seeded players in sports teams.
When he opened the door to the gym, Peter saw a familiar figure flash in the window on the second floor of the teacher's building.
"Mary?" Peter muttered to himself.
He had visited Mary's house many times in the previous week, but he didn't know if there was no one in the house or if Mary's father was drunk again, and no one came to open the door. Peter had also sneaked in to investigate, but there was no one in the huge house. Everything in the house was gone, except for the most basic pieces of furniture.
Confused, Peter finally sniffed out from Uncle Ben for the news that Mary's house had been advertised on a real estate website, and they wanted to sell it.
"Philip has been living in that house for more than ten years, and it's a pity that it's suddenly sold." Uncle Ben took a sip of his coffee and continued to read his newspaper. Aunt May, who had taken dinner out of the oven on the side, also joined in the conversation.
"I heard that they asked for 800,000 yuan, which is not a small amount of money." She placed the plate in front of Uncle Ben, and set the knife and fork for him. "A house that has been in disrepair for so many years can be sold so much... We're afraid we could all have 900,000 houses, if we had so many..."
"Nine hundred and sixty thousand, Louise has already called me twice. My dear, we have been living in this house for twenty-six years. No matter how much money they pay, I don't want to sell my home. ”
"Of course, I'm just talking." Aunt May smiled and kissed Uncle Ben on the forehead.

It was the first time Peter had seen Mary in more than two weeks. Locking the gymnasium door again, Peter ran up to the second floor of the teacher's building. Outside the vice-principal's office, Mary sat on a bench. Hearing Peter going upstairs, she looked in Peter's direction. There was a stunned look on her face, then a smile.
"Are you okay?" Peter took a few breaths and walked over to Mary.
"Long time no see, Peter." She stood up and gave Peter a big hug. After letting go, Peter panicked slightly.
"It's great that you're safe now. I mean, you're missing, but you're fine now, I was worried before... So. He stuttered slightly, and his words became gibble after his throat. Mary laughed.
"I know what you mean. It's okay, I'm fine now, it's good! Mary combed her loose hair and pulled them back over her shoulders. To be honest, I still haven't understood what happened, it felt like a dream. ”
"What the hell is going on?" Peter tried to pretend he didn't know, but Mary smiled and shook her head.
"It's too long, and you won't believe it. I'll tell you later. ”
Peter didn't know whether to pursue the question or not. It was cold again, and Mary was staring only at her hands. A question suddenly occurred to Peter.
"Why did you get to school today? It's a holiday today. ”
"Mom is helping me with some formalities. I'm about to transfer schools. She looked up, but Peter didn't realize.
"Transferring schools? You're going to transfer schools? He asked twice in a row. Where are you going? Which school? ”
"Over there in Boston." She looked up. "I'm going to stay with my mom for a while. We'll be moving back to New York early next year. ”
"That's... Will you come back? ”
"Absolutely. I was going to go to your house tomorrow to say goodbye. ”
"Scared the mold... I thought you weren't coming back. Peter patted his chest, and Mary couldn't say anything for a moment.
At this moment, the door of the vice principal's office behind Mary was pushed open, and the vice principal and a middle-aged woman who was somewhat similar to Mary walked out. It was very different from Mary's father's sloppiness. Although the middle-aged woman in front of her is a little old, her set of neutral suits makes her look quite concise and spiritual.
"Hi Peter. I didn't expect to see you at school today. The vice principal helped his glasses, and at a glance recognized this top man who gave many teachers a headache. Peter waved his hand awkwardly, but didn't say anything. And the middle-aged woman took Peter's hand.
"Peter. Parker! The last time I saw you, I was a little bit. Mary's mother said with a smile. I haven't seen Mary in over three years, thank you for always taking care of Mary. ”
"Well, no, it's Mary who has been taking care of me." Peter's face turned red unconsciously. "She's a very nice person."
"Your mouth is going to be sweeter than ever." Mary's mother laughed and took Mary's hand.
"Alright Mary, we're leaving. There's still a lot to attend to this afternoon. She took Mary by the way, said goodbye to the vice-principal, and turned away. Mary broke free of her hand and came up to Peter and hugged him again.
"See you in half a year." She whispered in his ear.
"See you in half a year." He replied.
Watching Mary's figure disappear at the end of the hallway, Peter felt a little dazed. It took him a while to react and follow him downstairs.
I haven't done today's workout yet~

The four-day holiday flashed by, and Peter went to the Lost Children's Academy again, and this time the weasel didn't have any tasks for him.
"You see, there's really not much work in this line of work that is completely clean. If you want to feed yourself, it's easier to get your hands dirty. The weasel persuaded Peter in the tone of a passer-by, but Peter did not like him at all.
"By the way, how much money do I have left for my last mission?"
The weasel took out his ledger and began to flip through it. "Well, 900 commissions, minus 10 percent of the intermediary fees, plus the milk money you paid for the last two times... You have $796 left. ”
"I didn't drink that milk at all!" Peter protested. "I can't drink that milk. Besides, what the hell is your milk here, and why is it so expensive? ”
"If you want to talk to me, you have to buy a drink first." The weasel looked right. "The extra ones are naturally my service fees. My service doesn't have to be bad in those five-star hotels, right? They charge more than I do. ”
"Okay, okay, let's not talk about this topic." Peter stopped the conversation from going any further. "Let's talk about my account, I want to exchange something."
"Exchange something, that little money?" The weasel looked at Peter with a skeptical look. "It doesn't seem like your money is enough for anything good, right?"
Peter laughed under his mask, and the weasel quickly interrupted him. "Don't laugh, you're barely able to accept what you usually say. Your smile is weird and eerie with this mask. ”
"Back to the point, if I'm not mistaken, I should have enough money in my account to buy this thing."
The weasel flipped the form out and placed it in front of Peter. After scanning around, it didn't take long for Peter to find what he was looking for, based on his memory.
A cracker designed to crack the frequency of a police radio station and a small radio for a total of $670.
"This thing?" The weasel was a little surprised. "Are you going to make a big case? Be warned, if you are caught, if you try to confess to anyone here, your fate will only be worse. ”
"Aren't you just a middleman?" Peter's mouth curled up under his mask. "What I'm doing with it doesn't seem like it's your business, right?"
"Okay, okay." The weasel raised his hands. "It's true that I'm nosy."

Two days later, at two o'clock in the morning, outside a closed supermarket in Manhattan, New York.
Two thieves crawled out of the smashed window, poking handfuls of bills in their pockets and boxes of mobile phones in their arms. They had accidentally touched the alarm bell in the office just now, so they had to stop their search and leave the place as soon as the police arrived.
Wearing a mask and a black and red hoodie, Peter stepped out of the shadows, blocking their way out.
"If I leave all the things you stole now, I might be able to lighten it up later." Peter moved his hands and feet, and said unhurriedly.
The two thieves glanced at each other with a fierce glint of light. They put down the phone in their arms, pulled out the butterfly knife in their pocket, and rushed towards Peter.
The tragic unilateral killing that followed does not need much to describe. In just two minutes, two of Peter's opponents had already fallen to the ground. And when the police arrived, the two poor thieves had been stripped of their clothes to a pair of underwear and tied to a lamppole.
George. Stacy tore a carded card from the back of one of the robbers. It's a square J, and there's a small line written on the back of the card.
"Your good buddy, Red Mask Stay~"
It really feels like a prank. George shook his head, took the card into the evidence bag, and tossed it to the police trainees on the team.
