After more than a year, "Daomen Ghost Copy" finally came to an end. For more than a year, I spent most of my time working day after day. When there is a break in the shift, they are all compensated back, which can be regarded as keeping the contract. At the last moment of the Midyear Festival, I updated the last chapter to close the story of "Daomen Ghost Copy" without a happy ending.

I'm sure there will be people who think it's a bad deal, but my dear friends, I tell you, it's not. I had this ending in mind when I first conceived the novel. In the end, the boss did not die at the hands of the protagonist, and he was unable to turn the tide, so he could only go with the flow. Cutting off his braids was his last struggle.

The results of this book are actually very mediocre, which is inevitable because it is not very market-oriented, and many people are reluctant to read this type of stuff. But luckily, I met my editor, and I met you guys.

When my grades were at their worst, many people persuaded me and told me, "Give up, there will be no results." But since I have decided to write this novel, I must finish it, no matter how dismal it is, and I will flesh it out according to my original plan.

Although this is my first time writing a web novel, this is not the first time I have been rejected, and it is not the first time I have suffered setbacks. When I first started contributing to magazines, I received numerous rejection letters. Of course, more often than not, there is no news from Shi Shenhai, so that when I received the rejection letter for the first time, I was excited for a long time and took it as a kind of encouragement. This proves that my text was read, even if it ended up giving a negative opinion.

That's why, in the bleakest of times, I didn't waver in my determination to finish it. This book is like my child, if even I don't love it anymore, then who will? Even if it's ugly, skinny, and tiny, huddled in a small corner of the big website of Grinding Iron, and you can't find its name on any list or page, I still love it.

It exists because I think it's a world that I have shaped out of my own will.
