Chapter 65: Five: Accompany You to the End-13
Another month passed when I saw Angel again.
Every day for this month, I have been mindful of the difference between Haboru as a "higher-order evolutionary intelligence" and myself as a "stupid earthling".
She likes to shut herself up in dark spaces and be silent with the air.
She is always obsessed with a small object, as if she has entered meditation and become enlightened.
She likes to go to the garden at night, stretch lazily and be baptized by the moonlight.
β¦β¦
Angel had said that it was a planet as dead as a winter crypt. It's really boring.
If you have to use a positive word to describe Habolu, maybe it is "fairy wind bone".
But in my eyes, she's just wearing an extra robe than the walking dead.
But in contrast, the rich and colorful pastime life of the world seems to be just a layer of deceptive sugar coating on the gorgeous robe.
I also curiously asked Haboru if he had any other magical abilities besides mind reading.
She smiled inscrutablely: "Isn't it enough that I can stay young forever?" β
What a ghostly, uncommunicative alien......
The only connection between us is Angel.
But I don't want to know about Angel's past from others, and Haboru doesn't want to talk about Angel's back.
As a result, my daily communication with her is quite limited.
Luckily, we're all good at it and used to being silent.
Angel and I only spoke on the phone every few days β his friend was in a tricky situation, he was a little depressed, and he was quieter than usual when he spoke to me.
And in such a comfortable and undisturbed environment, I lost my interest in chatting even more.
A peaceful life is a joy from the inside out. This month of life can be called the perfect retreat.
So much so that when I saw Angel again, I felt rusty even to say hello.
When Angel returned, I was meditating on the spacious balcony on the second floor β something I've been doing every day lately.
Haboru's meditation therapy is very special and very effective. The balcony was chosen to receive plenty of light.
In her words, there are too many "mites" in my thinking space, and I have to "get sunburned". Although she herself was guiding me, she always hid under a thick umbrella.
On several occasions, I was even able to "meet" the child in an illusory consciousness and say a few words to him.
He is sometimes a man and sometimes a woman, sometimes crying and sometimes laughing, sometimes cowering and sometimes flamboyant.
Haboru asserted that my mother tried to beat me many times before she gave birth to me. Because of the mother-child connection, the mother's complex feelings for the fetus also affected my sensory development.
The child was lurking in my body before I was born. Therefore, simple remedies could not dissolve his knots and make him leave.
But he doesn't appear very oftenβand even, Haboru speculates, his presence may have been well-intentioned.
I'm not sure if what Haboru said is true. But my mother gave birth to me after all β we hated each other, but we also depended on each other.
When I finished the day's meditation class and opened my eyes, Angel was staring at me and smiling.
It's like we've never been apart.
He put his arms around my neck in front of Haboru, "Kang Rong, I want to eat the fried rice you made." β
Haboru was surprised and calmly went to the basement to continue enjoying her dark solitude.
Before I could recover from my meditative state and get up from the memory cushion, Angel pounced like an Alaskan dog that had been snubbed by her owner for days.
We hugged, touched, and kissed unbridled until we almost suffocated.
Although this is a private villa, I don't want to go to the level of walking on the balcony. I wrapped my arms around his increasingly thin waist: "Okay, okay, do you want to eat?" β
"There's no hurry to eat," Angel laughed, "Let's ...... first"
"First of all...... I lifted my knee and pushed it against his lower abdomen, "I feel uncomfortable." β
Angel gathered her anger and got up quickly, "What's uncomfortable?" β
I raised an eyebrow and grinned. Angel suddenly realized, and maliciously scratched my waist: "Okay, you kid, lie to me!" β
After a moment's fight, we were all sweating and panting. The afterglow of the setting sun shone brightly on Angel's face. He seemed to be even more handsome than he had been a month ago.
"I'm finally back," I smiled heartily, "I miss you so much." β
