Chapter 5: Sign up
Today is the first day of registration time, so I woke up early.
When I arrived at the entrance of the Taekwondo Club, I was surprised to find that everyone had gathered, including the freshmen. But I didn't get any news yesterday to gather.
I'm nervous, but I'm the vice president. Even I'm late, how can I set an example for them?
I stood at the door and knocked lightly a few times, and my brother turned his head to look at me outside the door.
"Come in," the senior brother said in a flat tone.
"Am I late?" I cautiously asked the member standing in front.
"Quiet, now that everyone is here. Then let's go and sign up," the senior brother said solemnly.
The members in front of me gave me a look of self-pity.
Seeing that everyone was walking out of the door, I didn't react yet, and I stood there stupidly.
"Wei Ya, what are you doing here? Let's go," said the senior brother, who suddenly stopped and said to me.
"Ahh Okay" I quickly ran up, and then walked with my brother.
"Senior brother, why didn't you tell me that I was going to gather today," I looked puzzled.
"Didn't you say don't call me senior brother, why did you forget what you said yesterday?"
The senior brother looked a little angry.
"Then, why didn't you tell me to meet today. How embarrassing it is for one of my vice presidents to be late in front of so many people," I said aggrievedly.
"I won't tell you, it's because you're the vice president, so there's no need to be early."
"I'm the vice president, shouldn't I take the lead?" I asked rhetorically.
"Since you have said so yourself, then I have no reason not to punish you" Senior Brother suddenly stopped.
"What's the good thing to punish you?" the senior brother began to become mysterious.
"And what do you want to punish? I'm okay with that," I said with a serious face.
"I haven't thought about this yet. I'll tell you when I've thought about it" Senior brother looked smug, I have to start to wonder if he did it on purpose?
When you get to the place where you registered, it is the Grand Place of Patrick. I found that there were too many people there, and the sun was still shining.
It was 9:46 a.m. when we arrived, but the number of people was only increasing. So we decided to come over early in the afternoon and go back to the club for training now.
