When God came out of the body, he took it away, and God returned to his body and returned to his breath.

In this way, the morning and twilight are naturally born with a true child.

This is the mantra of the divine cultivation form.

In the Song Dynasty, Wang Chang's Dandao work "True One Golden Pill Jue" has the method of refining the gods for the sake of purifying nothingness, refining the qi of the fetus and returning the original method, and the method of refining the form of the dragon and tiger. Wang Zhenren believes that cultivating immortals must first refine the gods, and when the way of pure nature is cultivated, then come to refine the qi and form, and return to the original. This is a kind of masterful practice, just like Zen Buddhism's first enlightenment, enlightenment and then cultivation, from the "metaphysical" (divine) to the "metaphysical" (metaphysical)

Avoid the phenomenon of "dissipating the spirit and damaging the muscles and bones". "Natural innocence gives birth to a true fetus", and the innocence is the original god. When the essence of the primordial god is cultivated, it is the true fetus and the holy fetus. Just as the physical body with Dan is a divine pill, and the divine body with Dan is a holy pill.

Zhang Zhenren's poems have been further developed in practice, that is, the gods who are "out of the body" should be visualized and become "distracted", and the early stage of distraction is still an illusion of mental visualization, and as the realm of practice deepens, the illusion will become a god body with an image like "mind born body". This kind of illusionary practice is a common method commonly used in Buddhism. The meaning of the true womb of the child is still the ontological primordial spirit and its sublimation.

The original poem of Zhang Jixian's "Avenue Song" is:

The Tao is not far away, and in the body, everything is empty and not empty.

If sex is not empty and angry, the qi will return to the yuan and the sea will be endless.

If you want to get out of your body, don't leave something on the spiritual platform.

Things are confused in the body, dissipating the spirit and damaging the muscles and bones.

The spirit controls the qi, the qi retains the form, and there is no need for miscellaneous arts to live forever.

The technique is easy to know and difficult to understand, since it is not specialized.

If God comes out, he will take it, and God will return to his body with breath.

In this way, the morning is still twilight, and the child naturally gives birth to a real fetus.

We generally ignore the meaning of the preceding verses and use the later verses directly. is already in "use", and there is a certain difference from Zhang Zhenren's original theory.

Zhang Zhenren said earlier, "If you want to be out of the body, don't leave anything to the spiritual platform." At this time, "God does not come out" refers to the god of thought (sometimes also called "knowing God"), and sometimes it also refers to the ontological primordial god with the realm of practice. As long as the mind is pure and empty, that is, there are no desires or distracting thoughts, the gods will naturally cultivate in the body and will not come out.

If you can't do this, then as the thoughts arise, you can immediately collect your thoughts, and your divine will naturally return to your body. Thoughts are also God's signals, and they will also carry God's signals and energy. Therefore, "closing the heart" is also stopping the mind, that is, collecting the mind.

This is Zhang Zhenren's original intention. But we have changed in our practice, and in the process of collecting our minds, we can use the god of this mind and refine the god through visualization, and it will become the wonderful use of the divine cultivation of the Dan Dharma. Turning one's mind into distraction through meditation is what I'm talking about now. The true womb of the child is the body, and the distraction of the mind is used.

Last time, I told you about the difference between the ontological primordial spirit and the conscious view of the distraction. That's it.

I think that as long as I practice steadily, everything can be solved, but my study is not as down-to-earth as the teacher, and I don't have to work hard to find the answer, I always want to ask the teacher what is ready-made, and this aspect needs to be improved. Of course, if you really have a problem, you still have to ask the teacher for advice on the basis of your own serious thinking.

In this year, he wrote more than 200 ancient style poems, mainly written during his study tour to Taiwan and his visit to Sichuan, all of which were collected in the "Study Record".

Explore "spiritual poetry, self-nature poetry", poetry has religious thoughts and realms, to have religious compassion and wisdom, but also to have extraordinary insight and self-wisdom. I'm doing these explorations.

During this year, I didn't paint much, but my realm improved; I have worked the post, and the realm of calligraphy has also improved.

In the past year, I have been chasing dramas with my wife and watching hundreds of TV series, which is very rewarding.

The most valuable thing I did this year was to ask Teacher Zhang Yuxian to write 20 more mantras for the practice of Qi Pulse Formula, which is the same as what I had written before, a total of 55 poems. I have annotated these fifty-five poems. The annotation is in the "Study Record".

In this year, I also asked Mr. Zhang Yuxian to write 72 Lingying poems for 36 Taoist Shengzhen, 36 Taoist and Taoist classics, which are very precious and magical. It's a small thing to do with the help of the Internet. But most of the content posted in the group is in the "Study Record", but it was released earlier.

This year, I bought 3,000 books, read them by myself, and also provided them to many Taoist friends who like to read to go to my "Yisheng Culture Bookstore" to Taobao for the second time. I have looked through the catalogue of these 3,000 books, and I have obtained a great deal of information. Reading the table of contents of books is the basic method of reading books.
