Chapter 1 There is a quartz here
Another strange "ball of light" leisurely streaked across the starry sky, whether people saw it or not, questioned it or not, and so on. I don't know when it started and when it will stay. Of course, it doesn't matter, what matters is what kind of attitude we should have, how we should face it, and how we should recognize it. And what we have to do is not to be afraid, or even to deny this. Because we believe that with the continuous development of human science and technology and the continuous progress of human civilization, it is just around the corner to unveil its mystery. At the same time, humanity will face more new challenges, and this will be a new era, a new page, worthy of exploration.
In this context, we can search for any moment in the world, search for any corner of the world, and discover a message. Now, let's delineate an area: the north of China, and choose a place: a small remote mountain village, to be exact, a small ravine.
It seems that they were born to choose loneliness, and they should bear a lot: being hidden, buried, and even abandoned. And it seems to be accustomed to this posture, silently, quietly waiting there, always sticking to its beliefs, but it seems to be looking forward to something, waiting for something to happen, to change. This waiting, expectation, is insignificant, even meaningless, to the rest. But for itself, it's a choice, a choice to think. And thinking seems to have taught it a certain pattern: that immutable pattern will not develop for long, nor can it continue one by one.
In the course of human development, there is always something unexpected and exciting. It always piques people's interest in exploring. And in this way, it will trigger people's consciousness and induce people to change their thinking. And these people seem to be lucky, premeditated, to go through the process they have planned.
When we speak of such a place, there seems to be no room for any reverie but its remoteness, except its poverty. People don't associate other words with it, at best, it's simple. Yes, it's really easy. Simplicity is not its symbol, but it has a lingering shadow with simplicity. That is, simplicity, which has its own unique characteristics here, and paints a unique picture. Simplicity becomes the protagonist here, acting as a real protagonist once.
This is where our story begins.
It's just a piece of high ground, surrounded by mountains. The valleys, the ravines shuttle through it, everything is barren, and the caves scattered on the loess, the simple people who walk in it, are sealed in the loess, showing its vicissitudes, antiquity, and mystery. Maybe that's all it really is. But it is colorful, and its color comes from the uniqueness that God has given it: its geographical location, its mystery, make it no less beautiful at any time.
Everything seems to come very quickly, and it is also very sudden, as if someone deliberately waited, quietly passing people's field of vision, interspersed with people's normal life.
On this day, three young boys quietly slipped out of the village and went deep into the mountains. Their "escape" this time was purposeful, in search of something. What is it? It's something that expands and thickens when it's roasted over fire. Of course, they don't know what it is, what it's called, what it's used for, and where it comes from. Maybe none of this is important to the children, and they don't care about it, but they just hear some older children talk about such things, and they have seen a little bit of it, which arouses their strong interest. But no one wanted to take them to look for them, and they didn't give them a little. So, the three of them decided to go on their own adventure and go on a quest together. Although doing so may cause trouble, be scolded by their parents, and even take all kinds of risks, the great allure gives them the courage to take risks.
The three children set off together. No one knew what was going to happen, and they didn't know how the road ahead awaited them, but they kept going, searching, searching for the magical, exciting, mysterious. After all, the mountain road is rugged, and the walk is relatively staggering, and the climb is very difficult, but it does not affect their enthusiasm in the slightest. On the contrary, it fuels their passion. They were very careful and careful, and they also marked along the road. Along the path, around the high mountains that swirl to block the village, and wade through the treacherous valleys formed by the alluvial rain, the journey is continuous.
At last we came to an open area, but only a small riverbank formed by the flow of rainwater, and the surrounding area was still steep and high. Stopping, the three of them began to search for crevices in the rocks of the nearby mountains, but did not find what they were looking for. Repeatedly, no clues were found, and repeated efforts were made, but there was still no trace. The children began to be disappointed and frustrated, because they had not found the slightest sign of the journey. A sense of foreboding began to grin, and even though they were too young to know anything about it, they couldn't help but find it seemed slim. Faced with such a situation, they did not know where to go, whether to move forward or backward began to bother them. Of course, they don't know much, fate or ominous signs or something else? In this way, blocking the way seems to block one direction, one leading to the unknown. In the end, the three children were left with only one choice. The three children had the idea of going back, but after some deliberation among themselves, they decided to give each of them a chance to move on. I don't know what gave them so much courage, and it seemed that something was dominating them. Then they found a gap, got in, grazed the perimeter of the mountainside, and climbed up the mountain, and climbed over three of them without a hitch. At this time, they were presented with a new geographical environment: mountains and rocky mountains, uneven layers, covered with lush and dense weeds, a picture of vitality. All this scene adds a little mystery to the three children. They never knew or seen that such a magical and wonderful world was hidden in this barren land where they lived. There is nothing deliberately dressed up, nor is it noisy or luxurious, everything is raw, natural, and intimate.
